Staff is really great and knowledgeable! Dog grooming, pet cleaning and they have pretty much everything you need for your furry companion. Prices are very reasonable. Not sure if they do price matching. Never really asked or even had to bring it up. Points reward is great as well. If you accumulate enough points, you can have it deducted off your bill at purchase! Highly recommend Pet Valu!

I've always had an enjoyable time there when I went there to acquire superworms for my bearded dragon. Even though sometimes they were out it was always something else I can get there. The People Are Awesome to talk to they're polite and understanding.

Every time I go up it's either they are too busy, which for them is more than two people in line, or the person in the front is overwhelmed with putting things on the shelf. Seems like the employees are stressed at this location. I'd rather make the journey to the thorndale location because they are customer service friendly so I don't have to deal with their stress too.

Wonderful knowlegable staff member. She helped with the transition of puppy food to adult food for my picky eater. She also answered my many questions with ease. We have been a Petco family for yrs but have found a new place going forward!

Best place to visit, wash our dogs. The ladies at the front counter helped with everything we needed to get the dogs cleaned and ready to stay indoors during the cold months. Definitely going back to this store and this store only.

We Love this place, Its a once a week vist for us basically because we spoil our Bella. The selection of natural foods and treats, grain free, Anti biotic free, chicken free, made in the USA or CANADA (Im good with either of those, currently we are using the ULTRA puppy food for large breed), along with a line of pizzles our pooch loves they have a pet valu card that you earn points(store money)on and they also have great deals on everything and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Always a pleasure!
