Bought a ring 12/08/2023 and it’s a Levian one so a good one and March 10th 2024 had to take it back for repair and it’s May 1st 2024 and still have no ring. Manager in Jewelry basically called me a liar that I took upon myself to contact Levian Because not nobody at the store could tell me where my ring was so I called the direct people of the ring to find out where it was now it is sitting at the store and still no phone call very poor customer service for sure. And will never deal with them with Jewelry ever again. 6/8 weeks for a brand new ring I didn’t even have for a couple of months is just ridiculous.

I only visit Boscov's when I return home for a visit,maybe yearly. It hasn't changed over the years as far as having lots of items to view/purchase. Prices are comparable to other stores here where I currently live. Surprised since the area was always known as "depressed", being the last place to have anything develop here. But it's nice to see that businesses are coming into the area since I've moved. Moving on up!

Spent a half hour trying to check out one item because many of the workers standing around couldn’t be bothered to help. People with returns not looking back a very inconsiderate boomer generation. Won’t shop here again

I went to boscov's to pick up a couple of last minute. Gifts stood at the jewelry counter for over 45 minutes and never got waited on. They started announcing. The store was going to be closing. I ran got one item came back. Still couldn't get waited on. Waited another 20 minutes. Had one woman tell me. Oh I'm sorry. Then they announced the store was closed and the old lady behind the counter said I'm sorry. I can't wait on you. The store is closed. Iwon't be shopping at boscov's anymore. They can't handle more than two customers at a time

Shopping in the area is okay.it was nice they had the vip days.the staff were happy and looked like ut was their picnic and they did not encourage everyone or where not consistent in welcoming all shoppers to feel vip or to taste what they have.it was only really a selected people .would have been nice if in their excitement they encouraged all shoppers.would realky have made it a success...

Every time I go there to shop, I almost always have a wait of 30 minutes just to find an employee to help me. Then they huff and puff with an attitude because I bothered them to go to a department they "knew nothing about" to help me with a question that they have no idea how to answer, only to turn me away confused...🤦🏻‍♂️ I rarely shop there anymore. It's easier on my sanity that way. 😌

Nice store but it's in a dying area. Prices are a bit high, but you're paying for the quality. I would have given it only 3 stars.... but this Boscovs has the amazing guy that pages prices over the intercom. He makes this store.

Needed to furnish 3 properties, one before Christmas.The gentleman's in the furniture department walked between me and a sofa three times putting sale signs on the merchandise, walked to his computer and back with more signs.Saw a woman sitting on a chair and I asked who can answer questions about purchasing and delivery.I got scolded vehemently and was told “well, we’re both here now, what do you need?”We just finished one property and I was in work clothes which, I am guessing, disqualified me from getting any respect.I then drove to Frackville, Big Lots, and purchased what we needed. Granted, it was only a few thousand dollars which proves why malls are failing.

Restaurant at the Fairlane mall absolute disappointment. It wasn't my first time in, but definitely my last!!This is the "piled high" deli sandwich I ordered. I brought my disappointment to the attention of my server (before I ate it), hostess (when I paid) and left my name and number for management to call me. Nothing!! This was around Christmas, I've waited to review thinking with the holidays etc. they would get back to me. Nope. I'm not going to get into all the details on here but I will mention one thing. Poor management ruins businesses!! One star is because I had to put something.
