I would not have done this but my receipt shows what I ordered. They screwed up my order this morning. I called and calmly explained my order was incorrect. I was then challenged by the man who answered and told if my order was wrong I would have to drive all the way back there to exchange my food. I told him this was not my mistake and spend over $50 almost every weekend there. I asked him if I could have my name added to a list so they could correct my order next time. I even offered to hold on to the reciept. I was told again I need to bring the wrong food back. It disgusts me to think about the greed of people when they make an error. So i will no longer go back there anymore. If you are not willing to correct your errors and make something right then I will let everyone know what how you treat your loyal customers. 2 thumbs down!

WORST WORST WORST EVER…Such a bad reception. This is not the first time that I had this issue with this store window BOY who is on the drive through. I ordered egg croissant (like almost every day) sandwich in which they put the sausage and gave me which I don’t eat, I went back to the store and asked them to give me a new one for which he said he can’t give. This is minimum curtesy that as a person can show, instead when I said I cannot eat this, then he said ok and he kept it with him (probably he might have eaten it) I went to this place many times and they know that as well, this is how you get treated ? no good manners at all. WORST!You want to keep the food that I bought with my money ? Stingy! WORST!!!!!You spoiled my whole day!!!

Disappointed the last few times I’ve been. Food was cold or FROZEN, drinks weren’t made correctly, and they forgot half of the order. It’s crazy because you pay almost 30 dollars for two drinks and some bagel bites yet they just give you ice cubes for your breakfast and coffee that is watery. It’s truly hit or miss at this place, I either have a great experience and everything is made well and taste good or you get the complete opposite where you’re missing everything and nothing is properly made.

Title: "Dunkin' Deception: A Series of Breakfast Betrayals and rude attitude.As a regular customer of Dunkin' Donuts, I am deeply disappointed and frankly, fed up with the consistent breakfast blunders at this establishment. On numerous occasions, I've ordered a simple sausage croissant, only to be handed an egg croissant instead. This pattern of incompetence has reached a point where my loyalty is hanging by a thread.The first time this happened, I assumed it was an honest mistake. However, the lack of attention to detail and the failure to correct the error is what truly irks me. As a regular, one would expect a certain level of service, but Dunkin' Donuts has let me down time and time again.To add insult to injury, not once has the staff offered a refund or an exchange. It's almost as if they expect me to accept whatever subpar substitute they hand over the counter. It's disheartening to think that my loyalty is treated with such disregard.Dunkin', your inability to get a basic order right and the refusal to make amends has turned what was once a reliable breakfast stop into a source of frustration. It's high time you prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction, especially for those who have been regulars for far too long. I visited the DD for a brewed hot coffee. While in a short line in the store, I looked at my DD app. There was an available offer for a medium iced coffee. I showed the cashier the promo on my Dunkin Donuts app and then I was going to pay through the app. She rang it up scan my phone and charged me $2.79 instead of the $1.I asked her for the receipt since my app doesn't show me how much they charge me for my beverage instantly. You have to wait 24 hours for it to show up in your app.I then asked her why I wasn't charged the $1 and she had no idea why and did not offer to give me another beverage or give me my money back. I pulled up the promotion on my phone and showed it to her again it wasn't expired it was completely available and she had no idea or did she care to figure out how to make me satisfied. I will never ever use the Dunkin Donuts app again at this location.

This is honestly one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. I understand all Dunkin Donuts serve the same coffee but I guess they do something different here because it's especially good. The food is always awesome and I rarely wait in line!

They are extremely rude every time me and my family go! Whenever we order they always forget something, and then give unnecessary attitude. I places an order for over $30, and they forgot 3 items of my order. I went back around for the items, and they said I had everything. Just for me to go home and still be missing 2 items! Needless to say I won’t be coming back after this experience.

Horrible costumer service by the young boy who stands at the window. He is arrogant and stated to me “that’s not my problem” when the person who ordered the online order as a walk in. This boy couldn’t be bothered to walk the 2 feet to get the coffees that were ordered. He was just standing around and walking back and forth at the window. This isn’t the first awful experience I had with this boy. He has given me attitude multiple days in a row and I go to the Dunkin regularly. The morning staff are amazing and great with customer service. I hope something is done about this young boys attitude and his position to be filled with an associate that is grateful to have a job.

