If you want ice cream, go here! I could write a total blog about my reasons on why you should go, but just do it. Really great ice cream with wonderful people behind the counter. Plus, the nut cone is just delicious! Absolutely amazing! It tastes like they’re homemade and dipped in chocolate and nuts while you wait. I got half and half with peanut butter over the top. Omg I’d rather be fat and happy then go without ever eating here! Plus, they give you little cone holders so that there’s no leakage. I drive while eating, but had to stop to truly savor the cone! I could just come and buy a cone, so good!! Thank you for my curves Bell!

Online states they open at 11am. I was in the drive through at 11:38 am and the two workers walking up to the side door rudely yelled “we open at noon and have been all winter”. I haven’t been there this past winter so i would have never known that. The kids working here have better customer service than the adults. Will not be coming here again

I was severely disappointed in the service I received. I went there a minute before close, for some ice cream, with me and my 3 friends, and they closed the drive thru early and the works had a group of 6 friends standing outside talking to them and the worker couldn’t even tell me they were closed. the workers friend yelled at me and my friend saying we were closed and then started talking about us…like girl do u work here???? then when the worker opened the window to talk to us and rolled her eyes and wouldn’t take our order!!! completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing!!! for a small business they should not hire people that disrespect customers like this. and when we drove off they gave their friends ice cream!!! what happened to the customer first!!!

The staff was very nice and polite answering questions since I was a first time customer. I rarely have ice cream, maybe once or twice a year or when I'm on vacation but that's about it. As for the price, was a bit pricey but well worth the almost $7.00. I rather pay it here than having Rita's.

Got a regular vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles, it was collapsed, hardly any sprinkles & the the friggin thing was $6.00! I commented to the server, & she just blankly stared at me. Never again, I will go to Parksburg!

Difficult to get a menu and it seems like their menu is also out of date as well.Very few selections. Was told the only flavors they have were Pumpkin Spice, Vanilla, and Chocolate, which is strange.Won’t be coming back. You’re better off choosing a flavor from Turkey Hill or Wawa.

We had stopped here on the way back from a car show that we were at.The service was outstanding we had to use your QR barcode to check the menu out.I had my son and future daughter-in-law with me.She had a turtle peanut cluster flurry.My son had a strawberry shake, and I had a banana shake.Great place to visit, and the service was excellent.

A delightful little ice cream shop, can't wait until it comes to Coatesville. Lots of options on the menu, and they even customized flurries for us. It was loaded with all the good stuff! Hopefully they will bring back the Dole Whip some day, that was a favorite. Pretty please? 😁

This is the popular "go-to" place for miles around for soft serve. Thick, creamy frozen custard in a rainbow of flavors and styles to suit anyone. Drive through or walk-up. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere but worth finding.

First time here. Some rude teenager named Makyla waited in me. Wasn’t sure if the place was open bc the lights were in and I saw someone inside but waited several minutes at order window and as I was walking away, she openes the window. Had attitude when I asked about knew and pontes to menu above which was not lit up and difficult to read. Asked about in ingredients in Hawaiin Flurry. Threw a menu at me and said it was seasonal, did I need to look at the menu again? I decided in a dipped cone and she mumbled something g to me about a cup and I said that I wanted a cone to which she replied I know. Ice cream was good and large for the cost. No child cones. This will be my last time. I know it’s difficult to find food help these days, but you’ll lose customers to rude service.

Excellent soft serve. I had the black raspberry vanilla twist. Delish! Definitely worth using the drive thru.

I’ve only come here twice but both times have been horrible experiences because the staff is incredibly rude. The first time I came, the girl told me the only flavors they had was chocolate and vanilla lol, obviously later I found out that was not true and she was just being nasty to me. why? I have no clue, I’m a nice person. Tonight I came here again with someone and we got one peanut butter milkshake and one banana milkshake. The cashier asked us 3 times to repeat the order, we did with no issue or attitude. But somehow we still ended up with 2 peanut butter milkshakes. We parked, went and told the girl we asked for 1 peanut butter and 1 banana and she said no we didn’t lol. I don’t understand why they’re so nasty here but I’m never coming back.

Delicious ice cream! The M&M flurry was great, and the portions were pretty good for a medium flurry! The black raspberry ice cream is to die for. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is the first time we tried them, but the ice cream was very good. The milkshake I had was thick and creamy. They have fast service, too. Their prices are a little higher, but you get decent portions.

My boyfriend and I checked this place out last night since it was close and open later. He didn't get anything because he prefers hand dipped ice cream over soft serve. I got a chocolate milkshake. It was decent enough, but reminded me mostly of a frosty from Wendy's. A bit thick and more ice cream like than milkshake like. I did finish it though. Not sure if we'll return because it's a pretty pricey place.

It was my 1st time there. A little pricey for a large soft serve cone but understandable concerning the current pandemic where everything is a little more expensive than usual. Had the black raspberry soft serve and loved it completely. Hopefully next time I go they will have the mocha cappuccino available.They have a drive-through for your convenience but you can also walk up to the window to be served.

My small cone with sprinkles cost more than a medium without!Asked for a few napkins when we were done (oh the horror!) and tap water to clean my granddaughter's sticky hands and they said the water would cost $1.99! WHAT?! Went home sticky and washed them at home.Have occasionally gone there for past 30 years but will never go there again.Too expensive and too much bad attitude.I have to be fair and tell you that the girl that actually filled the cones was very nice but the other...fugetaboutit!

Really good ice cream good service. you tend to be able to get a soft ice cream flavors you won't get anywhere else. for this Christmas season we got soft serve eggnog and soft serve peppermint both of which were really good and you can also get them in quarts and 1/2 gallons to go. Pricing is about average a little high on the quarts and halfs but they are specialties, so it's not surprising recommended to visit for a good cone

I don't know if it was an off day for them or what but the ice cream had almost no flavor and was sloppily swirled on a cardboard cone. Both my wife and I got different flavors and it was weak. I don't get how everyone is like " it's so good!"

We stopped by tonight and ordered ice cream with sprinkles in a cup for my daughter, she wanted to try my her dad's flurrie so I asked if it had nuts in it since she's allergic. It didn't but were told it could have cross contamination. As we were walking away, the server, Claire asked if our daughter was allergic to nuts, she went out of her way to remake her ice cream, she washed the machine, got new sprinkles, and even opened a new pack of cups to ensure no cross contamination. I cant express how appreciative I am for her going above and beyond, especially while they were busy. Wonderful customer service that should not go unnoticed. Thank you Claire!!
