If I could give no star I would I don’t what it is with the staff there but I normally have a great experience with cvs but this time not so well. The cashier Tara and the other lady Mary both horrible customer service skills. Both were very rude and not so pleasant. Tara just kept saying I only work here that’s it. Mary was so much of a rush to leave she completely blew me off and said nope nothing here call your dr by the time I pulled my phone out of my pocket she was gone. It must be a great inconvenience to do correct customer service and take care of your customers when you’re in a hurry to leave. I’m sorry but customers are who make your business succeed and if your treating them like they are nobody and sitting there saying I only work here there definitely something wrong. I am completely amazed at how these 2 even got their jobs in customer service it’s ridiculous I’d say I’d like a corporate to contact me but according to the lady at the counter nobody cares about the complaints.

I dropped 3 pennies on the counter at the register, I apologize for dropping the change. The cashier immediately got a mean attitude with me and said I threw the money at her! Really why? Absolutely no respect for manners. I said I was sorry and smiled. She got a very bad attitude. I m sure your store has a camera check it out.

I know you guys are doing the best you can but management needs to do a better job at cleaning up this place outside dirty also inside you should vacuum that carpet I went in at 9 am on Saturday place is a reck very ghetto not good being clean is just as important as being polite

I get that they are busy, but I shouldn't have to wait for a literal week to get my prescriptions that are sent in. I don't blame the workers, I blame the company. Hire more staff and meet your customer's needs in a timely manner. They've always had issues, but the last few months have been horrendous. Thanks to my insurance I have to use CVS. The service blows.

The whole staff are very nice and they have always helped with any questions or concerns, I may have.They have a great store and its always restocked and the place is super clean.I have waited because they are so busy and thats understandable.So I dont see whyPeople get all upset.Thank you to All the staff for your kindness, & patience.( Store andPharmacy!)😇💘👍I appreciate you all!

Cashier, Stephanie, was incredibly rude to me. It was my first, and last, time in this particular CVS where I attempted to do an Amazon return. I also purchased 5 greeting cards. I was shocked at how she treated me and will never return to this store. You better start training your managers/employees that customers are customers..... treat them nicely! We will go elsewhere.

I dealt with the this pharmacy long enough..and today was the LAST day I’ll ever put up with that nonsense again. I always wanted to do my own refills when needed and told them no automatic refills several times..they kept on refilling the same ones. Tried to get my important medications refilled and there was always an issue. So now I have a supply of certain ones and currently going without important ones. Many times I ended up without important medication due to issues with them. If you ever ask them a question, their always rude about it..never understanding, informative, or nice. Once I even received someone else’s medication delivered on my name instead of my own. Now their saying I can’t even get my own scripts delivered..even though I did previously and after the new year. They claim my one script went from $0 to $145 in the matter of 2 months..I told them I can’t afford it. I’ve been out of work due to my debilitating health problems..instead of them maybe contacting my doctor about a substitute, she just took it off and of course it’s for one of my debilitating diseases. I usually would get them delivered, but whenever I’d go to pick them up notifications claimed all of them were ready but only received one or two out of 6+. Then they would say it will be 30-45 minutes or if I want to come back tomorrow. After the attitude I dealt with on the phone today, I transferred to another pharmacy that will be friendly, understanding, and informative.Hopefully this review helps inform others. This is for the one on Claude A Lord Boulevard in Pottsville..I’m not sure about other CVS pharmacies.**I do want to add they gave me and Walmart pharmacy such a hard time transferring my prescriptions. They were trying to charge me $150 for a medication, when Walmart told me I only owed $1. So in the past I’m sure I/others were charged more than what we were suppose to pay. So please be aware of this pharmacy doing some shady things.

Went in on Saturday to pick up an antibiotics prescription that were important, and the pharmacy closed early at 1:30, and there was no message or anything on their website or the phone line. Came in today, Sunday, and everyone there was incompetent. “It’s not here”. Long story short we called the doctor and he said they talked on the phone yesterday, so it was definitely there. Pharmacist looked harder than half a$$ed, and surprise surprise, he found it. Don’t depend on this pharmacy, no one there knows what they’re doing, or cares.

Very rude staff and pharmacist. Had issue with my prescription not being in stock and receiving multiple text messages from CVS. When I called to get information and tried to understand what was going on the pharmacist acted like I was a drug addict and just wanted drugs. I had to have my wife call to get my questions answered properly. We will no longer be going to this location and I tell everyone I know about the situation that occurred.

I’m on medication that I can’t go without or I’ll have severe withdrawals, just called to try to check on the status of my refill and as soon as I was patched through to the pharmacy, I was hung up on. Happened not one, not twice, but three times in a row. Safe to say I’m switching pharmacies now!

Done going here it’s ridiculous, you call them directly and ask if it’s ready they’ll say yes and when you get there it suddenly changes to sorry it’ll be a half hour. It then proceeds to be longer than a half hour. No idea why there’s even a drive thru for ‘quick service’ it’s laughable. Don’t care how busy it gets, no reason to lie about pick up times, get better staff or close the place. I couldn’t imagine having a vitally needed medication and having to go here for it, I’d probably die before I even get it.

The website said walk ins available for the vaccine. I wait an hour. I get to the front and The woman tells me theyre only doing scheduling. I showed her the technical glitch that wouldnt allow me to schedule. They cant help me. I call 1800 cvs. The woman from another state is telling me they dont offer pfizer at the Pottsville location and they do. Horrible. Waste of time.

Today is December 22 I tried to deliver a special Christmas delivery to an employee that I was told was there by the front store this woman happens to be a general manager and said that the employee was there the driver then made the delivery only to find that the employee was not there I find the lack of her Christmas spirit and her lack of consciousness will reflect on how she reacts to you in any store situation I am very unsatisfied especially the lack of knowledge when it comes to the register on how they train an employee with the coupon since they don’t know how to keep up with it and then to even have the manager not know how to do an OTC card was the other lid on the cake of embarrassment to you

Great service!!! Just came from the ER and needed antibiotics in a bad way and they usually stop filling scripts a few minutes early to be able to finish and they filled mine anyway at 8:55. They were a real pleasure todeal with!!!

Workers in the pharmacy were amazing. I only had a couple dollars to get my medicine and the woman worked it out for me so I could afford as many as possible. She even loaned me $.36. Thank you!

Its a nice new large CVS building that has a good selection for a drugstore. The parking lot is great never have to worry about parking their lot is huge and right in front of their building.
