This is one of the nicest department stores in our area. Although their prices are not the best especially for the area their service is great the staff is always friendly and helpful.

The store is neat and has a nice selection of clothing forwomen and girls. Also great selection of ladies undergarments.I like their bras and panties selection.

Diana was quick to find a solution to buying the cross pendant I had desired for some time. She was much more adept at using my phone [ with my permission ] to place a Kohl's order than I was. Plus, this associate was extremely efficient and pleasant. I was extremely satisfied with her service. Left the store with a smile on my face!

It's really a nice store. The employees I have dealt with there are always nice and helpful. The merchandise generally is better than what you will find at Walmart. It can be expensive but they usually have decent promotions going. I have better luck finding deals on sneakers here then I do at Super Shoes.

I like it, never seriously shopped here before till today. It's just like any big chain retailer that sells semi-expensive clothing and stuff. A lot of nice fat guy stuff and it was on-sale too. Course that could just be marketing scheme and it's always "on-sale" but hey, who knows. It really took me back to when I shopped with my parents at malls when I was a kid, but now I get that feeling of existential dread of walking to the cashier. All in all, nice vibe to the place, nice stuff, would go there again.

Not much to say about Kohl's other than they're one of the best stores in the area.. esp with their sales, kohl's cash and coupons for their cardholders .. I get clothing there cheaper than anywhere else... I got the cutest flannel shirts there the other day for $4.20!!!!! I always find nice things on clearnace .. and for the boy's too! They have the cutest kid clothes! I find a lot cheaper than Walmart for sure

Selection dwindling and prices climbing. I suspect Kohl's will go the route of bonton and boscovs, sooner than later. Bankrupt in 5 years. Let's get the prices responsibly altered and the selection back to where it was years ago. COVID nonsense is over.

Fantastic Customer Service!!! Lizbeth took care of us. Its Awesome the way she approaches customers and the way she multitask. We have been in before and she's always on board. Today was one of the worst times I have been in there. And, I understand that supplies are low everywhere, but shoes for women were non existent. And, help was non existent. I understand being short staffed and lunch breaks. But, the lady from the jewelry counter and manager could have jumped in and helped until the line got shorter.

Not a good experience. The sign said the winter boots were 19.98 the So brand. But at the register they were 49.00. Didn't buy them. I bought a watch a few months ago and they wouldn't let me use my gift card and coupon together. Dissatisfied.

They've always had what I was looking for at a decent price. Plus my first ever experience there was wonderful. I was met with very courteous and helpful staff they even assisted me in opening a charge card.

I really love the clothes there but enough with making your employees BEG for me to open a kohls charge account. I cant even say i dont have good credit without "well if youre denied, we'll still give you 30% off! Its so quick and easy". Enough Kohls! Quit the awkward conversation. Im there to buy clothes, i dont want a credit account. If i was truly interested, id ask. I dont need to be asked 3x after no! Quit forcing your employees to beg. It makes the atmosphere 100x more uncomfortable. I say in my head "great. Here we go again at checkout". And you have very kind workers but the credit question begging has to stop. You shouldnt coach people into opening "fast and simple accounts" without even knowing your interest rates.

Usually way better experience but today shoe section was bare. Only a few vans, under Armour n niki styles to pick from, there was only 2 boxed perfume bottles to buy the rest were sample bottles and there lingerie section was all the same type of bra just diff prices. Horrible today n left empty handed
