Absolutely horrible management, she could not bother to answer the first call for her. The cashier didn’t even know the answers to my questions or how to use tap to pay. Literally had to stand at the register for almost 20 minutes to waiting on the manager to help the cashier.Oh and they also don’t do any of the “discounts” other than employee, friends of employees, and military. Which would be fine if every other good will I have gone to, didn’t out a first responder discount.

Ridiculous pricing and I'm quite sure they are sorting and pulling anything good. It's stuff that you can just buy brand new for a couple of dollars more at Walmart or a lot of it is even cheaper. The typical response is their overhead but they are paying a CEO several hundred thousand a year plus all of their regional managers ridiculous salaries. Don't fall for it and donate stuff to real charities and don't waste your time at this store.

I've been there how many times and so we went back of the store to give away my old bedsheets and so they are for little kids and but we usually don't go in the store that much but I kinda like it

I would not recommend going to the bathrooms in Goodwill. I was going to go get clothes for my Meemaw and I suddenly had to go take a leak. as soon as I open the door, I swear I saw the light. I saw Jesus stretching out his arms for even he is ready to help us through this tough, tough stench. it literally smelled like death in there, because somebody probably died from that smell! I promise you I'm never going to use that toilet ever again! that is a HIPAA violation! I almost fainted in there and I was not ready for that stage. Thank you Jesus for helping us through this tough struggle. Amen 🙏🕊️

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE HERE. There are so many other organizations that value and appreciate your donations. The store has no charitable values. They no longer allow you to take the carts out of the store. I usually shop alone with my 2 toddlers. It’s now impossible to carry 2 children plus whatever I buy. This discriminates against disabled customers, single parents, the elderly, and the list goes on.The store is very money hungry. Management does not treat their employees with respect. I had previously been at this store when my 3 year old picked out a Christmas Mr. Potato Head with nail polish all over it. No one but a child would have even picked this thing up. She was so proud walking around the store and the tag fell off somewhere before trying to purchase. The woman said she couldn’t sell it with no tag. My child began to cry and the cashier felt bad and called a manager to see if she can retag the item. The manager berated her in front of me saying she knows the rules and will need to be spoken to after. All over a $1.99 toy that belonged in the trash.Truly, completely, and wholly a HORRIBLE store with no charitable values.

They always have really awesome 90’s nostalgic toys and CD’s. I always find something I like here, no matter when I go or what time of day. The employees are also super nice, and very sweet. Never had a bad experience in the 9 months I’ve lived here and been going to this location. They also have great music playing at a reasonable level in the store so it makes shopping even more enjoyable.

Would not recommend. The clothes there were great but the employees were very rude. They were arguing and rolling there eyes at check out. The lady at the register forgot to put two blouses I paid for in my bag, which like mistakes happen, no problem. Then when I tried to get the shirts the next day or get a refund they refused. They said there was no proof that I don’t have the shirts and said I probably dropped them in the parking lot. Terrible experience and waste of money.

The store is nice and clean. Most of the prices are a little exaggerated and sometimes some of the opens boxes items prices compare exactly same as if they were new in box from retail stores. The shelves are well organized and the staff is nice and friendly to one exception the manager! A very unhappy lady, that should smile more often and be nice to the customers and especially to her staff. Still I recommend this store, just avoid dealing with the manager.

Surprisingly clean and VERY well organized; patient workers, who knew exactly where to find my slightly peculiar requests of random objects. They also seemed to have an amiable and mirthful repoire with one another; joking yet encouraging each other, smiling at customers (even the curmudgeonly ones). Overall a more pleasant experience than other Goodwill stores I've been too. A sign was posted stating "vaccinated customers may enter without a face mask" however nothing stating those without vaccine must where a mask. So I appreciated that. As I refuse to do either. So while not as wonderful as companies that refuse to pander to idiotic and pointless mandates that do nothing more than act as a litmus test for abject obedience, I do somewhat appreciate (and see the logic of) those that balance on intricacies of vague wording to allow them to appease all parties.

This is okay for a thrift store. Their clothing is usually fairly clean and currently. However, they don't put certain brands in this store, or they cut the tags off first...Household items are organized on color, usually, with a seasonal section. Furniture stock is slim - there's usually not much of any. Video games are sometimes in the front display case, sometimes near the DVDs, and sometimes nowhere to be found.Prices are usually average for a thrift store, but some things are extremely overpriced for being used. Like small appliances that cost almost as much as new. Or certain products that they receive new barely get any markdown from normal cost.They do get new items from Target often. Sometimes clearance that didn't sell, but sometimes stuff that Target is still selling.Employees here are inconsistent with their pricing. Some items aren't marked and one worker will say it costs so much then you have another worker ring it up for more or less. Gets annoying.Overall, the items here are generally clean and quality but it's rare to find something really great.

Horrible ! The store is dirty and the lady behind the counter has an additude. Also they dont even give you bags for your merchandise, and on top of it they ask if you want to add up on the final price. Also they get the items for Free from people who donate and they Jack up the price to where you're are better off going to an actual store and buying it brand new!THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

Very nice store . Well organized a lot of nice things. the only problem I see was they don't give you a bag you have to buy a reusable $1.50 Goodwill bag anymore. I'm not buying their bag . I come here to save money since when do you have to buy a bag when shopping?

I went to the last 50% off day on July 18 of this year and feel I was completely ripped off. When I got to the register the amount that I was charged was way more than I thought it was going to be. When I looked at my receipt I got charged almost 5 dollars for each shirt when the rack clearly said 2.95 for T-shirts and when I asked the girl she told me that none of the shirts that I picked even though they were on that rack were considered T-shirts. They really need to change the wording of their signs if they are going to be particular on which items to actually charge what the sign says. I don’t think I will be shopping there again considering I did not save any money and it was a half-price day

A great Goodwll Store. Lots of "almost new" items almost every day. They have some very nice glassware. Cashiers and workers are pleasant and very helpful. Clean and well lit. Always worth a visit when you are in the area.

The smell they pipe through their stores makes me want to vomit. It's just the worst smell ever! People have sensitivity issues and don't want to have an unpleasant experience while shopping ....and I do, so, I don't shop at Goodwills anymore because of it. And BTW, I have written the main corporation about this year's ago, nobody cared. Zero response.

he lives in a increase the size of the store since the last time I was in there. Their offerings are still overwhelmingly clothing items, but there is a good selection and there are quite a few items for the kitchen and dining room.

If I wanted to buy Target products I would shop at Target! Half their inventory is Targets’ salvages and online returns. Those items are priced just about at regular price so what is the point?? The rest of store is overpriced compared to other Goodwills.
