I went to Heisers for one specific item, which happened to be right next to a little desk, where 3 employees were sitting 'talking' with each other. I was having trouble finding the item I was looking for, and not one of them even looked in my direction to help. Not even when I had to get on my phone and do a video call with someone so they could show me what I needed. Very disappointing, especially for a place that once had the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Not good...

Big selection of anything for home remodeling to outdoor grills, Milwaukee tools at fair price, cleaning supplies and many many more. Plus the staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend it.

Even though a smaller business there is always someone to help you if you need it. It's a fast stop even if you're not sure what you're looking for or if they carry the item. Nice experience every time I stop by.

Tje staff was very nice and helpful, but obviously do not care about the public's health. One employee was wearing their mask below their nose and the other was NOT wearing a mask. In the 15 minutes I was there, 2 people came in with their masks below their noses and two people were not wearing a masks at all. Of course these issues were not addressed, since the staff is not following CDC/State recommendations.

One of the worst hardware stores i have been in as it comes to customer service. I walk in and the cashier is too busy on her phone and didn't even reply when I said hello. The other guy in the store which I gather was her boss was not very friendly or helpful either. I had to say excuse me to get his attention and the second time I asked where the lighters were his response was with the grill stuff. He was obviously more concerned about his task at hand then customer service.

Staff here seems very unintelligent as to whats going on and not a great help. During mornings some staff can be found just chatting with customers while others might need help. They are not friendly here i dont know why.

Stopped by the Heiser's True Value on Wednesday 20 June 2018. I asked the woman at the counter for a sale flyer. She informed me that didn't have a current one available. There was nothing on sale this week. I asked to see an electric power mower. Don't have any but they can order one. I walked out. Walked over to that pathetic Chinese restaurant and ended up walking out of there too. Next time I will avoid Orwigsburg all together.
