Pharmacy notifications are very flaky. Sometimes they ask if I want to renew a prescription; other times they just fill prescription w/out asking. I ended up with 3 extra bottles of some prescriptions! Now I check closely before picking up prescriptions. When I ask to fix the auto notifications, some employees say they do. But not fixed. Last employee said that their system CANT ask if I want to renew a prescription. Today I recd a text saying I have 2 prescriptions due; do I want them. Total mess. I NEVER had this issue at CVS. Wish my insurance plan still included CVS. But I did find another independent drug store on my plan. Good bye Rite Aid!

Every single person I have met at this location (cashier, pharmacist, techs in the pharmacy) have been absolutely wonderful. Upbeat, kind, and helpful. I don't have enough good words for them. It makes such a difference when you are sick. Thank you for your kindness.

I wish there was a no star option. I wish I was the owner of the store, so that I could fire the worst "assistant manager" Amanda to ever accidentally got promoted to this position. She is rude. She is disrespectful, She is dishonest. I'll go to CVS just to avoid having to chance another encounter. she said go ahead and complain nothing would happen, maybe so , but I'm going to complain up the chain about rite aids weak link.!!

The Pharmacy Store Manager's called me the Cherry Candy Man. Everytime I entered the pharmacy store, I always asked about the cherry candy, and they always informed me that they are waiting on the shipment.We'll, they contacted me in regards to the candy, and I drove to the location and purchased 5 bags of cherry candy.The next day, I walked in, and I were trying to disguise myself and walked down the aisle and picked up the 6th bag of cherry candy and the manager caught me with the 6th bag of cheery candy, as I was trying to get to the cashier.Everyone who worked in the store and the pharmacy are all professional and courteous. The employees are there to help you when you are in need.Thank you, Rite Aid

This location has been steadily going down hill. I switched from CVS because they pulled nonsense constantly and now this RiteAid does the same stuff. They fail to notify the customer when they dont have a prescription in stock, and routinely fail to deliver prescriptions when they say they will.

The staff at the pharmacy is amazing. Went in tonight to pick a prescription for my daughter. An issue with insurance with filling what the dr prescribed. Originally would have cost me close to $380 to just pay out of pocket for the urgent meds for my daughter. They went above and beyond to look at other options for filling her prescription and it cost me $20 in the end. They had 2 call offs tonight and had customer lines but took the extra time to help find other solutions for their customers. People please be patient with those that are trying to help you. They deserve all the respect and consideration you can possibly give them. They are going above and beyond with what they have and are still remaining positive, polite and as helpful as they can. I hope the ladies there tonight see this and know how appreciative I am for them doing the extra. They didn’t have to and I wouldn’t have known any difference. These are the people we need on our side. Please pay them the respect they deserve!! Just know we appreciate you!!

Be wary of using this Rite Aid for Covid testing. My mother required a Covid test in order to get dialysis while traveling out of state and she was referred here. After not receiving results for 5 days and looking on the Quest site and seeing "no pending results" she called the Rite Aid pharmacy and was told the tests were never picked up. Nobody contacted her to let her know that was an issue. Now my mother cannot get her scheduled dialysis on Monday. The pharmacist indicated she is "sorry" but that is not helping my mother's health situation.

I used to really like this pharmacy. They won’t process anything at the windows anymore. They don’t know what their patients are dealing with and sometimes requiring them to come in is horrible, especially if you can’t walk or are in excruciating pain. Being told it’s an hour to be filled at the window, or 10 minutes inside is not okay.

The pharmacy staff and store clearly are all professional and courteous. I consistently have a very good experience! They have worked hard during COVID 19. It’s too bad they have customers who are not considerate enough to wear a mask! That isn’t fair to the employees or other customers trying to be safe.

3/31/22 There is a plus size girl (wearing a black sweater today)... extremely rude everytime I've gone in here. I'm so afraid to call in to get an update on my medication because she literally doesn't have an ounce of friendliness or customer service in her. I've never been rude or talked nasty to this girl. Today I heard her throwing the f-bomb around several times (something about grubhub). I'm starting to feel like she might be racist or prejudice.

Pharmacy gave us conflicting information and we ended up being stuck with and charged for a medication we didn’t need. Consider going to another pharmacy, as rite aid is the only pharmacy where this kind of thing has happened. Terrible.

Very very slow service. I've called to reorder prescriptions a day or two before I actually go to pick it up and am told it will be ready well before I actually show up then when I get there am told it will be a few more minutes. As if they never filled it and only then realize it and scramble to get it filled. They have on several occasions also mysteriously never received my prescription from my doctor only to later find it and make me wait 30 minutes to an hour to find it.***Avoid at all costs, if you have no other option but to use Rite Aid then GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION! Save yourself the headache of dealing with these people!***

This store is always quite busy. As a retail employee in a different capacity, I don’t think the public understands that sometimes we have bad days too. No excuse, but have a bit of empathy. It’s not all about you! Just saying. Oh and they hire ppl that have learning disabilities. Be PROUD Of them and stop being negative!

My husband and I have always gotten our scripts here but two months ago , unbeknownst to me, my husband was dispensed the wrong medicine. He gave the bottle of his anxiety med at the window and the Pharmacist dispensed a blood pressure med. So unaware of this he has been taking two different blood pressure meds a day and no anxiety meds. Which you are not supposed to drop off of immediately. He was going to switch to the new blood pressure med once the other script ran out. But because they are both blue pills, he assumed it was his anxiety med. This was clearly incompitance by the Pharmacist not to even have him come in and question if he was supposed to be taking two different Blood pressure meds. He became very fatigued and hasn't felt good since. We will be switching pharmacies. I no longer trust her professionalism.

Clean and new, but pharmacy makes you wait 15-20 minutes every time. Drove here from Hershey med center 15 minutes away after dr submitted the prescription. Still had to wait another 15 minutes. Gets really old after a while. Glad I don't need meds often. Regular cosmetics, hair care products are outrageously expensive. You can do much better a mile east on 422, look to the left for Walmart. I go here bc they have themselves together as far as my prescription plan info, whereas Walmart for some unknown reason, can't get their act together.

They are the slowest place ever! 5 people working. I think they have stop to talk to each other more than they did any work. Pitiful display actually. I came in 10 mins before other people. They were taken care of ahead of me. What happened to first come first served?

My call was not answered all day, I really needed my meds, and no one answered I waited on hold for an hour, and still no one answered. This is not the fault of the pharmacy people, they are really short on help. 😢

This pharmacy always has the prescriptions I need. Plus, they have basic necessities and then some! Just having the prescriptions in stock when I need them is so important. The other pharmacyss can't say that!

Was not the place to work in my personal opinion that perticular store has way to much DRAMA they had an associate by the name of joy who constantly degraded me because my medical issues and was constantly rude and kept making lies about me to the district manager and at one point we had a meeting with the store manager and she sat there and rolled her eyes at me and I've had family members witness her personally attack me i personally wouldn't give this store any stars if it was possible
