The staff here is amazing and so helpful everytime I go in here with all my random, off the wall, paranoid dog mom questions. They also have a really good member rewards program for certain items like my poop bags and my dog food. If you are looking for something and don't see it ask the staff and they might be able to get it ordered for you. I highly recommend this store and their products!! I wouldn't give anything else to my sweet Frankie.

Absolutely love this place.... great stuff !...and awesome info from the people who work there !! I was very impressed with the information I received and the products that I was directed to ... I definitely was on the wrong track and would have bought the wrong product online. and not to mention the prices were very decent! definitely would recommend stopping by at least to visit and see what they have.. .. their shelves are packed and they have a lot of things they do not carry in other stores also if they don't have what you need they even point you in the right direction on where to get it.

We are out of town and our puppy has a horribly itchy ear. I called the vet who recommended a product that we didn’t have with us. I stopped at Pet HQ on our way to our destination. I asked for assistance on the product I was purchasing, and the woman working was very helpful and nice! The store had a lot of merchandise and I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of products for a small local store.

Pet Headquarters has a great selection of really top notch pet foods, all kinds of toys, huge variety of treats collars leashes and pet needs with the great personal touch of people who care. Laurie is always willing to help and answer questions. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I've been shopping here for over 15 years.

The owner can be a little fickle at times with regular customers, but it does not diminish her expertise and I just think it is her personality. The older lady there is my favorite and she is AMAZING. She's the one that won me back. Fair pricing at Pet HQ as well.

Products are excellent! Location great. I am so sad. No matter what kind of day you have as a small business owner, right or wrong, NEVER YELL at a paying customer in front of other customers!The open sign was still on. There were customers in the shop. The owner could have asked me to leave since it was past closing, I learned that when I walked in. I had our dog with me. I took him to the right of the counter, (so he wouldn't munch on her open inventory), where there is also a gate and her dogs behind the gate. As I was moving back toward the counter, her dog jumped up to the top of the gate. My dog went to the gate to sniff her dog. MY FAULT! Her dog started barking loudly. She YELLED at me in front of other customers that I was NEVER to introduce dogs in this manner !1. There was a gate between the dogs. 2. She didn't tell me not to let my dog sniff her's. 3. There was not a sign posted to indicate this would be a problem. In a shocked voice, I said, "I am sorry, am I not suppose to shop here?" I stayed, apologized again, and made my purchases. She became nice even gave my big bad Dobie, with a very irresponsible owner, a complimentary treat. I am positive there will be a rally of support for her. BUT here's the rub...NOT ONE APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER.
