Pathetic, drove up to the drive through at 6:58 and the window was closed. Went into CVS and the window was closed, explained to the pharmacist we were there on time but window was closed, no empathy, just a register is closed. My wife really needed her meds and we explained that to her, register is closed. Wow, you are truly in the wrong business. We usually get the script before in ran out but this time I forgot, human error. Closes at 7, we were there on time. Hope this never happens to a loved one, spent 8 hours in the ER for one pill. You are a disgrace to your profession.

Everyone at this CVS location is an absolute JOY to interact with. They are all kind, helpful, responsive, professional, and any other positive adjective you can think of.Truly every person here I've interacted with has been amazing. Pharmacist, pharm techs, cashiers, anyone. Whatever they are making they all deserve to be making more. This isn't even my local CVS and I'm like...maybe I should just fill all my scripts here

I have to use this pharmacy for many prescriptions for my family. I have to have my doctors call in the scripts days before to ensure that the medication will be available when needed. After the doctor calls it in, I have to follow up with a phone call to ensure they order the medication (why I don't know as their system should alert them they are out of stock). They tell me their system doesn't alert them until they go to fill the script - how does that make sense when people are on scheduled medications??? Many times I have spoken to the pharmacist on duty (as they told me I NEED to do) and they ensure me the medication will be ordered only to find out no one ordered it and it is not ready on the date due. They can never answer me as to how this happens, they just blame the pharmacist that was on duty when I called. I then have to call around to multiple CVS pharmacies to see who has it and drive all over to get it. Most of these medications are the same ones we get every 30 days. The past 4 times (this week) I have called, I have sat on hold for 35-45 minutes. This is unacceptable. I can tell you I spend a minimum of 2-3 hours a week, calling them, driving around to find medication etc. SMH

The staff here are great! Store is always clean! No issues while picking up meds. Would keep later pharmacy hours if able, but otherwise great work!

They told me they were days behind filling prescriptions so they couldn’t fill an antibiotic that they’ve had for a day and a half, if you need a prescription quickly do not go here it’s a waste of time.

20 minute wait on hold twice. Trying to get covid and flu vaccine. Called manager and they said that I had to go online to schedule vaccines and would not allow me to talk with someone in the pharmacy to schedule over the phone. She said the reason why no one answered the phone is because they are busy.

All of the pharmacists I've talked to over the phone are extremely rude and condescending. They provide absolutely no help, even when they were able to do a request I asked for a month ago. They all have horrible attitudes and talk like they are so much better than you. So unprofessional and now I can't get my meds.

Has script in hand 8 1/2 hours & then tells you to come back later. It's not ready. Seriously, scripts are for sick people who even waited 8+ hours to go pick it up - because they're sick - and told to come back later. Last time, they told me for days that it was on the truck before I transferred it to Rite Aid. I'm hopeful to get my script today, but after that, CVS isn't getting any of my business

I called about a prescription. They said it was gonna order as soon as I got off the phone with them. I got a text that it was ready. Very on organized always have a problem picking up medicine.

Been sitting here for over an hour waiting on prescription for myself and elderly mother. Told her 15 min wait an hour ago and now just admitted they forgot about her and not in system. Told me my insurance doesn't exist and came out 3 times asking questions. Asked them to call, it's a hdhp. Finally 45 minutes later they said they called and verified, but I have to pay in full for deductible. I knew this and said ok, then was asked if I wanted to cancel the antibiotics! No! I know I have to pay and need the medicine... now at the bottom of list while they start to fill it! People are rude... I'll drive the extra distance to Dublin before ever coming back here again. First and last experience!

Pharmacy Horrible today and for a long time now! Do Not go here! We are local and drive 20-25 mins to Doylestown because this location is rude and inept and has been so bad and unprofessional and rude! Most people in pharmacy are angry and not friendly in most of visits in last few years!

Went to my scheduled appointment for vaccine and they were out of the vaccine. They didn't call to cancel and suggested I keep calling them to see if they were restocked. After letting me drive 30 minutes round trip for nothing they should at least call me when the vaccine comes in.

