Great store. Always loved the service. Bought some Beautiful majesty palms and noticed the supplier tagged them as FULL SUN. This couldn't be further from the truth. I have a couple majesty's and they thrive in shade. The smallest amount of direct sunlight will burn the fronds. They like humidity, slightly wet feet, and shade. A little water in the bottom of your drip tray will do. If you follow the nursery tag, I promise you, you'll have burned fronds. They're tall, full and gorgeous! Don't set them in the sun.

Lowe's what can I say about wow find anybody to help you you have to look around and search for when you do find somebody they have a freaking attitude I was looking at some of the reviews online here. Damn how many owners do you guys have their at Lowe's. It seems like. When you have workers there knows what they're talking about and about the products. Seems like you get rid of him. The guy in he knew what he was talking about knew what he was doing but now he don't work there how do I know this because I ran into the guy who worked in lighting he was a big help when I was doing my house he used to own his own I think you should find this guy back and make him a partner because I don't shop at Lowe's no more I get to home Depot in Lebanon because when you walk around there just everywhere

Just moved in to a new house, so Lowe's is a regular stop. Needed glass cut and the guy there was very friendly and helpful. As in appliances. Huge selection, good prices. I love me Lowe's trips. Thank you

This is my go-to place for tools, supplies, and hardware. As an electrician, they have the brands I like to work with. And it's well stocked. Now, they carry Klein brand tools! Every now and again, I do a small plumbing project. I always find everything I need here. I often walk thru for ideas, and there are many displays to look at from all areas of your home. It's worth the trip.

What in to Lowe's for some electrical stuff wanted help so I pressed the button in the aisle. No one came. Why even have the help buttons if you will not help anybody. Your employees are walking around plenty of them. No one answered the button. They all looked down the aisle and kept moving on your employees. Why even have the buttons if no one's going to respond to him. Lowe's used to be a place you could go and hit the button and someone would come to answer a question or help you find something on the shelves that you may not see

We went there for paint, of course the paint counter was called 25 times and nobody showed up. We decided to leave because why wait. My boyfriend called to speak to the manager and the “manager wasn’t available” my 12 years of managing… I never wasn’t available, you make yourself available. The blonde lady at the counter is rude as well, instead of saying, my apologies the paint counter is called and will be over.. she says yea….. great customer service.. I understand were not the only customers in the store but there should be someone at each station or a manager helping or someone responding to the paint assistance that went over the store 25 times

Me and my girlfriend were there and 2 of the employees helped us and we actually had evrything for a job with no return trip for the any missing items. I think Colin was his name an older gentleman in where the toilet row is and Mike also. Nice being helped by people who know what you need and looking for and both should be given a raise. Hello Lowes and goodbye Home Depot.The prices are cheaper also.

This Lowes has a great employee team. Sadly the lumber is and has been getting worse and worse to the point it is completely not usable. Just stopped in to pick up 8 2x4s and could only find one stud that wasn’t garbage. The plywood selection is just as bad. The premium plywood has more voids in it than solid lamination. Purchasing/ supply chain needs to step it up and get some decent products. I will be and I recommend anyone else source your lumber elsewhere.

Tonight I went into palmyra lowes frustrated and rushing since it was closing in 10 mins. I was frustrated since I was not educated in plumbing and I needed to fix my sink in my camper. An employee Jim was cleaning the aisles and asked if I needed help. Being uneducated I couldn't really tell him exactly what I needed only show him with other products. He quickly gave me what I needed and explained how to make it fit. By looking at it I would have never known to do that so I appreciate your help jim. Happy new year to you and your team.

There were absolutely no terracotta pots. That's the only thing I visited the store for today! No biggie though! Beautiful plants in stock though!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They don't stand behind thier work. Spent $11k on a new roof 3 1/2 years ago and today it's leaking. They said the roofing warranty is only good for 2years. WTH. They never installed valleys where my patio and sunroom meet the roof.We call that number and got the same response!! Nothing after 2 years and it doesn't matter how much you spend!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! It's a joke! Never contract work!

Went there yesterday. Very helpful employees. A couple asked if we needed help. But...I was and still am very mad about only having self checkouts. When I go shopping, I want to be waited on not having to check myself out.

They don't offer curbside pickup, not the type that other stores do, at least. They require you to stand at the counter and plead with the employee there to please have someone bring out the heavy appliance that was ordered online for curbside pick up because I cannot lift it, I'm pregnant and then they "do you a favor" and tell you they'll have someone bring it out in 45mins. No, they do not have curbside pickup, they can however do favors to have an employee being it to your car if you are willing to wait.

I spent 3 hours on the phone my last day of vacation. Got the round about phone call from the main customer service to the actual store. I was told I would get a call back, after 3 hours I called and the person on the phone said everyone was on lunch? How is a 3 hour lunch break for 3 people a thing. I called the main line back again and was hung up on. No credit, no gift card, not even a simple call back. How is a customer trying to buy 2 trees treated like this. I just got a lowes credit card, which after this experience I'll be canceling. Then finally got throught to a manager, who was rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking and just kept saying 99 dollar delivery fee. Did not once listen to me after all the money I spend there. She was so rude, no one there has any customer service skills. I was very respectful, until the manager didn't even listen to me about what I went through and kept spouting off prices to me.

Always completely HORRIBLE customer service. 10 people waiting to checkout and NO registers open except for self checkout. I refuse to do an employee's job and check myself. So I left my 1000 dollars worth of purchases and left them in the cart and walked out. Went straight to Home Depot and spent my money there.

Well, in 2023 no one seems to have employees. If you are not a general contractor you should go to the local hardware store and shop small. I did find some helpful staff here but it was hard.

I walked in to get a driver and I got one. They had exactly what I needed when I needed and it was an easy in and out. I am normally a Home Depot person but I did not want to go to Harrisburg at that moment. The store is always clean and there is usually a helpful person around to help you. They do get some outdoor stuff that The Home Depot is usually out of so I tend to shop between the two stores now.

The Palmyra Lowe's store had everything on our list. Three workers helped us locate items. The cashier was pleasant and paged a young employee to load two heavy bags into our car.
