My dog's favorite store. Not that he comes with me, but he knows the brown bag I come home with has goodies in there just for him and his nose is on top of me when I walk in the door! Their selection of dog food is exceptional, yes I can get Dr Harvey's here and Fresh Pet (when in stock). The staff have always been so helpful and welcoming every time I walk in the door. Easy access from parking. Worth a stop to check out.

Paoli, PA location is a great store. No issue with parking. Many friendly dogs walking around with parents shopping. If they don't have something in stock they will order with NO issue. 2 BIG sales per year on everything. I only shop at 2 doggie stores and this is one of them

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. It’s a shame because I chose to shop there to support local and small business but the woman working was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked her questions. I noticed she was very helpful and friendly to the customer in line before me however when I was ready to checkout, she acted as if I wasn’t there and made me wait. It was very disturbing so I left. To the owner of the store, perhaps some staff training on equality and inclusion would be helpful for this individual.

Absolutely love this store, but not as much as my dog Hazel does(who is showing her little brother Cypress to love it too). Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store is always stocked with plenty of foods, toys and interesting treats I haven’t seen in other pet stores. Plus they adore my dogs and always provide them with a nice snack. This store is the bees knees!

Seriously impressed with this place. I came in after dropping something off at the post office and was wowed by the selection. My cat has IBD and we usually by all his foods online which is expensive and we usually have to buy in bulk. The selection at this place was huge, I am got a bunch of different options for my pet.

I love this place. I initially went in to pick up something for a client, and now i think i visit several times a month. It's clean, bright and the selection/variety of treats, food, and toys is outstanding! Workers are always friendly and helpful!

This store is overcrowded, young people at register made perfunctory “ hellos” at entry. After that we were completely on our own. Not one person ( 2-3 working) asked us if we needed help. Disorganized , boxes hidden under other boxes , and zero customer service. Saturday morning visit, store was not crowded.

We've had a really bad experience at the Concord pet food and supplies store.First of all, we picked our favorite brand of dog food, which was placed on the shelf with a $39.99 price tag. There were several bags of this particular food in that spot on the shelf with the price tag. It never even occured to us to double check that the price tag is for this particular dog food because we order it on amazon all the time and the price was comparable. Once we purchased the food with several other treats for our dog we realized that the bill was too high. We cought the mistake in price right at the cashiers once we paid. There were two employees, a young man and young lady (who honestly looked like they were high school age). We said right there and then that the receipt is too high and quickly scanning the receipt we noticed that the price of dog food was higher than the price tag which showed $39.99. The young man went and checked and he said the the price tag is wrong, that it is for another food. He said that they will no longer carry this particualar food; therefore that is the reason that there is no price tag for it because there is just few bags left and after selling remaining bags, they will no longer carry this dog food. When we said that we want to return it because it is too expensive and we can order it in our price range from amazon, he said that we CANNOT return it. We quickly got into a discussion as to why we can't return it and we pointed out that the price tag was wrong on that shelf with the food and it should be reasonable to let us return it considering that we cought the mistake right there in the store. Young lady quickly jumped in with her childish arguments saying over and over that the price was for another food and they won't carry this one anymore, etc, etc (which in my world is not in their favor because it just shows their mistake in placing wrong price tag in the wrong place). Anyway, we didn't want to argue so we left with the food thinking the dog will eat it anyway, it's not the end of the world. Fast forward to our dog's feeding time and the entire 40lb bag of food is rancid and with worms! Every single kibble is white and has worms in it- DISGUSTING!Almost $60 down the drain.

My new favorite pet store. They carry the safest and healthiest cat food brands not found at Petsmart or Petco, like Ziwipeak, Koha, Hound and Gatos, and Nulo.

After buying a number of products at the yearly sale there was only one jacket in a purple color I bought it explaining to the lady I would exchange it when she got the other colors in I left the tags on I had the receipt and the woman did not want to let me exchange it when I went back she gave me a very hard time they need somebody new at the register she is killing their business.
