I have been boarding my dogs at Vixen Hall Kennels for several years now. The place is always clean and tidy and the staff so kind and helpful. My dogs are always happy to walk in the door when I go to drop them off and are happy and settled coming home :-) I love the photo, email updates. I highly recommend this kennel and I am a picky dog person!

Our two dogs seem to really enjoy their time at Vixen Hall. The staff have consistently been friendly and accommodating. Great if you are going on vacation, just make sure to schedule ahead. Holidays book quickly.

We’ve been taking my 2 year old Bernedoodle to Vixen Hall for grooming and boarding since we got him as a puppy. He’s a big boy now at 90 lbs and his groomer, Nancy, is phenomenal! She always does a great job and works so well with him. The whole staff is great and knows my boy by name when we come in. I’ve boarded him there twice and they are so great at letting me know what’s going on with him. He can get pretty nervous/skittish in unfamiliar situations but the team at Vixen Hall does a great job with him when he gets like that!

Vixen Hall is the absolute best. We had an epileptic dog and they cared for him just as we would. I never worried when leaving pets in Vixen Hall's care. Now that we have a new dog in our family we entrust him to Vixen Hall any time we travel. They are fantastic.

Extremely happy with the experience we've had at Vixen Hall. They take great care of my dog, send emails every couple of days with an update of how he is doing and with pictures, etc. I highly recommend them.

Your dogs are in excellent care at Vixen Hall! The team is wonderful and when we were stuck overseas, they were able to accommodate our dogs for an extra night which eased our stress. Our dogs came home happy and exhausted :)

Our three dogs stayed at Vixen Hall over Labor Day. They were well-cared for and happy. We loved the photo updates by email. They got lots of playtime out in the yard. It's great knowing we can travel and have such a safe place for our crew!

I can't recommend this place enough. I'll never even consider using another kennel. If you want peace of mind knowing your dog is being taken care of, THIS is place. You can tell the owners and staff really pride themselves in treating every dog like family, as if it were one of their own. I feel like they went way above and beyond for my puppy. If you have any concerns about following feeding/medication schedules and just making sure your dog gets ample play time and loving human interaction, rest assured! Vixen Hall is the place I'll be taking my dog ANY time I can't take her with me on a trip. Thank you Rob, Alexandra, and staff!!!

I have used Vixen Hall since moving to the area 3 years ago. Rob and his staff are friendly, professional and caring. My dogs are always happy when we arrive at the kennel and in great spirits and healthy when we return to take them home. I feel that everyone at Vixen Hall really takes the time to get to know their clients, both 4 and 2 legged and that really makes me feel comfortable leaving my dogs there. It’s a beautiful setting and my dogs love their time outside with the staff. I would highly recommend Vixen Hall to anyone looking to board their dogs!

I have been boarding my dogs at Vixen Hall over 10 years. They are very caring and treat my dogs as if they were their own. I just had my dog there this past weekend and once again, I didn’t worry at all while she was there. I previously had a senior dog with lots of issues, and they always took care of his medications and gave him the extra care when needed. I would recommend Vixen Hall I’m a heartbeat, Rob and his staff are the best!!

My dog just boarded at Vixen Halls for the first time and he already can’t wait to go back! The land the kennel is on is GORGEOUS and we saw so many happy dogs at drop off and pick up. My dog came home exhausted, happy and groomed. Highly recommend!

Vixen Hall is the only place I've ever used for my dog when we go away. She's anxious around strangers, but they're always amazing with her. They've never had any issues giving her insulin and once even gave me a nearly full bottle that someone had donated to them when that person's pet passed away. They're always so kind and helpful and it's such a relief to have people I can trust to care for my pet.

The team at Vixen is the best, hands down. We live in North Jersey, but for extended time away, we drive our two pups down to Vixen. The care and attention they get there makes them feel safe and comfortable while we’re away. Vixen communicates while we’re away with updates and pictures, which helps put our mind at ease. We’ve used them 3-4 time’s in the last 10 months, and will continue to for all of our boarding needs.

We boarded our 2 labs for a week and had no worries. The staff was friendly, gave us updates and we were able to book training time for our new pup. The pricing was good and service was great. Most importantly, our pups were happy and tails were waving when we went to pick them up. Will definitely use them again.

I highly recommend and thank Vixen Hall Kennels for taking such good care of my dogs. My girls Marley and Pepper are very shy with people, but the staff warmed right up to them. This kennel and employees put me at ease right away with their professionalism and amazing facilities. They have huge exercise areas and clean kennels for the dogs to rest. They even gave the dogs some extra blankets for cuddling. Thanks so much. I will be using again!

I love this kennel. It is my preferred place to take both of my dogs. After the stay, my dogs are happy, clean and healthy. I've never had an issues with drop off or pick up. I can't recommend this place more.

While a bit more pricey than I was expecting, my cats got excellent care. The young couple who run the place sincerely care about the well being of the animals and their owners. They have a room where the cats socialize, and the dogs are walked daily. It's a beautiful farm, perfect for a kennel.

Wonderful people to work with. Last year - 2020 - the pandemic caused problems and they were more than understanding & helpful. This year - 2021 - prior to our boarding experience, the family pet passed. Vixen Hall could not have been more caring & refused any compensation. I’ve read all the positive reviews for those who board their dogs at Vixen Hall. I should have picked up on the fact that there weren’t any reviews for those who boarded their cats.Their facility is not set up for cats. They only have a tiny room with a few pieces of furniture for kitties and the room is dirty and reeks of urine. When we went to pick up our kitty, we found that the cat room was full of dogs and the cats were relegated to a smaller room.I think my cat was in his small crate all week. He was also very dehydrated when we got him home.I am leaving 2 stars instead of one because the staff was friendly and they gave him his medicine. This kennel is best suited for dogs. I’m hoping to find a better boarding situation that focuses on the care of cats.

After a day or two, i believe thor was ok. It was his first time away from us for an extended time. Vixen Hall sent me a couple pictures of him and were always responsive. They are also very reasonably priced. We will use them again.

They took such loving care of our two girls pups while we were visiting family, I'm not quite sure they were ready to come home!! Marley is truly scared of ANY HUMAN aside from Brian and I but her tail was wagging and she went right up to the staff, immediately easing our anxiety about our nervous pup. Pepper loved the space to run and being able to sleep in a run next to her sister. They'll be back soon!! Thank you!!

The staff at Vixen Hall went above and beyond with our Bulldog! She was boarded for the first time while suffering with a painful eye condition. Rhonda took AMAZING care of her, even hand feeding her and going to check on her after hours. We'll definitely be back!
