The Ottsville CVS Pharmacy is a true testament to what understaffing can do to cripple the efficiency and productivity of a business. The wait times for medications are slow, and they continually promise you to wait "ten more minutes" for them to finally get themselves together. On more than two separate occasions I've been waiting for more than half an hour to get medications for the summer camp I'm working at, with each one of these medications phoned in by a doctor at least a half hour beforehand. Do not use this pharmacy if you depend on having your medications in a timely fashion.

The Pharmacist is always helpful and even if I call she takes the time to get information about any ussue I have. I always say please take your time and put me on hold if your busy. The staff has always been kind and helpful in the store and pharmacy.
