I have 2 Persian cats with very long hair. Heather and her team do an amazing job with them, and they take their time so that my babies are not overly stressed. I get a full report when I come to pick them up regarding their behavior and any issues that Heather found. Last year, she found a marble-size growth on Oliver's toe that I did not know about because of all the hair! The vet removed it and it was benign thank goodness because Heather caught it before it could turn in to something. You will not find a more knowledgeable and pet-friendly place for your 4-legged family members.

Heather & team have had nothing but grace and patience when working with the dogs to have them be comfortable during their visit. Heather has been caring for our fur family for the last 6+ years. She always does a great job and especially with our last dog who often struggled with anxiety. Currently we have a 1 year old Spanish Water Dog and Heather has done a great job with her fluffy coat. Heather is a patient and experience groomer. Heather is awesome! Remi (our pug) had a very positive experience getting his first real grooming. It has been days since he was cleaned and he still smells amazing! The price from what I can tell is very fair as well. She was able to get his nails cut, hair trimmed, glands expressed, a wash and dry in a very reasonable amount of time. Be sure to book early because she is very busy!

We were in the area for vacation and our two Schnauzers were in need of a serious trim. They were able to get us in and am I ever happy they did. They did an amazing job on both dogs! Their attention to detail is unsurpassed and they even gave our dogs matching scarves! It is clear they love animals and animals love them.If we lived any where in this area we would make them out full time groomer!

I searched for someone to give my 15 year old toy poodle, a bath and brush out. I read lots of reviews and I found Heather. I live in Texas and knew no one here. I am very particular about who I leave my fur baby with. After I read all of her great reviews I called Heather. After the phone call I felt very comfortable with her. Her salon is clean and not overloaded with dogs. Coco did not shake when we went in nor was she shaking when I left her. They called me when she was ready. I went to pick her up and they did an excellent job on her. Again Coco was not shaking but happy to see me. When I come back to this area I will bring my fur baby to Heather. They are very nice and I now feel like I have friends here.

We are traveling the US, staying in the area, and it was time for our 14yr old Shih Tzu to be groomed. Sunday, we got settled in for a 5-day stay, and I found this salon via google reviews. Knowing they were not open, I called to leave a message with hopes of hearing from them on Monday. THEY ANSWERED!!! She was in the shop, and decided to answer the phone. She gave no guarantees, but said she would do her best to accommodate us. She requested very specific information about our little "boy", and with that, we were on the waiting list. Tuesday, she got us in, and our guy got groomed! She was pleasant, professional, and we were completely happy with the experience. If you have a pup that you love, this is the place to take them. You can tell that she and her team care about your pet, and their appearance.
