These Palmerton Rite Aid Employees need customer service education. Why is it so hard to fill a prescription. Put your phone back on the hook. So many Doctors saying they can't get through for months. All the Pharmicist does is LIE, LIE, LIE. Why! I need life saving medication, Would you treat your own family like this!

I shouldn’t even give this rite aid pharmacy a 1 star honestly. The associate in the pharmacy section is extremely rude. She has glasses. I waited for a half hour for my prescription and it wasn’t filled. So I went home and tried to call and got no answer and I called at least 8 time. 2 hours later finally got a hold of someone she was the rudest woman ever. I will never be getting a prescription here again. I get you’re short staffed but that doesn’t mean you need to be an a hole. I hope this girl gets fired

I have been using this pharmacy for five years because it is the closest to my home and because Rite Aid is a pharmacy I have used and trusted for nearly 20 years. That being said, I finally made the switch to a local pharmacy instead, as the stress and anxiety of filling a simple prescription has gotten to be too much.I should not have to advocate EVERY TIME for my prescription to be 'filled as written' (which has been supposedly added to my file by myself AND my doctor multiple times now). EVERY time it is time for me to pick up my prescription, I find myself having to come back at least two to three times because they have filled it with a similar product but not the requested medication. This is not one particular pharmacist, but a Rite Aid Palmerton issue, as this has been going on consistently since I moved to the area in 2017. I have NEVER had this issue at other Rite Aids or pharmacies used in the past.I'm truly grateful that the prescription I am taking is not keeping my heart beating or preventing strokes or doing something to literally keep me alive, because their attention to detail is abysmal. If you are something like this, I sincerely would recommend you go anywhere else to have it filled.

This pharmacy has come a very long way from where it was a year ago. It’s clear that the staff has worked hard to make sure customers needs are met since the Shipman’s merger. Definitely recommend visiting for your prescription needs!

Nicole is the most amazing pharmacist I have ever met. You can tell that she truly cares about her customers and makes a HUGE effort to help them to her best ability. Every single time I speak to Nicole she goes above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this Rite Aid Pharmacy because Nicole will ensure that you have the best experience.

I wouldn't even give him one star if I didn't have to the pharmacy is a joke stand in l a line that as long as the store for half an hour with a bad back for them only to tell me that my prescription is not ready. Not to mention only one pharmacist and one person working the counter what a joke I'm switching my prescription provider rite aids a joke

Lied saying they had no cash for Cashback, was completely rude, wouldn't let me take back what I got to get Cashback..I told her nevermind and she still pressed the button to charge me then had the audacity to throw my receipt at me. Everyone is always so rude, please get off y'all's high horse.

The Palmerton Rite Aid looks great since the remodel. Pharmacy is beginning to run more efficiently and the entire store looks great! The employees are the best!

STAFF is extremely helpful and courteous, however not having basic medications in stock when patients are in pain after surgery is horrible.My friend couldn't even get basic insulin so she switched locations. I had to wait over 24 hours after my surgery and it still wasn't ready, this is inconsiderate. They should have offered to contact another rite aide. I had to contact another rite aid and go back and forth only to find it was available and in stock in Walnutport. Could have saved me a lot of pain last nite and today! They need to increase stock.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Minimum 5 people in line no matter what time you come, never more than one person working register despite there being 4 people working behind the counter, and constant billing issues.

The one pharmacy clerk is very unhelpful. I was trying to question the price and why it was 5 times more then what I usually pay. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions. I felt completely rushed and ripped off.

Pharmacists and techs areally usually very kind. They're a smaller store so they often don't have full prescription's available and have to order meds.

WORST PLACE EVER, CONTACTING THEIR CORPORATE OFFICES ... WAITED 1 MONTH FOR 1 PRESCRIPTION TO BE FILLED AND IT WAS NOT A DIFFICULT ONE TO FILL.
