Used to love parking my truck there as I'm home weekly. I leave my car there because I got the ok after an associate asked the manager if I could park there while I'm out on the road. Now it's a problem. My vehicle was legal, inspected, has insurance. I spend money in the store when I'm there. I get a phone call telling me I have to park my truck and vehicle at a different location from the manager. But didn't seem to care there was a homeless man sleeping in the game room at 3am on 2/19/24. The guy at the counter said yes its against company policy but he's not causing any trouble. So he can't get in trouble. Do not reply with your company link to make a report. This is as good as its going to get. I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money here. Very disappointed in the gm, district manager in this matter. There is plenty of parking spaces there. Everytime I come there, there is 20 plus spaces available.

Nice folks behind the counter everywhere, and a really broad selection of good food. A personal favorite of mine are the handmade sandwiches, and also the empanadas. I'm going to say it again, empanadas! I also like the ethanol free gasoline, and the club gives you $0.03 off every day. Thanks guys!

Ordered a wrap and while they are waiting for the chicken to cook, the lady is cleaning, she's wearing gloves dipping her hands in the bucket she was using to clean. Then proceeded to handle my food with the same gloves that were still dripping wet, with the water she was using to clean. I told her I didn'twant that, she didn't change her gloves after cleaning, she stated ohh no that's sterilized water. I don't care what it is your still cleaning everything.., and i definitely don't want sterilized water in my food. She then got an attitude and started rolling her eyes at me. Very disgusted. Her name was Tracy, 3rd shift. Very rude and dirty n unprofessional. I don't know about anyone else but I don't want to see someone cleaning gloves all wet from what she was doing and then start handling food with the same gloves.

I paid for my gas, then used the ATM and bought some water and pretzels and when I went to pump my gas a few minutes later they had cancelled the sale. They did not refund or credit my debit card yet. It "might take a few days" apparently. If they do this why dont they have a sign saying pay for your gas and leave the store immediately and pump it? Im so annoyed. I never did get my gas.Had to go somewhere else because I was so upset with this experience. If i pumped gas and didnt pay for it, they would be calling the cops. So you guys take my money and dont give me my gas. How is that not theft?

I freaking love this place always free parking spots for trucks always clean and shiny... restrooms always clean food is amazing and cheapest...... i wish it would be more rest stop like this one 10+ 🔥🔥mi

Every time I try getting gas the app reader for the rewards card at the pump never works. Why even have an app version of the rewards card if it never works. The Apple Pay never works at this location what a fluke.

Stopped going in there for months because of childish and ignorant people that work there to busy dancing and making fun of customers they mess up your food and then laugh about it .yeah funny so I swallow my pride stop in again and it was worse whats this world coming to can't even get food

Whenever I come here half the pumps are not working. I have a Rutters Rewards Card which is supposed to give me three cents off per gallon everyday. It hasn't the last two times. I'm done coming to this place.That said. the staff are friendly

Very glad to have an alternative to Sheetz & Wawa. Also like that they offer various kinds of gasoline like the 88 octane and Flex Fuel that Wawa doesn't offer. Nice variety of food, too.

Great place, extremely clean bathrooms great prices on gas and great rewards program, large parking lot with room for both truck drivers and the family cars!

Like the place but the baristas are hit and miss… some go heavy on ingredients while others go too light.
