Today during my lunch I stopped at sheetz to get a milkshake I ordered through the app ahead of time. When I arrived I was informed that they were out of brownie bites for the shake.. at the time I was upset and the manager on duty as well as the individual making my milkshake were very kind to me and the manager had even given me a coupon for the unfortunate circumstances. I appreciated the kindness 😊

Little disappointing when you get food that looks like it was thrown together by someone who could careless. Been working in area and have had this happen several times at same location. Maybe McDonalds is better !

This location seems like a pretty good vibe, I definitely go here one day. Haven't been inside yet, but seems easily accessible from the road. I would have to say, their beef burritos are pretty good, and runs the GI tract pretty well! Good work!

Just paid 30 dollars for a meal and got a salad and the store has no forks. How did you charge 30 for good and you can’t even keep a stocked supply of utensils. I spend a lot of money at sheetz and the prices are expensive and service is getting worse. Nothing is ever done for the customer to fix the issue.

I came in this morning at about 750 800 on 7/13/23 got head phones and the lady never handed me my recipe she just said have a good day I used my card. I came back at 1245 same day bc my 40 head phones wouldn't pair and the manager on duty didn't even try and resolve it she just said no recipe I can't help u. Witch is a lie because I've worked with corporate business there's always away to solve everything. All I wanted was to switch out but now I want my refund.

The MTO is generally good. However the hot breakfast cart is always subpar. Every single time I go in here for a quick breakfast the cart is nearly empty and what is there clearly says its expired or is passed the "discard" time. Really disappointing as my wife and I love sheetz and were excited to live near one after moving.

FRANK the person at the register older guy is SO RUDE TO EVERY PERSON EVERYTINE I HAVE BEEN HERE. management knows it and wanted me to leave a review so he could get disciplined. I go in for gas I guess I didn’t check how much I had and when he said 9$ he rolled his eyes because I thought I had more. But when I said ok just 9 he rolled his eyes again. He’s rude. Disrespectful and honestly a detriment and liability to the company. He needs to be fired.

For many years I have been coming to Sheetz here on Palmyra, weather it be for gas, a sandwich, a cup of coffee or a pack of cigarettes. I always liked coming to Sheetz. The people were always friendly and the food was hot and made the way I asked for. Here of late I have been coming in early before work. My last couple times in I have encountered a heavy set young gentleman with the personality of a houseplant. His mood and attitude when he is at the front counter sucks the air out of the room.All I can say customer service at this Sheetz has gone downhill. At this point I'm not happy with the overnight people.

Don’t order curbside pickup from this location. I get it. Short staffed, busy hours. I get it. But if you’re incapable of doing your job, don’t offer those services. I ordered food at 4:55 with three kids in the backseat. Of those three, two require carrying, so I ordered curbside pickup. I arrived at 4:59 and waited the allotted 15 minutes before calling to see where my food was. I called five times and no one answered. At this point my children are screaming, so I unlatched them all and brought them all inside to discover my food sitting on the top shelf of the self-pickup bin. The food was cold, to top it off. Disappointing.

Live just down the street and been here many times...it ALWAYS takes an absurd amount of toke to get your order. Today I was one of the first two people waiting for food and there were 5 or so workers. My order was quite simple (just an app box) and I watched lots of talking and what seemed to be the slowest kitchen/food production line ever…every time I have come, I’ve shaken it off as an “off night” but I’ve decided I’ll be stopping at McDonalds, Wendy’s, or Subway from here on out since they are all in the same lot. No reason to wait 20 mins for something that should and could take less than 5.

Waited more than 45 minutes for a small pizza and mozzarella sticks. What a fiasco. Never again! MTO -- Made to order? More like made to wait around for food that wasn't even worth it. Stay away from this particular Sheetz.

Amazing. I've never disliked this Sheetz location but after the remodel I LOVE it. I've never been to a cleaner Sheetz. Counters were wiped down, everything was filled up properly and it was just so clean. Everything was very easy to find and there were tons of choices. An entire ice cream bar with a lot of toppings, every slushy flavor you can think of and so on. The service was brilliant. It was Christmas Eve and super busy yet I still got the food I ordered right away. I witnessed a customer forgetting his change at the register and I saw the cashier run outside after this customer to give him back his change, awesome. I really enjoyed the new sitting area as it was nice to sit in leather cushioned seats while eating my food. If I could rate this place higher, believe me I would.

Even one star is way to much!!!! Whole order except 3 items were wrong ran back for a sub to be made right and the worst customer service ever. You really don’t need to tell a customer it’s because you were slammed that’s why it happened. There is absolutely no communication between manager and employees also. Oh and do t forget had to run in to get the rest of my order because it was missing To begin with.

The store must have made some huge improvements because we had a GREAT experience tonight. Cameron made our food within 5 minutes, and it was fresh and delicious. I ordered the turkey sub with jalapeño poppers, and my son got a cheese pizza. The cashier was super nice at checkout. Terrific visit overall!

The customer service is a bit slacking. I used to work for them a long time ago. And it seems that now they have changed some of their rules on how to treat the customer. Because the lines are now getting longer, and the workers seem to not even care. When I worked there, it was, three in line, it is time to ask for help.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a breakfast platter and the mini waffle, I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food because the workers were to busy goofing off to pay attention. Food was cold, and the waffle was so gross, I spit my first bite out and couldn't eat anymore! Never again.....

I watched them drop the fry's..... Then watched them just leave them in the basket for an extended period of time. Then when I asked how long it would take for fries. All I ordered online as fries. They told me it was an order infront of mine. Well. There's more the one of u working back there. Now... I have cold fries. It's just fries. U really have to do better. Seriously. I really should have checked the other reviews first. They say the same thing. Also. I called. No answer. I will not b returning to this location.

Sheetz is my one stop store for coffee and sandwiches, Really good people and great service. The manager Roxanne is fantastic, she does a great job managing the store and will always listen if you have a question or concern, she is never too busy to say hello and greet you with a friendly smile. I would not go anywhere else!

My favorite place to stop in the morning. Such amazing, and excellent customer service! I ordered a cheese pizza but they were out and only had pepperoni. I was okay with that but she offered to take off the pepperonis and even put extra cheese on the pizza for me. Very sweet lady, and speedy MTO. 10/10 would recommend.

Good for food at times, but their fuel pump refused to recognize my Sheetz card, so I ended up having to go inside, wait through a line that extended all the way to the front door, and put more on the credit card than what I needed to get, fuel up, then go back inside again to get the difference refunded. I will be buying my fuel elsewhere, where it's going to be a lot less of a hassle.
