A lot of broken and stained items. Some have a noticeable smell or are unclean. A lot of this heavily worn stuff is very overpriced. I appreciate the pleasant and helpful employees, but one is over the top and airs his personal dirty laundry on the sales floor. It's unprofessional.

Absolutely ridiculous! Original price tag from store says $1.99 Goodwill's price $3.99! Crazy!! This 1 star goes out to all Goodwills. Their pricing has gotten out of hand. Saw a cookbook for $7.99! Same one at Salvation Army, $1.00. Goodwill has gotten so greedy with their prices. Please Goodwill do not respond and tell me you'll let management know. Nothing happens. You just keep raising prices so your CEO can live their posh lifestyle.

Pricing continued to be an issue at this store. Shoes are filthy and beat however they still want $15-30 for them only due to a 'swoosh' logo or common brand name. I gave them many chances over the last two years but unfortunately this is likely no longer a stop along my thrifting route.

It was pretty picked over. I haven't been here in over a year. Prices have increased and were out of my wheelhouse for used items. I have lots of other options to find items I need. Fb, mercari, ebay, yardsales, etc. Need to be a bit more competitive. Hours are a bit more friendly, then previously.

Always has something for being such a small Goodwill. My daughter always finds a toy or movie she likes when we stop in. On this visit we purchased a donated strings music book for her violin, a few stuffed animals, and a few educational books. It's nice to be able to buy things cheaper since it will get wear and tear on it from everyday use.

Used to come here ALL the time when we lived closer. We'd try to visit at least once a week. The staff are pretty friendly and they always have a great selection. It's a treasure trove!Went there for the first time in three months (since we've moved) and the quality has really gone down hill, sadly. Trying on clothes, I went into three different dressing rooms. None of them locked correctly (the knobs are literally falling off of the door) and the one had the light flicker before turning off. I finally just asked my husband to wait outside the door of one with a working light.

Apologies. I *accidentally* left a 1-star review. This place is great, 5-stars. Clean, organized, full of stuff. I went when they had their 50% off sale and got numerous useful items: 2 jeans, 2 belts, 2 tops, 1 sweater, a dehydrator, 2 air sealed containers for holding my soon-to-be-made dehydrated vegetable "chips", a nice eyeglass case, a pot for dying some clothes, and an extension cord. All for $25! Wonderful. Thank you.

Rude manager. She kept me waiting for a scheduled time, never apologized. "Better than thou" attitude, cut me off every time I tried to answer. Prior to this visiting the store she spoke to others in a callous way. I don't recommend this store, fair prices but management negates that fact. I will NOT be shopping here and won't support such store that has a abrasive owner.

Love this store! Great prices. Great items. A nice mix of quality used and surplus items. I stop every time I pass and take home treasures 90% of the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite location.

There was a dress on display I wanted to buy it was told couldn't buy it till I came down from display. Been coming in for over a month asking when it will be off display. Got told today by an assistant manager, Valerie that I'm not allowed to buy the dress because it's on display and anything that's on display is not allowed to be sold. I believe this is false advertisement and I am taking this further. When I came to ask her her name I found her chatting with a fellow employee saying how she couldn't believe that I was so upset over not being allowed to buy the dress that was on display making fun of me. I don't think this is a proper way to conduct business and I think it's a very poor display of what Goodwill employees should be doing especially considering she was an assistant manager. Don't display something if you're not intending on selling it that's called false advertisement. I posted a picture of the dress just so everyone can see that it is in their store on display and I was denied purchase. In fact I was told when it was taken down from display it was probably going to be shredded because it probably had a hole in it or something even though she had not checked the dress or even looked at the dress herself and that it wouldn't never be put up for sale.Due to the diligent work of a manager named Dustin, things were worked out with no confrontation. So therfore I'm raising my review stars!The only pet train the stars still low is due to the fact when I ask an employee where something is, instead of helping me look, they just point.

3 stars for cordial staff. I love to thrift shop and purchase "old" things and make them new again. Goodwill prices have went up considerably over the past several years. I can now buy brand new items for less as department stores.

Bad customer service. Employee refused to wrap the Pfaltzgraff dishes I bought there to ensure they did not break during the car ride home. Community Aid has no problem doing that for their customers.

The staff here is usually nice and friendly. This is the type of place you have to go back to often as the stuff changes every day. You never know what you'll find. Open seven days. Always ask what the color special is for the day for extra discounts.
