Love this place. Their employees are so friendly and helpful. I usually order online and pickup in store and they always have my items ready very quickly. If you join their rewards program and use coupons you can get a lot of good deals.

Went in to check out the Halloween sales and was surprised at the choices that were available at 50% off. The store is very clean and organized and the cashier was pleasant. However the attitude changed a tad when I did not want to supply my phone number.

Went to the store to see how they were stocking as compared to other Michaels needed some crafting materials and other stuff the prices at all the Michaels are really good they're having a 50% off cricut stuff also have some good prices on storage for crafting stuff and the staff was friendly and courteous and very helpful I was actually surprised with the parking lot that they had no handicap parking spots out in front of the store but not sure if that is the stores fault or the malls also the row between the parking spots seem a little narrow otherwise it was a good shopping experience

Very nice, I did find what I was looking for which was wicks for making candles...I could got a better deal online for sure but it did help me for what I'm doing without waiting for the mailman. I would go there again & plan on in the near future, I did see some great things in there... so yes check it out if you have not been before.

The food here is delicious. I had the French onion soup and baked ziti... Perfection!! My friend had stuffed shells and bruschetta, and it is just as yummy as it looks on their pictures. Don't be in a hurry if you have a meal here. It is quality food, made to order and it's a very popular place to dine, so, a wait should be expected. Wait staff is attentive and very pleasant. I can't wait to go back.

Disappointed with recent visit. Specifically went to the store for sale items I discovered in an email, however, after I wasted time collecting the items throughout the store and waiting in line, I was told those items were only on sale for those prices if you order them online and select "pick up at store ". Was told this process would take at least an hour (even though I had all the items right in my cart). Won't be shopping at Michael's any time soon.

Poor experience, lack of responsibility from management. I entered the store looking for a frame for a photo, and was patiently waiting in line at the frame counter while employee 1 was working with the customer in front of me. Employee 1 paused while helping the customer and looked back at me to see what I needed. I was directed down an aisle I had already looked in, and ended up returning to the frame counter to put in a custom ordered frame. Employee 2 then directed me down the same aisle, despite me saying I was waiting in line for a custom order. After another round of being sent down the same aisle I just grabbed a frame that was close enough and decided I would just make my own frame at home. The cashier was polite, but when I asked for a manager to explain the frustration of being bounced around the store despite wanting to stay in line for a custom order, employee 1 came to the front. When I explained my situation they pinned the blame on the customer in front of me, stating the customer "didn't know what they wanted" and that they would have been with me sooner if it weren't for the other customer. There was no sense of urgency, and I had no problem waiting in line. Only positive to my visit was that the cashier who checked me out prior was polite, and willing to help however they could. Sorry to say I won't be shopping there again if the management blames other customers for poor manners.

Service here is good but, their selections of yarn are only 1 1/2 aisles. Hardly worth the drive unless you know that they have what you need before you start. If your craft doesn't involve yatn, you'll probably be satisfied.

Greatest scam ever. Went to use my discount code and magically, the line-out for the computer system wouldn't connect to Michaels servers to read the code to give me the discount.However, the EXACT SAME line-out to read my debit card worked perfectly.So to give me a discount, the internet is out.To charge my debit card, the internet is working perfectly.Michael's excuse...it rained so our system goes down. They actually blamed it on the rain. The manager had no answer as to why the same line-out works to take my money but won't work to give me the discount that Michaels uses to lure you into their store. Also, the manager is somehow unable to override the system to deliver the discount to the customer. Only store I've ever seen where that can't be done.

Great place for crafting items or lessons! They have kids classes every Saturday for$2 or $5 depending on age. They also have FREE classes for kids and adults. You only have to buy the supplies !! They also have adult classes for knitting, crochet, baking and many more! I've taken my son to a few classes and he absolutely loved them! Plus they have decorations and wedding supplies!! Definitely a great store to visit! Only negative thing is that they don't sell fabric by the yard or larger! But definitely a store to check out of you're crafty or artistic! And don't forget your coupon!! Usually 40% off your highest priced item! They can scan it straight from your smartphone!!

They always have great sales and if it is not on sale you can go to the website and grab some coupons to make the purchase more affordable. I have bought many things here over the years, including a custom frame which I made into a coffee table.They sell a large variety including seasonal decor, baskets, picture frames, small decorative wall art, pens, sharpie markers, stamps, stickers, birdhouses, kids crafts, jewelry making items, yarn, paper craft, coloring books, paint, spray paint, painting supplies, and so much more.They also offer classes to learn how to make crafts. It's a great cheap and fun idea if you have children.

Prices on some of the items are on the steep side.. I don't shop here unless I have a good coupon or there's a good clearance sale going on.. after Christmas or any holiday is a great time to shop here and stock up on some things.. I would never buy my Christmas stuff here before christmas lol.. sadly, it's just too pricey.. the stuff is beautiful and mostly high quality.. but there are other places selling similar items at a much lower price.. example : prisma colored pencils.. yes they're good, they're higher quality.. but the prices are high.. theyre never on sale.. buying them online can save people who use them a lot of money.. dollar tree sells a lot of things Michael's sells ;) be sure to check there first .. saves me a lot of money ♡The workers are usually always friendly.. they seem to be more into standing around spying on if someone might steal vs actually moving around and asking anyone if they need help finding anything .. they will try to point u in the direction of where the item you're looking for might be vs actually taking less than a minute to physically show you,. Otherwise .. it's a decent place to shop. Be sure to download the app and sign up for their rewards program.. they'll email and or text 20 percent off one item coupons often *note, it has to be an item that is NOT on sale* which I personally feel like it should be 20 percent off ANY item.. they can afford to give us that.. but who am I,

Favorite Michael's store, by far! Everything is very well organized and prices are clearly marked! Their clearance aisle has shrunk a bit over the years, and I LOVE the clearance aisle...But, I guess that's just indicative of them doing better business!

Lots of crafting supplies. Pretty much the same as other stores in the Michael's chain. This location is kept clean and organized. Managers seem really good. Staff has helped well with questions my wife and I have had.
