I reached out to Claude’s looking for a place to host an employee appreciation event. Melanie was incredibly responsive and helpful, ultimately accommodating the event. She personally made sure everything was attended to and went off without a hitch. We had a small turnout but fun nonetheless. My employees and their families that joined loved the hotdogs and ice cream, so delicious! Small but super cute venue, great staff. Beautiful and large outdoor space but was unfortunately too cold to utilize that space. Would definitely recommend Claude’s for your ice cream parlor needs! 10/10

So many flavors of ice cream that it's difficult to choose! I had a vanilla malt shake. Salted caramel cookies and cream, superman, play dough, cotton candy, and camouflage flavors!

Had a Great Experience here for Scary Good Eats on the Food Network App. The staff was really friendly and working very hard despite being understaffed. Great serving sizes with great Ice Cream that hit the spot on a hot summer day. I would go back again

Heard good things, so I took my daughter on the 45 minute drive for hot dogs and ice cream. She does not drink soda, so I asked for a cup of ice water. I, myself, got a cherry Coke. I look at the receipt and Kaylee charged me for two fountain drinks. I brought it to her attention when she brought us our food and she looked at me like I was stupid for even asking. She then literally walked away from us. It's only $1.65 + tax, but it's the principle. The hot dogs and ice cream were pretty good. I'd come back, but after getting fleeced and then ignored like I was a nobody, I definitely won't be frequenting this place again. What a 4th of July experience 😒

Paid $9 for a banana milkshake!! Ridiculous!! So an xl milkshake is $6.45. I asked for an xl banana milkshake and was told it should have 2 bananas since it is an xl and it would be $2 extra!! I said, $2 for an extra banana and she replied, no the bananas are $1 each.......really....Claude's lost my business! I will go out of my way to go somewhere else! Never was I charged for bananas in a banana milkshake.......

The ice cream was yummy and they offered a variety of cones and ice cream flavors including soft serve. They also had a wide selection of specialty hot dogs though I hadn’t tried any. Claude’s is a great addition to Palmerton!

Was served by Katie tonight. She was so kind in spite of me needing a little more time while it was pretty busy. I had a pleasant experience and will be going back!Ice cream was really good too. Their chocolate is the best! Also, Katie made a great milkshake.

The ice cream (soft serve and hard ice cream) as well as the chicken fingers and french fries were delicious. We also loved the music they had playing while we enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly, professional and kind which was greatly appreciated.

I went June 24th and the staff was amazing!!I ordered a superman and mint chip and it was SO good!!will be back for the exceptional service and delectable treats😜😜😜 can’t wait to bring my grandkids here, Tommy will definitely want a hot dog!! Can’t wait!

Love the outside seating and the ice cream is always great. Me and my girlfriend are basically regulars.... Logan was the one who took care of us despite seeming the busiest, we had a question about blue moon and he was super helpful, polite, & professional the whole time. He took care of us and quite a few other customers very quickly all while answering all of our questions and having a full on conversation with us the whole time. His work ethic seems very impressive for his age... He seems pretty young, so I doubt he was a manager but he definitely works and handles things like one. 5 stars this visit

I ordered 2 chili and cheese hotdogs with mustard and onions for take out, they came on a New England style bun sliced on the top and grilled on the sides, they were tasty, but I like my dog's well done, they were cooked on one of those roller machines and I wasn't impressed with the chili sauce. Just average, I thought they were pricey,I was just cravingsomething along the line of yocco's hotdogs, the bun was the best part,I just felt a little let down, the Ice cream looks great though.

Excellent Excellent Excellent! Staff is friendly and the inside is open, bright and clean. There is outside seating and a walk up window also for sidewalk ordering. Great ice cream with tons of scoop flavor options. Their Claude Hopper is a great option when a soft cone or hard scoop options just won't cut it. Prices are reasonable. The staff is very efficient and service is quick. There is always a line at Claude's. The best little ice cream spot in town!

Fantastic ice cream and hot dogs. I love that they have a Chicago dog and a new york dog, even hot sausages too. Love the seasonal ice cream flavors too.

Went in for dinner and dessert to find out that they "don't turn the fryer on much." So if you want any thing other than ice cream your options are limited to hot dogs. Made incorrectly. Ordered two of the same dogs. One came with chili and one came without. Pure chaos behind the counter, no manager in site. A bunch of teenage girls scrambling to fill orders with very few manners. We thought for sure the ice cream had to be worth all the frustration...we were wrong. Got a banana split and struggled to find the ice cream in it. It was mostly banana and whip cream...not the Claudes we remember from previous year!

Tons of ice cream flavors to choose from. Hot dogs are good but nothing special. They are served on a new England bun which is different. Service is what you expect from any ice cream place, 16-19 yr old girls who care more about their own gossip than your service but they are friendly overall. Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating.

Came over the summer with my partner. The location is clean and in a very popular spot within walking distance of the park. Parking can be a bit tight so you may need to find an on-street spot. They have a huge selection of ice creams and when we were waited on, they had adequate staff for taking orders. When we received our ice cream, it tasted amazing. Will update review if anything changes overtime. Would go again.

Logan Connelly is the best employee i have ever met in my life! He took a lot of time out of his day to help me learn how to read, teach me how to ski, serve me delicious food at claude's, and teach me how to be a good simaritin. I have never met such an amazing employee who was so willing to help and so rich in character. He has taught me how to strive for sucess and I will forever remember his wisdom. I think that it would be an injustice to Palmerton and the world if he doesn't get a promotion. Thank you for considering my comment and I hope that you will give Logan a great raise very soon.

Have driven here now twice from about 20 min away only to find the place closed outside of advertised hours. Will not visit again. Likely should just close if you can’t be open on a Sat. as per your voicemail and Google advertised hours. Don’t waste your gas. Sad. Used to love it here.
