Sandy is fantastic, I was thinking about purchasing some chickens and she was extremely informative. Even told me I could call the store if i ever have any questions as her and some of the other employees have been keeping chickens for years. Great experience, great store, great employee!

The service there isn't the best. The cashier was complaining the whole time and acting like checking us out wasn't her top priority. She was busy flirting with the stock person who brought our grill upfront. Even my 8 year old made a comment in the car about how she isn't professional. If you need to rent a trailer be prepared to wait for a while for someone to help you. They do have a good stock of supplies and the prices are good.

They have every thing I need for my weed wacker to my zero turn lawn mower even things for my dune buggy. Even though some things are a bit pricey they are worth very penny since the quality is amazing. They also have great customer service and workers are very nice.

DO NOT BUY a lawn tractor from this place unless you have the means to trailer it home yourself !!!!! Talk about an absolute nightmare ! Nice staff but absolutely horrendous delivery experience!! I was told by 3 different employees NOT to use the standard delivery option listed on the website because it’s overpriced and a few of the employees are able to deliver the tractors for cash on the side with their personal trucks/trailers. So naturally I trusted the associates and was told by the store manager that I would be contacted shortly to have my tractor delivered.Store manager told me on 2 separate occasions that she would speak to someone about the delivery and that they would call me that day. Have called the store daily asking for any information at all. Have yet to get an update or a phone call and to top that off the tractor went on sale with free standard delivery 3 days after I purchased it.I would highly suggest you stick with one of the other tractor supply stores if you are in the market for a new lawn tractor and my advice to management would be to do you what you say you are going to do!!!

I know the manager of this store, he is a life long friend. He is excellent wherever he goes. he use to work at the Parkesburg one, though not the manager, but he might as well been. He is very helpful, as well as the other workers. The other reviewer, obviously didnt have such an experience as I did. Though I don't know why. I always find tractor supply to be a great place :)

Have bought Shell oil there by the case for years. Asked for 10 cases a woman who claimed to be manager, told me "we dont sell oil by the case"! No worries TS I will take my business elsewhere!

What is not to like about TSC ! Oversized store with everything you need for your bird feeders,pets, livestock, gardens,toolbox and much more. Huge selection of dog food,love the country décor items and the clothes. Staff is helpful and informative.

11/26/17 @ 5:10 pm. Asked to pay for 100 gallon lp tank to be filled, was told that manager said no tanks are to be filled as of the time posted. Because regular employee who fills the tank left for the evening. But as i left the manager was at the time filling tanks. All together bad customer service and bad management of the the store. Will be looking for another place to fill my lp tanks from now on. Ashame i gave them alot of business up till now.

Oxford's TSC employees are wonderful people too! They get to know their customers and what they purchase regularly. They are knowlegable about their products. And have personal experience in their area of expertise. If you have a question about fencing, wood pellets, chickens, horses or any product, it will be answered by someone who knows.

Advertise the sale of propane and filling your tank. I filled on Sunday, only 2 employees working the whole store. Employee said everyone called out sick so extended wait time. Today, Thursday i go to refill two 100 lb tanks the Employee said i can't fill your tanks as they are in a inclosed van. Same vehicle i was driving Sunday . Waisted time for me, as i drove out of my way to refill.
