The workers there are very very rude they take advantage of the slow people there is one lady that yells at everybody I think they need to get rid of her or they're going to lose customers here in Pottsville

The store just recently went through and update and looks more like the family dollars of today with better form and functionality. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

I want to congratulate the staff at Family Dollar for the positive character and Pleasant attitude that Iv noticed. The Cashier that was on shift today around 5:30 - 6 p.m. is always positive and polite. 10/16/2018. Shes very pleasant and helpful every time that I shop there. Awesome keep up the great work !!

Be sure to shop around and know your food prices. Some items can cost 2x the national average, and others much less... Take mental notes and take advantage of coupons. The interior layout is easy to navigate, and overall commodities are diverse for a family dollar. Service is normal, and at times check-out can be lengthy.

Convenient location and great prices just ridiculously understaffed. The poor employees there have to basically run the entire store with only 2 people on shift. (Which means super long lines during busy moments due to only one cashier)

They started a new store policy where they only keep to merchandise items at all times which is very inconvenient because they never have something that you need it cuts down on theft but it's very inconvenient because they never have it when you need it because they don't keep up with the ordering of that item then the dollar store used to be very convenient to go into and buy things at a cheap price but now they just never have anything because they're always sold out their shelves are always bear so they can cut down on theft it's just become a very inconvenient place to go shopping at

There were tags on some of the merchandise, but not all of it. So I was wondering how much half of the merchandise was most of the time I was inside the store. Overall it was just another "Dollar" store. Nothing more, nothing less.