The other day I stopped by the Ottsville CVS to pick up my usual prescriptions , this CVS is not the closest to me but over the years it has become my favorite out of 3 within my driving route. The last time I stopped by to pick up my prescription. Both Jamie and Maria Ann Where assisting myself and others. One of the 2 Noticed that my prescriptions were fairly unreasonable in price and helped me to change that significantly. I cannot explain how grateful I am that they took the time to Help me and assist me while they were busy thank you very much I recommend the CVS over all others

They are always out of every medication and have issues processing prescriptions. Every time i’ve gone to pick one up i have to call my doctor and have it sent through or changed again. I don’t think any of it is the staffs fault but I wouldn’t recommend picking up anything urgent here

Very bad experience with filling a prescription while on vacation. My local pharmacy is closed on the weekends, so I had to wait until Monday to transfer my prescriptions to pick up in Ottsville. I called back on Monday to check the status and that’s when I found out the pharmacy staff had thrown out my bottles before filling my prescriptions. They said they’d call my pharmacy and get my prescriptions filled. I call back an hour later and they told me they weren’t filled yet. When I picked up my prescriptions it was clear that they had filled them at 2-3pm, yet when I called at 4:45pm they told me there weren’t filled yet and could not even guarantee an automatic message to alert me when they were filled. When I could finally pick up my prescriptions, the cashier told me I couldn’t use a CVS gift card to purchase, but I insisted and I was able to use it. Very disappointing. Would not use again, even if in a pinch.

CVS Pharmacy is very helpful and caring. Always explain any issues with insurance or prescription. They help getting refills from your Doctor. So you don't have to. You can get Free delivery of your Prescription plus add tissues or items you need. I love my CVS.

I'm giving two stars because any other time I can get help there and there is always someone up front. Yesterday although was a different story, there was no one up front behind the counter. I used self check out, looked up and seen card only I wanted to cancel the order and pay with cash but there was no one in sight. There should always be someone up front for this matter. I used to go in and there would be plenty of people working. Where is everyone? I'm so glad you guys have such GREAT customer service. I dont know if I'll come back or not yeah I'm still thinking. But that's my thoughts on the situation, so I had to over draft my account which I never wanted to do!!!!!!! So I think you for the GREATEST customer service from you guys!!!!!

Amber saved our camping trip. Got to our camp ground and realized we forgot to pack a few vital items like an extension cord. Called CVS from the camp ground, enter Amber. This outstanding employee was patient and had no problem confirming everything in stock and the price. Arrived and purchased what we needed with no issue. Even got rung up by Amber. She really took care of us and I appreciate it immensely.

Gave me a hard time about filling my daughters prescription because the doctor put her old address on the prescriotion ( she just moved in with me).I've been there weekly filling the same or similar prescriptions, for the past month.Did not even confirm address, date of birth etc....And then they stupidly mention a,doctor that is she has never seen. It's obvious they looked up the wrong person.I've been a customer since they opened. Rite Aid is getting my business now.

I came to the location for Covid testing only and the process was super easy. The verbal guidance provided by the woman in pharmacy was clear and was not hard to follow. I received by results back in 2 days.

They are understaffed and you cant get them on the phone to speak with A pharmacy tech. You would think that going in to the store would be better but you’re gonna wait an hour of more, even if they have had all day to fill the script.

Horrible customer service. Went in to use the photo center, no one was in the photo area except myself. I started downloading my photos and a strange man ran over yelling at me to get off the computer because he was about to program them. He claimed he had just gotten up to eat his lunch. There was nothing on either Screen that indicated someone was working. I explained he should’ve placed signs on both screens. Continue to stare at me until I felt so uncomfortable I just left.

Never answer the phone, called today, was on hold for 20 minutes, never answered the phone.This happens all the time at this location. There’s one person that’s extremely rude in the pharmacy, so I’ll go to other locations instead.

Nothing super extravagant. Staff are friendly enough, and items are always stocked. Never had a super bad experience here. Its convenient and much better than stopping at the next door neighbor for anything.
