Love this store! Get all my roaches and rats here, (I have snakes and bearded dragons). The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for all your pet supply needs. Great selection of tank accessories for reptiles too.

This store is wonderful-the people who work there are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean , organized, and stocked with a variety of things you might want. The prices are ' at or below what you might pay for the same thing somewhere else. Mrchandise there is unique especially, for my chinchilla -.its a favorite thanks for the store.

0 stars for the unacceptable enclosure they have for their 9 week old ferret. All alone in a very small aquarium with only a water bottle, small food bowl and wood shavings to sleep on. Ferrets are very intelligent exotic animals, they are not hamsters, and I’ve even seen hamsters with a better setup than this poor guy. If you are going to sell that animal for $169.99 the least you can do is give it a decent cage to stay in until it is sold. Absolutely disgusting.

Good place to get feeder fish, crickets.. etc for your pets!I wish the Betta fish were in a better habitat.. I would buy them all so they weren't sad in those tiny bowls, but then more would come in :(They also have cool lizards.. guinea pigs.. bunny's, but they were out of buns when we stopped in..

This place is great for all your fish tank needs and more. Staff are friendly and helpful. They even having a pretty cool talking bird ♥️😁 would definitely recommend this place.

Thier selection of animals is small but so is thier building so that was no surprise. However, the place is very dim. They really need to light the place up more. Like any other pet store, take note pet supplies may be a little more expensive then getting supplies at a place like Wal-Mart. Animal pricing seemed to be decent though. All in all, my experience was decent enough. I'd buy another guinea pig from them. 🤷‍♀️

This place was clean and kind. The guys in there were very helpful and knew how to answer all my questions. They have a really cool selection of merchandise for aquatic and reptile pets. It's one of the only places that I could find that has live food. Really cool and different selection of tanks than anyone else. I'll definitely be back.

Very much enjoyed my visit there! Although it appeared to be, for lack of a better choice of words, on it's last leg. Seemed to be a "hole in the wall" kind of place, off the beaten path and bare minimum (only fish and a single parrot) with older tanks stacked in a corner...the atmosphere was one of a deep love for animals. Likely this pandemic is putting the place in a bind. I fully encourage customer support of this little shop. I absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave.

Originally I had given them a 3 star rating. I'm updating to 1 today. I have only had my guinea pigs for 2 weeks and have just found out that at least 1 of my guineas has mites! So, either they sold me the guinea pigs with mites or they sold me a bag of bedding which gave them mites....

Read the mixed reviews on Google and decided to try it as it is one of only two local fish shops. Walked in and was ignored by the one employee at the register, the fish selection is terrible, they are all kept in dimly lit tanks and poorly labeled. They have a decent selection of stuff for other animals but the other pet store in the area is a much better choice for fish.

Great store and very friendly and helpful. Not a big salt water selection but they'll order things for you and the prices are better than any of the bigger stores out of the area. Definitely recommend

First time I visited. Took my granddaughter to buy fish for her new aquarium. The young man working was so helpful and so pleasant he just couldn't do enough. We'll definitely be going back. Thank you to the young man he was wonderful and I just raved about him all day to everybody I talk to good job

Brian is an AWESOME guy! Easy to talk to, very friendly. Very knowledgeable, willing to help with any questions, or concerns you might have.His salt water tank is one of my very favorite things! Speaking of tanks, they are super clean, never over populates his tanks, they're all clearly labeled with type of fish and price.His selection of aquatic plants, aquariums, filters, etc are great!His knowledge about the products he sells is awesome. Very honest, doesnt just care about the sale. He makes sure you are getting EXACTLY what you're looking for. Prices are great! The shop is super clean! Very relaxed atmosphere, animals are VERY WELL taken care of. You can tell Brian really loves what he does.I highly recommend stopping in to browse around! You won't regret it!

Was helped by an employee named Kim, he wasn’t very Knowledgeable about anything I was trying to find out. Heard him arguing on the phone about demanding money for someone to get their dog back from him as a ransom and had me waiting a few minutes. It made me a bit uncomfortable while I was waiting to be helped, He was more interested in closing a sale rather than being informative. Hoping the owner doesn’t allow that to continue but I highly doubt it, I did briefly speak with another employee named Cass who definitely knew what she was talking about and wish I dealt with her from the very beginning, she counter recommended products instead of what he chose for me, I’m glad she helped me, only good part of the whole experience

Wonderful store for reptile keepers as well as other Exotics! I was very impressed by this store and just how much they carry for reptiles. Their prices are great and they even carry a large selection of Exo Terra front opening enclosures at wonderful prices. I definitely recommend stopping in here if you are a exotic pet keeper. You will not be disappointed!🙂

My favourite pet store! They have a huge selection on exotic animal products, and fish supplies. One of the only places I’ve found that has ferret food, rabbit, etc. They also sometimes sell axolotls and tarantulas and other exotics. The owner is super awesome too.

I walked in and the first thing that I noticed was the smell. I understand this is a pet store, but you can tell its not cleaned. Filthy fish tanks and floor. I worked in a pet store that had small animals and fish, and it didnt smell anything like this. The lighting was poor and the layout wasnt good. This was my first experience going to this small pet store. They had rabbits and small critters, those cages were clean. However they had many empty tanks, not much to look at. Disappointing trip.

My son and I got into aquarium/fish keeping a little over a year ago. A lot of the employees at the large chain stores don't know as much as these guys do. They have not only given me sound advice but they have also been my go-to for all my pet needs now. The owner literally ordered me some stock because he didn't like the way the ones in the tank were acting. I have never received such honest and good customer care as I do when I'm at this store. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!!

Well stocked with variety of different pets and fish as well as supplies. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable taking the time to educate my daughter on bearded dragon care and did the same when my son got his fish there.
