Pharmacy is a joke, the pharmacy staff is incompetent. Constant issues with Refills, not notifying customers they don’t have their prescription in stock and won’t for weeks/Months. Blames the insurance provider but when you speak to insurance they already approved prescription. Tells customers wrong information regarding manufacturing. Telling customers they don’t have a prescription in stock only to receive a pickup notification after arriving home….I received prescription from this location for ten years and the last four has been nothing but constant issues and problems. Between lack of communication, incompetence, and inability to provide adequate services I will no longer be supporting this location. I suggest you go elsewhere unless you wanna deal with the same issues.

This store is the worst Pharmacy to do business. Sends you a text saying script is ready, when you show up its not. Hopefully Corporate will see these reviews and do something about it. But I doubt it

Shop CVS because I have AETNA insurance, same company different divisions. I am enrolled in the $10 monthly bonus program. Purchase was under $5, clerk said I had $10 bonus cash and several coupons, but the sale had to be greater than the coupon. Never had to be previously, guess with the restructuring of the stores new rules apply.

This CVS is a pig stye, it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Cereal and candy mashed into the carpet You would think that a place where you go for health and wellness support would be super clean. They are not prompt with their pharmacy hours. Late opening up, supposed to be 9am and did not open until closer to 09:20. Looking for another pharmacy.

The pharmacy line is always half way through the store. The drive through line is always backed up into the parking lot. I called three different times the other day because my medication was “on hold” because it was “too soon to refill it” even though I had one left. I couldn’t get ahold of them all day and had to wait 20 minutes the next day to finally reach them. Even if it was too soon, it takes them a couple days to fill medications so we should absolutely be able to fill them before they run out. Here I am 3 days without my medication and waiting in line for an hour. Anxiety medication, may I add. I know they are understaffed so the business needs to pay people appropriately so they can get more staff.

They received my prescription on Thursday and it still isn’t ready on Monday. I have been waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 30 minutes. I completely understand being short staffed but do SOMETHING to correct your customer service.

Always a tough time with the pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready in a timely fashion and no one ever answers the phone. Almost every single time they have to fill up the prescription when we show up and have to wait 20+ minutes instead of filling it when it gets sent over by the doctor.

The pharmacy is a joke. The staff is unprofessional and give a lot of attitude. Most of the time the drive through is closed for any number of reasons and and random times. How do you get seven days behind? It's pretty sad to see a Vietnam Vet be told his medication STILL isn't ready when he should of had it 4 days ago. I never write bad reviews but it's obvious to anyone who pays attention that there is an obvious pattern. Figure it out.

Good service in store but have some issues with the app and refilling medications but all issues were resolved after calling the store and speaking to the pharmacist. A lot of the products in store are way overpriced however they do have a very large selection of products. They also have self checkout which is always a bonus for me.

I have been trying to pick up a prescription since Saturday. I went into store only to find that the Pharmacy was closed. I went again on Tues on the way to work. I was the 5th and last car in line at 1:12PM. At 1:27 I pulled up to the window. Still last car in the line and as I pull up the person inside closed the window. In spite of the fact that they saw me, they did not have the courtesy to say “I am sorry we are closing for lunch”, nothing . There was a sign in the window Closed for lunch 1:30 to 2:00. Still had 3 minutes. They could not have assisted me? Today again I was going to go and make another attempt. I decided to call first. Now, I find out according to their recording they don’t even open at all until after I believe it said 2:00. By then I will already be at work.I get it, everyone is short staffed and people need to eat but you are running a Pharmacy. You need to figure it out. And a little good old customer service and courtesy to your customers would be nice.

Worked here as a cashier a few years ago and barley got any hours. Also, prescriptions are rarely ready on time. Some of the staff and customers were friendly though.

The pharmacist (male) is the absolute worst. He never answers the phone when you call and if by chance he does answer after 15 minutes on hold, he is extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. That man should not be allowed to interact with customers at all. He should be fired.

The pharmacy department is beyond pathetic.Prescriptions are never ready when the automated system tells you when they will be ready.They appear very unorganized and lack teamwork.When you call him out on a mistake they can't even make the effort to apologize. They act like you should be honored for them to be your pharmacy.I pulled each and every one of my prescriptions out of there today after this happened to me four times. They didn't even seem to be apologetic or care.

Somehow this pharmacy makes up its own hours. Bad management when all the employees take lunch and close the pharmacy when they want. I have seen over 5 employees working all the same time. So someone can't schedule.

I called in at 9am to fill my prescription, come to pick it up at 3:30pm, and they tell me that they haven’t started working on it yet. So there I am walking around for 20 minutes with a cranky 2 month old. I knew she was cranky today so that’s why I called in at 9am to ensure that it would be done by the time I got there. The staff is friendly and the store is very organized, but plan on being there for a while to get your prescription even if you call in advance to fill it. This happens every month, I’m not even sure why I call ahead anymore.

Absolute worst pharmacy…been on hold 4x’s since yesterday for over 30 minutes and still no answer. This CVS is the worst, pharmacy staff is overwhelmed which leads to extreme poor customer service. Will be looking for a new pharmacy ASAP.

I miss the days of small town pharmacies where the pharmacist knew your name and the names of your children, and when you could put your medication on account if you were between paydays. Unfortunately, small pharmacies can't compete with big chain stores and personal service is a thing of the past. It's also unfortunate that one bad experience can make you never want to go back to a place that has been pretty good up till now. "Company Policies" make for an impersonal and uncaring customer experience, devoid of humanity and compassion.

The pharmacy is ran by replacants. No emotions, no empathy, just androids that blame all thier mistakes on your insurance company. People rely on thier medications to be correct the first time. I wander how many elderly they have killed over the years due to wrong medications filled?🤔

Always a pleasant place to shop. Wide selection of brand names...some nice higher end skin and hair care products available. Relaxed employees who let you shop but are happy to help if needed.

Ok. Dont understand why the automated system tells me the prescription is filled, but when I get there it's not and then told to come back in 20 minutes.Thats why I used the automated system. So I don't have to come back in 20 minutes.

Very lazy rude staff who refuse to inform clients when there's a problem with a prescription or contact prior Auth, they put the responsibility on the client & in an extremely rude manner. Will never go back.

There's a lady who works at the register up front and she is the most delightful spirited person! Overall the staff is very helpful and polite, always ask if you need help finding anything, etc.
