Worst customer service ever! Clearly poorly trained or ignorant staff. An effort to return a product, with receipt AND original payment method was flat out refused for anything but an exchange, corporate policy, clearly indicated on the corporate website indicates OR a refund to the original payment method. Buyer beware! If you buy the wrong item you are stuck with it or can exchange it for junk you do not need!! This was the NEW Oxford location

Always love Dollar Tree but the New Oxford location is one of the better ones. The store is large and clean so they always have a great selection!

What a great Dollar Tree! This place is big, very well organized, and nice staff. If I lived closer, I would be at this Dollar Tree more often. There was this younger girl who was my cashier yesterday. She had darker hair and really beautiful makeup on, she was so sweet and kind to me and everyone around her. I am overall very happy with this Dollar Tree. Keep up the good work!

I don't bring my kid in with me anymore because one of the main associates likes to call her baby girl and try and give her hugs when my child is clearly not interested in hugging a stranger. Just weird.And the main manager is always yelling at groups of kids when im in the store (the high school is down the street) kids often stop in after school but the manager made up a policy where groups of kids 3 or more can't enter the store?It's the twilight zone of dollar stores.

I always liked the Dollar Tree. You can find some neat stuff. I go here first to find Birthday cards for family. They've added a lot of new things too.

This store is a joke. I bought hot dog rolls and some other misc items. Left the bag up at the cash register and left. When I got home ten mins later and called they told me there was nothing that could be done since the bag was not there. Really?? I have proof of buying them on a receipt and that is too bad because the bag is gone. This is the last time I shop there. You're customer service needs an upgrade.

This is a nice big store and is pretty well organized. They have a great selection of staples like party supplies, housewares, wrapping paper, and a great selection of crafting supplies. Great selectof stickers if you or your kid loves them! I'm sad they have not carried my italian biscotti in a long time. Definitely worth a look.

I love shopping here ,but today I was in the store today and could hear the store manager talking about one of her employees. The manager talked to several of the other employees about this woman and what her and the woman discussed on the phone. It was about the employee not feeling like she was appreciated and the managers reply was “ who tells me I am appreciated “. Someone needs a lesson in personal privacy!

Horrible service, not sure if it's how much they get payed or that they have so much pressure on them a woman seemed to be having a panic attack while checking someone out... 😕 Throughout the whole store the floor was completely covered in anything and everything, trash, glitter, or packages of food. With every step there was a 'crunch'. ☹Also if they changed prices it's not worth an extra 25 cents plus tax so, 🙄 not going therer anymore.

This Dollar Tree is wonderful! The store is clean and neat. All health and safety mandates are complied with by both staff and other customers The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Dollar Tree.

I'm a hot wheels collector and went in to see if they had any and a lady working asked me if I needed any help and I said hot wheels and she said nope they are sold out of course I buy the good ones. HOW IS THAT EVEN REMOTELY OK FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO BE DOING THAT???

Can always find something you need for a dollar! If you need party supplies, craft items or small decorations this is the store not to break the budget! They also have household items, small section of food, toiletries , books, and many more items. This is a good place for reading glasses, if the get lost or left behind you don't need to sweat it, just have a spare!
