There is a heavy set lady at this location that is super rude she seems miserable and treats customers bad she doesn't acknowledge BLACK CUSTOMERS SPECIFICALLY or they have to wait until she feels like talking to them and she has an attitude and she is usually working alone which I understand being overwhelmed but you chose this job don't give me attitude and she makes the experience terrible not to mention your gonna be in line for a long time because it's one cashier at the register and then they half way wanna watch you shop to see if you stealing AND THATS TRULY UNFAIR AND NOT RIGHT

Stopped here for a gift card wow... Was broad daylight but scary. The people in the area hanging and loitering around was very unnerving. I would never stop here again might as well been center city philly. Plus store was messy and dirty.

Rude people. That one lady heavy built, dark hair w/ glasses I don’t know what her problem is with me. Everything I’m there she give me attitude and I don’t even speak to her. I’ll just stay away because my hand itching to slap her. I don’t appreciate the disrespect especially in front on my children, even they notice how she act.

Most shelves were bare and the employees were working hard on restocking. Employees were very polite and helpful with finding items despite being really busy. Store itself was clean, despite at my last visit several months prior where it was dirty.

This was by far the dirtiest Dollar General I have been to in my entire life. Not only was a dirty but there was nothing on the shelves.. everything was empty. You're having to walk around carts that are full of tubs just to get through the aisle. I've worked at a Dollar General before and our store never look like that I felt like I had to take a shower as soon as I got home.

Honestly, I like shopping here. I've yet to actually have a bad experience. The customer service is actually pretty great. The employees are really very helpful and friendly. They'll even let you know if there's an issue with the system and checking out your items might take a bit longer. The items are reasonably priced as well. So I honestly don't understand the some of the less than stellar reviews I'm seeing. Guess some people just can't be pleased oh well. Keep up the good work guys!

Easily the worst Dollar General I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The store looked like a hurricane swept through. Everything was disorganized, and it was beyond filthy. The employees weren't wearing masks. Only one register was open. I had two items, and it took me twenty minutes to check out. Skip this one if you're in a hurry, or value your health.

This particular Dollar General has pretty much anything you need which I love! I frequently visit here a couple of times a week. My only complaint with this particular store is that they need both registrars open for customers. Just about every visit there will only be one open and at least 10 people in line! You can't expect to run in and out really quickly here because you have to wait in line to check out for 10-15 minutes!!

Only has the basics, but has decent variety for it size. Know the surrounding prices of other stores or you might pay more. Occasionally, too many people create long checkout lines and waiting times. Additionally, an excessive amount of people can make it impossible to navigate isles. Again, it's occasional. Service is good compared with Pottsville standards. I advise extra caution when navigating the parking lot. Buy tobacco products elsewhere if you use them!!

It states the store closes at 9 sowhy was it closed before 8:30? and then a grown woman says she's going to call the police on children because they tried to walk in thinking the store was still open.

Dirty atmosphere shelves were disorganized. Line to register was filled to the back of the store and the parking area was very small compared to other dollar general stores. The floor disgusted me most.

Remodel is good yet the floors have rust stains on them everywhere stock carts all throughout the aisles and walkways. Shelves barely stocked

I was able to find everything that I needed and you won't believe this, It was sooo cheap, Yes it was!!! The employees are very nice also, I usually do not have any problems when I go there!! As a matter of fact, I'm going back to get something that I was holding off on getting, Yes Today!! 🤫👣😎

The store is dirty. Shelves empty or unorganized. Boxes and pallets blocking aisles. The line at the register was long at least 25 people. Only on register open. I did not buy anything after seeing the condition of the store and the line.

The parking situation always has my anxiety level at a high, esspecially with children. The store is not overly crowded but the store doesnt feel veey inviting.

I shop here for nearly all my cleaning supplies, laundry detergent & toiletries. Most of the time Dollar General is even more inexpensive than Wal-Mart for the same name brands.
