Be careful going to this store. There are thieves that work there. I dropped my Visa card, an honest customer found it, turned it in, and when I called the next day, I was told it wasn’t there. Five days later I go in just to see if by chance the woman on the phone lied to me, and sure enough, the man at the register said it was found on the floor. When I called to check the balance, there were charges done two days later. When I called to speak to the manager about my fraudulent charges, I was told he would tell the Manager the next day, and I should receive a call back. A week later I never received a call so I made another phone call back to the store and spoke with another lady who said the manager was aware, but did not know what she was going to do about it and also spoke to me as if I were an idiot. She asked how do I know the charges are from the store if I had the card back and I had to explain to her that the dates of those charges were when I did not have the card in my possession, but it was in their possession. It’s been almost a month, and I still have yet to receive a call from the manager.

Male employee stood around near the checkout counter and talked about customers in a derogatory manner the entire time I was in this store. I’m sure there was work to be done instead of just bashing customers. Surely this could be done between employees at a time when customers are not present. Not a pleasant experience, wouldn’t want to come back if he’s there.

Usually I love going here. Most of the employees are super friendly, except this time I went. The store was not at all busy and there was an older man with glasses stocking shelves in the beauty isle. My daughter had picked out a few nail polish colors and came to find me a few isles over to ask my opinion. We agreed upon the same color and because I’ve taught her the right way, she went to return the others to their original spot. She said excuse me and this man proceeds to start getting nasty with my then 14 year old daughter about how he is tired of people walking through and how he isn’t moving because he is busy. My daughter has very bad anxiety and would never want to inconvenience anyone but this was too much. She walked away with the nail polish in hand and came up to me almost in tears. I was livid. I went up and asked to speak with a manager to which the same man said, he’s not here and walked away. 😤 This man was rude. I understand if you are having a bad day but that doesn’t give you the right to treat anyone like that. It wasn’t as if my daughter was running back and forth and being rude. After this incessant I didn’t see him much but I assume he is still there. I still shop at this location but not as much as I used to. I’m sure if the manager had been present he would have handled the situation properly. My daughter was mortified by the whole thing so I haven’t brought it up to anyone else. Other than this incident my family loves this store.

Male manager that’s working tonight has an terrible attitude problem. His demeanor and ways of communicating with a customer shouldn’t be tolerated. Attitude really stinks. He should be checked by the GM on how to communicate with customers. He reminds me of an old woman with a miserable life. Stuck in her ways. Horrible

I would give 5 stars, but there are just too many display cases in the aisles. Stock is a little low, but that is happening everywhere. Cashier was very sweet and helpful. I live a town over, and I forget the store is there. I think there will a few more trips coming up in the near future. The store was clean.

One of the most organized dollar trees I’ve ever seen! I never see the manager(Tim) hesitate to jump on register and help his team! He is very kind to customers and appears to be very kind to his staff as well! Most cashiers there are very sweet, there is a younger boy with blonde hair and a younger girl with medium length brown hair and they are always very sweet! (Sorry I’m not good at remembering names). I worked in retail for 8 years from a cashier to a senior manager and I can always tell when a store is functioning under good management! One of my favorite places to shop! Thank you for running such a great store and making sure your employees are happy! It reflects on to customers more than you know :)

Friendly and professional manager, Tim, is helpful and maintains a clean and well organized store. The store welcomes and respect legitimate service animals, and that makes a HUGE difference to me. It's nice to feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend this store.

The old lady there was very rude and seemed to have an attitude. My mom was taking a little bit if time taking her card out as she's older. The lady rolled her eyes as she was looking at the next person in line. She makes us feel very unwelcome.

Very crowded. Lots of merchandise though. Cashier was busy but yet friendly. Real good place to shop. I always go to this place for my cleaning supplies.

You'd be very surprised what you'd get out of the dollar store. High quality items, and a very large food selection.I often visit this store to get simple supplies in the house before I spend tens of dollars somewhere else. However, everything for a dollar can cause your bill to climb pretty fast. Once spent $100 there.Definitely recommend you stop by.

Time machine 2013 we passed by so many Dollar Trees on our way up to New York. This one I remember was super nice. Idk but even though DT locations are the same there is always something different about them that makes it different from the next one. We visited the Hershey factory and your town smells like chocolate! We get all our traveling supplies at every Dollar Tree! It's quick and easy. Stay warm everyone! I always liked going to the Palmyra one. Went in today and bought a bunch of candy and other items I needed for Easter. The cashier made a nasty comment about me when I was walking out the door. I'm not cancelling Easter for my kids. But I know I won't go back to that store again.

The staff is very ignorant, the older lady with short blond hair in particular. How are you going to tell a child you won't change a dollar into quarters so they can use the vending machine?

This is by far my favorite Dollar Tree in the local area. It is clean, organized and typically stocked with the normal items. Seasonal items are great as well!

The staff here are super rude.. They dint even say hi. They dont say have a nice day in fact the lady didnt even tell me my total.. The manager is just as bad she was getting ready to switch the ladies out and she was standing in my way of me leaving the check out didnt say o im aorry or excuse me or thank you come again not a word.. There is a box up front and has all the toya that have been donated and my son was looking at them she was like umm get off those they are already bought... Umm excuse me my son was just looking no nees to be rude to him you could of kindly said please don't touch they are for kids that dont have any gifts.. He would of loved to donate his toy he just bought with his own money to put in there.. I will pay the extra in gas amd go to lebonon instead i have never had a manager be so rude..

Bad . I stopped unplained and it was hot out ,i had my tweenie with me and did not want to leave her in the car!!!!!!!!! Due to the heat. I had her and grand daughter in the big part of the cart. . I just wanted to pick up a few iteams for a craft for the kids. The old man came charging at me and said it that is not a Service dog. I had get out . This is the last time i shall shop their and have posted to facebook and other social media outlets. And the star was only cause i jad to give a rating,they dont get any from me

Good for a dollar tree. They have exactly what you would expect and all for a dollar. Decent parking and friendly staff. The lines can get a little long sometimes.
