I'm gonna be honest this store deserves no stars. This pharmacy is the most unorganized, most uncaring I've ever been too. Super rude, almost down right nasty to customers. They're making mistakes and not fixing or taking responsibility for them. They never have anything on time and turn customers away or give them the run around for days in a row. This store never has dire necessities like insulin, anti seizure, or blood pressure medicine. They almost killed my husband 3x because they kept making us come back at different times throughout 4 days for both of his insulins because they're "busy", or "we didn't unpack anything yet". This was on more than one occasion. They wouldn't let him have all of his glucose test stips because they rung the prescription up wrong. I've made complaints, called corporate. This store is absolutely bananas. Nothing is done in a smooth, caring, honest, timely way like you'd expect from a pharmacy. They lie because they're either lazy or tormenting the customers make them feel special. It's like they get their rocks off making everything an inconvenience.

The Pharmacist explained everything to me about the medications for my Dad, what they are for and what they do. He really helped me understand it all. I am so glad he works at the Pharmacy I go to.

The pharmacy staff is fast and helpful. They carry a medicine for my son that I have to wait for, for months to get everywhere else.

They are very judge mental. Went to pick up my mothers medication for her because she says they are very rude to her- I go in & they actually refuse to give the medication & say “she has plenty left- oh well I mean she should”. Super rude. Guy was bald with glasses.

I receive excellent service at this location time & time again. The Pharmacy Staff is faced with challenges in terms of the number of associates Rite Aid allocates in the department. Even when they are running with 1 or 2 people, I’ve always been acknowledged quickly and taken care of with urgency.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Most of the employees don't even know how to work at a pharmacy while the lead pharmacist picks up all their slack. I dropped a prescription off and they said 20 minutes. I came back an hour later and they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited another hour in store and the black women behind the counter got made when I came up after and hour and asked if mine was ready to be picked up. She asked my name 4 times then typed nothing in the computer and just said it'll be ready when it's ready.

I was there about a week ago. And there was a younger lady working she put my items in the bag I beeped going out the door now I didn’t hv my purse with in the store and I had like a jump suit on so kinda hard to steal the manger that was sitting on the floor behind the counter said did the item hv a sticker on it did then I still beeped going out the door all’s I had was my phone and my Keys I didn’t even hv my wallet I went out the manager that was In there stopped me again as I was all the way out the store n said let me check ur pockets only thing in there was my phone just saying not going back Imma go to cvs

What a joke. This pharmacy is closed at random during the week as they ship their pharmacist off to some other local Rite Aid. This shuts down their pharmacy with no notice. Now they are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Just close the entire location as corporate does not seem to care about this location

They’re so rude in the pharmacy. It’s more convenient with parking and the hours as compared to the other near by rite aid on center but their attitude and LACK OF helpfulness is disappointing. /: they don’t even let you know when your medication is done.. just let you sit there for ever and have you guessing lol

Get some help in the Pharmacy on the weekend. Pharmacist seemed little concerned about customer wait time. Was like we weren't even there. The customer behind me spoke up so a person from the floor jumped in to help. Was picking up a prescription for my dad. I won't be using this pharmacy.

Im always treated with kindness and understanding in this Rite Aid. I've actually switched to this specific one bc of that. I never feel judged or treated like an inconvenience.

Horrible customer service. Medicine is never available even when you call and they give you a time and most likely you'll have to wait an extra 20-45+ minutes. Never a cashier around. Most of the employees are arrogant. SAD
