Bought a "new" jar of peanut butter here....opened it a week later to discover it was half eaten. Beware of this place, expired/opened stuff seems to be a common occurrence and it doesn't seem like anyone cares................

Great local store. Good prices and friendly staff. Deli counter with fresh breads, salads, sandwiches and more. It also has a gas station if you only want to make one trip for groceries and gas!

Big M is really a blessing to those in our area. They carry about everything only not alot of brands of everthing. Prices are reasonable. Store is always clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Their meat selections and cuts are very good. They will do specialty cuts. Can't ask for more.

Great little grocery store for a small town. They have really good meats, especially the steaks! We like to come here once and a while for a change of scenery from the normal box stores and to help support local.

I would go lower if I could, went and payed for 35$ on Pump 2 I go to pump it after selecting regular never came through so I go and talk to the lady at the counter and was told I had to repay for it again.Very bad service and disrespectful 8/9/2022

I try to avoid shopping here for the most part. It is nice having a grocery store close to home for things that have a long best by date like chips and canned goods, though they are more pricey here usually. The deli looks extremely dirty.

Good local store. Best price on meat but everything else tends to be more expensive up to twice the price on certain items or more compared to other stores.

Disgusted!! My little boy had a bathroom emergency on our way to Elmira and the Osceola Big M was the closest bathroom..7 miles out of the way! But when we got there, even after explaining that it was an emergency, they refused to let him use the bathroom! Then, they told us that we would have to drive for miles til the next one when there was a restaurant that was happy to let us use the restroom less than 50 feet away from their store! They apparently get their kicks from feeling high and mighty, denying a 6 year old a restroom and messing with out of towners! Very rude!!

Good store with a moderate selection of groceries. But it does the monopoly in the small community. So don't expect bargain prices.

Fairly good selection, some good deals on certain things. But most things can be picked up much cheaper at Walmart.
