I am happy to give a 5-star review to DogWatch! They are extremely responsive and really helped me today when I discovered my dog’s electric collar battery needed a replacement. The type of battery was not available in any store I checked (drugstores, pet stores, hardware stores) and I thought I’d be stuck waiting for Amazon to deliver in 2 days. I contacted DogWatch, and they were able to work with me so I could pick up a battery myself by driving to their office. It was hugely helpful and they made the process very easy. Thank you, DogWatch, from me and my dog who can now continue roaming our yard without risk of leaving!

What nice people! I had a break in the electric fence line (due to a tree fall) and I called Dogwatch immediately and they came over quickly, fixed the break, checked all the collars and couldn’t have been nicer. They never tried to sell me on anything, just fixed the issue and charged a small fee, and were on to the next customer. 5 stars!! Thank you for keeping my dogs safe!

This was supposed to post many months ago but I failed. Dog watch of delaware Valley went above and beyond installing my fence and my ground is not good ground to dig. The fence is working great they did a great job training my dog and showing me how to do it also thanks to them my dog stays in our yard. I would recommend them to anyone they did a great job!!!!!!

After 2300 in supplies we purchased from Lowe’s to keep our dogs out of the pool we were at a loss, overwhelmed at the prospect that our beautiful, brilliant, curious dogs were going to destroy our pool before the pool house was completed…Finally I looked for DOG WATCH had read about this husband and wife team never contacted them.. I have a competitors dog fence installed in my yard, but when my dog line was cut by aerators I decided to go with DogWatch of Delaware Valley. I am extremely happy with the job that Phil and Katrina did. Not only did they fix the breaks from the aeration, but they found and REFIXED other breaks that my actual dog fence company had repaired the previous year but had rebroken due to poor workmanship. I love my dog fence, but anytime I have any issue in the future my first call with 100% be to DogWatch of Delaware Valley

We had our DogWatch fence installed about a year ago and it has been a HUGH "game changer"Our 2 year old shepard mix would run into the street when people were walking and although she is very friendly and harmless it became a bit embarrassing. We knew we needed to make this investment. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical that the fence would work. I was very wrong!We have a very large front yard that we use several times a day to play catch with our dog. Phil and Katrina were able to provide a very large area (with 2 zones) which gives us an incredible area to play. Very affordable and well worth the investment.After the fence installation, Phil and Katrina spent a lot of time training our dog and I was so pleasantly surprised that she almost immediately respected the boundaries while wearing her DogWatch collar.It's been AWESOME and our dog can stay outside during nice days and watch the people and dogs walk by from a safe distance. We are so happy that she can chase after deer, squirrels, and foxes but still stay in her boundary. What fun she must be having each day. We love watching her proudly pretend she is safeguarding our property.Can't say enough about DogWatch of Delaware Valley. Phil and Katrina have been extremely responsive to any questions we have. We've had a Dogwatch fence for 10 years + for our 3 dogs. DogWatch of Delaware Valley installed it (previous owners) and current owners did some excellent repairs on it after some construction broke wires. They've always been responsive and the fence and collars have performed completely reliably for years. Far more affordable and attractive solution for our large property than a physical fence.

We’ve had our fence about 2 weeks and we love it!! Our 2 dogs can now run around in the yard together.
