Eckroth is great. If I could give more stars, I would. Our snow blower would not run. It ended up being that the carburetor needed service. The great thing is they picked up the snow blower the next morning after I called. The greater thing is they did the service the same day. The greatest thing is they returned the snow blower to me that afternoon. Same day turnaround! Based on my experience with other companies and products, I was expecting to get the snow blower back days or even weeks later. I was so wrong and so pleasantly surprised. In addition to the great work and turnaround time, Ann was great to work with over the phone and over text. It is never good for things to break and need fixing. At least I know if I ever have any issues with my snow blower going forward, I have the peace of mind that I am in good hands with Eckroth. Thanks again!

Went to look at sub compact tractors.Spoke to Jared, who was very knowledgeable and professional.Great conversation and he gave me all the info on the tractors even the financing options.They had many tractors to look at.Several different manufacturers.I drove the Massey ferguson.They sell small to large stuff and implements.Inside the building there is a large selection of Snow Blowers and parts.Also a large parts counter,many parts in stocks.I had to order a part for my Cub Cadet Tractor. No Problem!All employees are knowledgeable and professional.Building and grounds are clean and well Maintained.The shop also has Toys and some Soft Goods.Prices are Fair,inline with other companies in that industry.I will use them again for parts and equipment.

When my tractor broke, and I needed to trade it for a new one, Jared, Dan, and Brenden were polite and professional and to the point with answers to all of my questions and concerns I had to make sure I was getting a proper replacement (new tractor) to my needs and budget. I will definitely do all of my lawn and power equipment needs through Eckroth tractor equipment.

Highly recommend this company for any farming or game lawn equipment needs. They have a great location, awesome selection, and top notch customer service. I. Over to the area from the city 5 years ago. I bought my lawnmower there and have it serviced every other year. Recently I went in with an odd request…looking for a single large truck tire. We took a walk put back and found one, and Dan Eckroth personally delivered it to my house.I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them myself. I feel lucky I love so close!!!

Eckroth made a house call yesterday to replace my drive belt on my Cub Cadet LT46. Andy from service came over to do the job. Andy was kind and courteous and new what he was doing. Eckroth was able to get someone out pretty quickly and at a reasonable cost which I appreciate. Thank you :)

Has to be one of my best sales experiences ever! Jared was informative and answered my questions willingly with a can do attitude! He was straight forward no matter what and I couldn't ask for much more than that. I thanked him and shook his hand afterwards and informed him how pleased I was for this experience and answering all of my questions. He wasn't ever pushy, rude, or just telling me what I wanted to hear to sell the product. Start by saying the staff from sales to service to parts are stellar, helpful, and they have what you need.Pricing & SalesHave bought a 2016 CC Z48 used from them. Jared helped me pick it, this guy is great. He doesn’t want to sell you what you don’t need and he listens to make sure you get what you do need. Any time now I’ve dealt with him it’s been a pleasure. Also purchased a trailer for the tractor which he took the time to help me get set up from start to finish. This guy is absolutely what a novice or veteran in this equipment needs.ServiceAnn in service rocks! You get straight forward answers, pricing and timing. She’s great and the guys who perform the work are as well. Service for my dirty tractor had it come back all clean and ready to go.PartsI’ve had in 3 occasions to go in and get parts for various needs. You walk up to the counter and are greeted by someone who is friendly and is ready and able to help. Always got exactly what I needed in great time.Summary: yes these guys are great. Don’t believe me; check out how many eckroth stickers you see on your neighbors equipment, I know myself and my neighbors all love these guys.

Bought my new zero turn for a awesome deal. They even took my old one as a trade. Sales guy Jared was great. Honest and gave me that personal feeling the customer matters. I've dealt with the parts department before and they take the time to show you exact parts needed. Even how to install it. Why I decided to buy new from them. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

This is a great local business. I had a tractor that needed a replacement engine, and I had several questions. Jared did a great job of answering my questions and even brought me to the mechanic Terry who took the time to look up some technical info. on the computer to help me out. We are lucky to have such a knowledgable and helpful local supplier.

I researched very hard for a tractor loader backhoe set up. Checked at least half a dozen dealers and eckroth the best. They helped me out before when I needed a belt for my lawn tractor and they had it and installed it for me when I showed up without notice. That's what made me check back for the big purchase, and Jared the salesman worked with me to get more machine than I thought for my budget. Great experience and will always recommend.

Mowing my grass after work, belt broke on my Cub Cadet mower. Lawn was half mowed. Did a google search and found Eckroth, and they were only a few miles away. Text the contact number and explained my predicament. Checked Amazon, soonest I could get one was in two days. Then I got a text from Dan, yep they had a belt! Took my CC over the phone, and I went and picked it up. Oh did I mention this was about 1/2 hour after they closed? Just try to get service like that from a big box store. They just got a customer for life. Very grateful

The guys in parts are extremely helpful. I have an old IH Cub Cadet and these guys had parts on the shelf for my tractor!! They have an extensive supply of parts and accessories and they always help me out when I walk in the door. These guys are great and I will continue to be a grateful customer.
