We're from out of town but stopped in while running some errands. Very impressed with this store. Clear enforcement of COVID-19 protocols taking place. Staff are very courteous, kind, and attentive. I had a digital coupon from the mobile application. It was evident that the staff were unsure how to proceed with it. Ordinarily, this would result in staff simply denying usage of the coupon, but at this location I found the staff to be very accommodating, and they found a means of honoring it. I noticed this location does not seem to have the Orange Julius products, and I've noticed similar reviews stating there are menu discrepancies that occur.

This has always been a good location, but they do not have the ability to work alongside the app. In the past they were always willing to still honor promos in the app, but they have decided to no longer do this. Not being able to use these promos, along with the price of a blizzard these days, makes this special treat no longer worth it.

Called 2 weeks to ask if they had seating for 15-20 so we could have cake for both my sons birthday. Whoever I spoke to said it wouldn’t be a problem. Called again yesterday to verify.. again they said it wasn’t a problem. Well the attitude of the two young kids working definitely made it seem like a problem. More people showed up that didn’t RSVP but mostly everyone ate cake and others ordered ice cream. The workers kept disappearing into the back while some people were waiting to order. The constant eye rolls when asked anything was rude. Regretting choosing to give our business to this location.

I'm visiting from Mississippi and came to this location and according to the app they had chicken strips and burgers. Well to my surprise I was told that they only have a hot dog/chili dog combo. Please update what you actually serve at this location. Very misleading.Thank you

Nice place. Nice ice cream. But sometimes when I go at night I feel as though the same people work nights every other night, and same work mornings and it doesn’t get switched. I feel as though there could be some bias, but im not too sure. Banana Milkshake on point though

This place is the best. The staff is amazing always kind and helpful. The manager has been kind and NEVER rude to my kids. In fact I felt so bad one day my son made a huge mess I was cleaning and the staff was so thoughtful and helped me clean it up without making me feel terrible. This is the best dairy queen ever only problem is my kids wanna go everyday now!!!

I haven't been to a DQ in awhile and wanted to treat the family. I went in and ordered 3 blizzards. Oreo, Reese's, Choco brownie and sorry to say the Oreo had a few pieces on the top and that's it, the Reese's a drizzle of it, a the choc brownie had more Choco then brownie. I got 3 mediums $19 for vanilla ice cream that turned to chocolate ice cream with no flavor.

The store is always clean and the staff go above and beyond. I appreciate going into an establishment where you see smiling faces. They never have a problem making my difficult customized orders.

Got excited about the 85 cent blizzard. I called ahead to see if they were participating. They said they weren't participating in the app, but they were doing buy one get one for 85 cents. I arrived and did what they said, but they told me a coupon had to be printed out and presented. I explained that I had just called, but they still denied me and I had to pay full price after I had ordered the 2 blizzards. Shameful

I had my daughter when I was seventeen and we always struggled with money. When she got a job at this place she would always come home with a fun story and treats for the both of us. The manager is a nice woman who is always respectful to my child.

Our family always enjoys the service and ice cream at this location. And the hours do match the ones posted on the door sign. To those complaining that Saturday night "a little after 9" that the store was closed must have missed the people sitting inside enjoying their ice cream. We were there til a solid 9:45 and customers were in fact still being served and people still sitting at tables eating along with us🤣

I went a week ago, and OMG the person that made my Blizzard was the best. I had about 90% Candy and 10% Ice Cream and that's the way I love them. They were filled to the top and overflowing :)I went to Jennersville's/West Grove's and they did the opposite and I wasn't happy one bit.

I ordered two blizzards. They made my wife's wrong but didn't realize it until we got home and my friend noticed they dropped my blizzard over the trash can and the employee caught it upside down and gave it to me anyway. My friend told me after we had left and you can see his hand print in the top in the ice cream. Pretty gross. Terrible experience.

Absolutely disgusted by this place. I go in and get a take 5 blizzard and there’s no reeces or nothing just plain ice cream. And my fiancé got a hot fudge Sunday and then smooshed it down with a lid. Don’t recommend coming here.

Parked out front 9:25pm, hours say open until 10:00pm. As soon as I opened my door to get out of the car an employee runs out and turns off the open sign. Excuse me for wanting ice cream during your normal business hours!

Usual dairy queen menu. Web site said this location had burgers and other food but they don't. Staff were friendly. My son asked to have his blizzard microwaved - twice! They were so nice and didn't make him feel weird or something. Clean restaurant but the staff make it such a nice place to visit!

They do a really good job at blending the toppings all the way through the Blizzard. The workers are usually very friendly as well. The indoor seating area is very clean. Plus they usually offer unique Blizzard flavors that aren't on the online menu or continue to have discontinued Blizzards that other DQs stopped offering.

Very limited menu, ordered a chili dog. It was cold/cool in the center and the chili didn't taste right. No fries only chips. It's good if you want ice cream but don't go for the two food items they offer.

Went to get icecream (google says open until 10) and arrived at 9:20pm only to find a hand written sign in the wind that they closed at 9:30 and the three guys cleaning up saw us at the door and all turned around to ignore us. Horrible treatment, won't be coming back.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any fast food establishment. The workers were completely rude. We had an altercation with 2 of the girl workers and when we called the establishment to complain, they completely lied about the entire situation and said they didn’t have the footage to believe us. They were completely unprofessional and I would not recommend.

Completely unsanitary. Employee's walking in off shift, using equipment without ever washing their hands. Worst blizzard I've ever had. Was runny before I walked out the door. Would not recommend.

Visited 4/25/2021. Worker was rude. While nearly all eat in food establishments are open 50 or 75%, chairs are still piled up and no dine in allowed. Do not attempt to enter without a mask, medical condition or not. They will accost you as soon as you walk in.

Snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzards aren't supposed to have chocolate in them btw. Your supposed to use snickerdoodle cookie peices not the chocolate chip dough pieces.
