Absolutely disgusted with this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years here and have brought every vehicle I ever owned here. For the first time yesterday this place showed their true colors when they damaged my car and scratched it from bumper all the way to the back. Everyone from the employees, to the manager to the regional manager have absolutely zero integrity. They immediately denied it from the begin even though when we were showed the video footage it was clear as day that my car entered that garage without the damage. Even with proof and video footage they still denied it and took zero ownership. We even zoomed in all the way and saw it entered without the damage and clearly came out of the garage damaged. This is how they really treat people even loyal 8 year customers, not that fake act and show they put on to your face. I was kicked out of the building which is totally fine because I will never be coming back to this joke of a business. Don’t spend your hard earned money at this place because they really know how to rail you with no remorse and show they can care less about anyone. I will definitely be following up with lawful action.

Super happy about the job done. I went to 5 other shops and they either had no techs to do oil changes or couldn’t fit me in. Lucky for me, these professionals brought me right in and got me all taken care of.Thank you very much for the professional service!

Dude… this place is simply amazing! I had a repair for a toe link that’s caused my back right wheel to wobble. Came in to Mavis and Johnny made everything incredibly clear and easy for me to get it done. They replaced the toe link, replaced all 4 tires and did the alignment! They even went out of their way to complete the oil change that I NEVER mentioned and replaced the wiper blades! If this kinda service isn’t worth 5 stars, I don’t know what is! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Incredible service by an incredible team of experts! Payment was super simple via their FlexShopper option! Deposit of $25 and the rest will handle itself after processing! These men and women took a very stressful situation and left me completely stress free! And for my 2012 Camry to drive as smooth as it’s ever driven, it’s safe to say that I’d recommend these guys over anyone else! Thank you Johnny and team and most definitely, thank you Mavis Discount Tire!

I had a flat on my vehicle. I decided to have my vehicle towed to Mavis Discount Tire in Pottsville (formerly Jack Williams). It has been by far the best experience at any Mavis Discount Tire location. They were quick on the repair. They explained what all options I had, went over warranties and offered any discounts available.

The store is well stocked with many major name brands and the Lidl store brand which are priced comparable to other stores in the area. The isles are wide enough that there should be no traffic jams with the shopping carts. I talked to some of the staff and they were very friendly and that is a good enough reason to go shopping at Lidl.

This place is ridiculous. How do you take your car in for an oil change and when you pick it up two hours later your whole car is scratched and scraped up from tire to tire on the passenger side ??? Then they have the audacity to deny doing anything to the car. Sorry, but I was raised to check my vehicle All over before handing it off to a garage or anyone. There was no damage before taking it there!! $120 for an oil change and filter, to get a few thousand in damages. Not worth it.

What a relief to find this place after the HORRIBLE experience I had at Tire Choice (looking at you, Warren). Everyone here was courteous + professional (esp Johnny, who was SO nice), and my inspection appointment was honored in a timely fashion. They let me know about a couple of things I will want to to do in the future, but didn't try to sell me on doing it there and then, which I appreciate. They seem really honest. Also the inspection cost about 1/3 of what I paid at Tire Choice, so this is my mechanic going forward. Highly recommend!

Went for alignment & and ended up getting two tires, not even 24 hours later my car is pulling a little bit to the left so I took it right back here, mechanic gets in for a test drive & the axel breaks, shop closed for the day at 6 pm they left my car unlocked in the middle of the road with a note for the tow truck driver to pull it back up into their parking lot. Did NOT even tell the tow truck driver on the phone about the axel, thank god I decided to wait there with my car and told him myself or there would have been far more damage, something is not right here and I am extremely upset with this place & the people who run it. Will be calling corporate.

Our family shop there for the first time since they opened in this Fredericksburg location. Coz my friend told me they have nice stuff. Store look great and clean. If not for these staff who was chatting next to me about I was taking pictures in the store being very weird I would be giving a five star. Nothing wrong with the store, u bring ur own bags or you can pay for your bags for the groceries you got. Learned that today of course. We had fun

Johnny is the man!!! I came here because every other shop tried to charge me $45+ to read an ABS code on my dodge charger. Johnny came out, and not only did he read my codes but he cleared all my stored codes too and didn’t charge me a dime. If only all shops could be this helpful! Thank you Johnny, this man deserves a raise!

I have had issues the last 3 times I have been there. The first time they charged 70 dollars for brake you can get for 40 (Napa) The second time they said I needed brakes so I put them on myself took it back 3 days later then they said I needed rotors the 3rd time I made an appointment when I got there they wouldn’t inspect my 4 wheel drive jeep because it was snowing and they wouldn’t road test it. Wouldn’t drive a 4 by 4 in there parking lot. If you need tires they are ok any thing else go somewhere else. I am not going back

The plastic cover under my car was broken and falling down. Not only was it fixed perfectly but they said there was no charge. This tells me they are a very honest business not trying to get every last cent from customers. Thank you! I will come back in the future if I need work done.

Very happy with the look and selection of this lidl. My first visit to a lidl store was in Centreville, VA and it did not leave a great first impression and I actually avoided the stores afterward. I am happy that I gave it another chance. Now, I am adding this place to my list of grocery stores! Picked up this great storage bench. It's smaller than i imagined but still will get lots of use.
