I actually don't usually go there that much but I still look around for things and also my nanny's birthday is coming up on the 10th and we better get her a birthday card as well and she's gonna be turning 63 of this year and I might be thinking she might have a good birthday and she said she does not want nothing at all but that's okay and I love my nanny a lot and but sometimes we all go in the store and I do hold the door for everyone to get in and that's nice of me to do it and I like doing it and if we get a chance to go in the the store to get a birthday card for nanny and after we check out and we leave and the staff are nice to us as well

Absolutely filthy unorganized the cashier couldn't give me change on an order of $20 with a $50 she said she had no change ok three cashier's open crowded as hell couldn't break a 50

I dont know when they changed their hours, i have gone to this location many times before taking my kiddos to school. Today i happened to go because of course they asked last minute if they could grab something for their classmates for Easter. Showed up at 8:20. Ive been here at 8 before! The lady who was arriving at work, when she went to close the door she literally screamed at me and said WE DONT OPEN UNTIL 9, SERIOUSLY!This location has gone downhill. Always so rude when im there. They always have an attitude! I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I will NOT be returning to this location. The manager is the rudest person I think I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. He screams at customers and employees, and berates anyone asking a simple question. He needs to be looked into ASAP because he is almost getting physical with customers.

Everytime I go there it's within the the closing hour between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. . I do this for a good reason and that is because I buy too many things cuz this limits my spending and I should be allowed to do that. at this store every time you walk in the guy announces it is now 8:30 our store is closing in 30 minutes bring your purchases to the register now .30 minutes and you have to check out now?? that's crazy every time every time I'm there every time it's terrible he won't help me with anything I ask him for just ignores me . cuz he don't like that I tell him it's not supposed to close till 9:00

Last night when I stopped by there was a Karen causing a stir. The manager (I assume he was the manager) handled the situation fantastically and stood up for his employee. I hope the woman the Karen was berating knows she did nothing wrong and not everyone can be pleased.

Great selection, lots of stuff very cheap but VERY crowded aisles and the employees haven't been very knowledgeable when I've had questions and they haven't been very friendly. Just my experience, I hate putting that label on all of the employees there, that's not fair. Just haven't had much luck with the employees I have encountered. I do love the store itself though.

This store had boxes piled up in every aisle making it impossible to social distance! Oh, and why does dom, (the guy) lock the door at 8:40 and turn people away, and use profanity about the shoppers that are trying to come to shop at 8:40 pm. The sign and google says it's open till 9! He turned people away at 8:45pm! That's not right!! Very poor!

Just called to order balloons for my daughter’s 1st birthday tomorrow and the gentleman seemed extremely irritated that I called the store to pre-order. He asked me what number and I told him I did not understand what he meant. He then told me I cannot order without a number, I then told him just plain basic balloons for a birthday party. He told me he could not help and then told me I would just have to come in and said goodbye! Then I asked,”well can I come in tomorrow and just order them then?” and he became more irritated.I asked him how long I would have to wait. He said in an aggressive tone,”I don’t know what you mean ? I don’t know maybe an hour “and yelled at someone else while he was on the phone with me and hung up! I do not know who this man was or who manages this store but I will NEVER go here again! I have ordered balloons over the years at other dollar stores and had a great customer experience! This man should not be in customer service.

I like the dollar store but there is one particular employee who is very rude. I don’t know if he’s a manager or what but he really shouldn’t work in customer service. If you go there after 845 he won’t let you in and they’re open till nine which is ridiculous.

Ok store. Nothing to brag about. The store is on disarray which makes it hard to find things. Shelves aren't always full, they have a lot of empty spaces, products aren't where they should be and the store's not to clean. It's ok to go if you're in the area but not a place to go out of your way for.

I love Dollar Tree, but this store sucks. I don't know how they are able to sell anything when the shelves are empty. They still manage to have 10 people waiting at the 1 register that's open.

Do not go here by closing time. The guy closing up the store is an absolute jerk. he closes more than 20 minutes early, and literally screams at anybody parked in a 100 foot radius.

I love the Dollar Tree, only wish they'd hire some faster check out people. Same story every Dollar Tree I go to, great bargains, but wait forever in line to check out.

Lots of new merchandise! Employees were busy unboxing, which is a good thing. Boxes everywhere, not such a good thing.Plus there is no longer a restroom for customers.

Alot of miserable employees. Was there and used some coupons and the employees dont know how to ring them up and act like it's coming out of their paychecks. They need to be trained better on their coupon policy and how they treat their customers

Pottsville location. 8/9/18 at 830pm: manager yacking with a friend...when customer comes to checkout, says, “She’ll be right with you.”, then yells for the checker who’s STOCKING SHELVES!! I was walking out the second time when another customer interrupted her gabfest. Made eye contact and shook my head. Only then did she jump the register.

The isles were too small which which cause they're no room to walk down in the aisles due to them doing stacks of cases in their aisles there is trash everywhere in the pet food aisle there was empty dog treat cardboard everywhere you would be better off going to another dollar tree

I love Dollar Tree, but this location seems to be having problems with restocking. They blamed regional for not allowing them payroll time.
