There should be at least one cashier to check you out until the store closes… not shopping here anymore. If you have a big food order you shouldn’t have to check yourself out no matter what time of day it is. Do better.

Not real crazy about giant. It was crowded, shelves not stocked adequately, limited choices... and dont even get me started on their prices. If it's not on bonus buy it Definitely costs too much. Their deli meat prices are the highest, more than any other store i go to. Only reason i was there was to pick up a free turkey for my daughter. I asked an employee how can i get a butcher to come talk to me. She mumbled something and kept on walking smh... bad customer service. But the thing i dislike most about the giant is that after a certain time, you HAVE to self check out. You have no other choice. I already have a job. I don't get paid to do it myself. No employee discount given. The company saves money by not having to pay a cashier,only need a customer service rep on shift.. so after working a 10 hour shift, i had to stop at the store on my way home, get my groceries, ring them up and bag them also. It's ridiculous. Not to mention, every other item i scanned i needed the customer service rep to come and do something cause i was moving to fast for the register to keep up. Very frustrating.

I had to run in on Xmas Eve morning. It was as crowded as you'd expect. This Giant had what I needed for my pies, which was a relief because Aldi, Walmart and Weis had not. The lines were understandably long but moved very quickly and the staff was friendly and efficient, although I think I offended the cart attendant by wishing him a Happy Holidays. His return of MERRY CHRISTMAS felt a little aggressive, although given how busy he was, he may have just been a bit tired and out of sorts. We've moved to the area 4 months ago and I'll definitely shop this Giant again.

Has what you need, but it's pretty unkept. A lot of things in the aisles are usually in disarray so it's hard to know if you have a sale item or not.

This is the worst giant I've ever been to. They need a new store manager apparently. A lot of other Giants have an organic aisle or at least have a good amount of organic and specialty diet items. They barely even carry organic nature's promise (their own brand) products that other Giant stores carry. They need to step it up because This store hails in comparison to other giant stores in Schuylkill county. Come on people

My first time there. Prices on certain things really surprised me. 1 steak folks. Why? Economy? Prices aren't that high in NY. And real maple syrup. Sticker shock. But, nice, clean store, personable staff.

Very nice giant with helpful staff. This Giant has is excellent and has great specials. We've ordered hot foods for pick up at specific times and they have been on time and delicious. I've also done Giant Pick Up and Flashfood at this Giant multiple times and it has always gone very smoothly and I would recommend for others to use to make life easier and help save money! The front desk staff are excellent and and very kind and helpful!

I was going to Giant to get Tylenol for my daughter, who had a fever. The potholes are so atrocious I got a flat tire. The sidewall of the tire was destroyed, so there was no repairing it. My new tire was over $300.00. I would appreciate Cressona mall to reimburse my expenses for their lack of care to customers.

Just made the 15 mile trip home, found 2 seperate items we purchased are moldy or outdated. I should've checked while I was there. Next time I'll make the 60 mile trip to Wegmans.

Second time we have gotten spoiled food from here in past 4 months. Spoiled fish the first time and now spoiled bacon bought 4 days ago.Having just projectile vomited in my front yard, I told wife to NEVER buy meat from here again under any circumstance.Giant is a giant waste of money when you have to throw away food and spend the day sick.

Sadly this Giant has gone “ down hill “ . Employees use to be nice now all I tend to experience is rude to say the least. I could go on and on. A few days ago I decided to drive a little farther and just go to ACME ( after continually going back to Giant thinking something with change) . I will not be going there anymore ( yes,we spoke with a manager and still nothing changed after a few more visits.) I would go there numerous times a week. Their loss for no longer caring about their customers.

Today I was accused of trying to steal alcohol. I'm a very regular customer. (Live one mile away)I purchased 2 bottles of BIRCH beer but I guess an employee assume it was alcoholic beer. EXTREMELY bad assumption since I never visited the alcohol aisle and paid for the birch beer at the regular check out as required

4 stars because donuts are the bomb most of the times but Marty the robot scares the SOCKS off of me! I wet my trousers everytime I see him move! He is so scary! Everytime I go here it's a mission to get in, grab donut, check out and leave before Marty sees me. I also like when you buy a donut at the self checkout that the self checkout says please enter the quantity of your DONUT! it makes me giggle. Google place overall. TLDR: Marty robot scary, Donut good

I have been shopping here for a while now due to them being one of the only stores in my area which carry items for people who have food allergies. I am lactose intolerant along with other issues. This store did carry A-2 half and half which aloud me to enjoy coffee again but last month they stopped carrying it. I have asked 2 different employees if this could be ordered for me if I prepaid for it and I was flat out told no. I just don't understand why you can't do this! I was buying 3 cartons a week of it.