1. This Dunkin' has gone downhill. I started coming here when I moved to the area almost two years ago. It started out perfect, they never messed up my order, had great customer service, and I was able to walk in and pick up my order consistently. Now, it's not so consistent.2. Don't bother placing an order on the app if you're planning on walking in and picking up your order to save time. You never know if the inside is going to be open or not. They don't bother turning off the walk-in option on the app. You place a walk-in order expecting to show up and it'll be ready only to be confronted with a sign that says "drive-thru only".3. Next is the price. The price of a large iced coffee is getting out of hand. The price has risen almost $1 since I started going here. The same size iced coffee from McDonald's is $2+ cheaper and it's way more consistent and speedy. I even started making my own iced coffee at home occasionally.4. Physical location. This Dunkin' might have the worst parking lot setup I've ever seen. This goes back to my issue with the inside not being open. The drive-thru line can stretch out onto the main road. Once you're out of the drive-thru you then have to turn out onto route 309. If you're making a right it's not bad, but if you're making a left you can be stuck there for up to 5 minutes.5. The best thing I can say about this Dunkin' is that the workers are friendly and they're doing their best. I don't necessarily blame them for the above issues, but friendliness alone won't bring me back here. It's just not worth it anymore. One time I ordered a large iced coffee and I got home and started drinking it. Turns out it was tea. I can put that one on the workers since it even said coffee on cup itself.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t know if they hired new people or what, but the coffee tastes either old, burnt, or is cold. The matcha is always chunky or isn’t even mixed! Every time I order an iced matcha latte the people don’t mix it at all and I’m left with chunks of the powder and matcha on its own is not good. Tried giving this place a chance after a few bad drinks but now I’m never coming back here again.

Always clean, fast and friendly. Prices are a tad bit lower than other Dunkins in my area. They have never screwed up my coffee in 5 years and it's always fresh !

This review is specific to the dunkin on 309 in orefield. It's the best crew of any of the locations in the area. Even when the line is wrapping around the store they get the orders out fast. I've been behind 8 or 9 cars and still get through in under 5 minutes. I think there's a different staff in the afternoons closer towards close but for peak hours in the morning they're the best.

I come to tbis dunkin at least 3 times a week. My drinks are good not great there never always mixed all the time, and the guy at the window is always there and he soesnt have manners no thank you, no have a nice day. Sounds like he is miserable.

Please drive right by to the next Dunkin. Quality here is terrible and you pay the same price. Do not order a Cold Brew or Iced Coffee. You will get flavored water

Bad, and unfriendly customer service. Unorganized, can never order in drive thru without having to repeat my order back. Paid $3 for ice cold bacon. Doesn't understand what "light ice" should mean, or they do but just say screw it and never do it for you anyway. If you order no ice you will certainly only get a half cup of beverage. I'm a frequent flyer at Fogelsville location and while I order iced drinks with no ice there alltall theathe time andfand they are not filled to top I've never had them hand me a large cup filled BARELY half way. This location is a rip off. Will not be back on my morning commutes in this direction.

This is actually the only Dunkin that has ever gotten my order correct. It's a simple order too, large hot coffee, turbo shot, very little cream and sugar. They get it right everytime, plus the guy at the drive-thru always gives my dog a treat so... well done!

I live close by, so I go to this Dunkin every single morning. I get the same thing- Dark Roast, hot and I order it black so that we can put our own creamers in. Summer evenings, we will get iced coffee and it's always good too, I love mocha. For breakfast, sometimes I order the bacon, egg & cheese bagel, it's always really good. Be careful if you have sesame allergies or can not have poppy like myself, sometimes they are all over the "plain" bagels, but that's with most places not just here. My one and only complaint with this location is the parking lot, getting out can be a pain because of 309. The people here are very nice though and service always fast and friendly.

Terrible service! I used my app to get a medium iced coffee for $1 ( and was rung out for $2.64 I brought it to their attention and was given sass! Rude customer serivce! I also asked for medium iced hazelnut and sipped my coffee after getting to my location 15 minutes away to swallow a pumpkin swirl coffee! Seriously what if I had an allergy to pumpkin! Get it together Dunkin! Corporate will be getting a call tomorrow morning!

Great place to quickly visit for a small bite to eat or some morning coffee. Prices were expected for dunkin doughnuts. Very little seating areas though. This is in the same holding as an Italian place and there were signs indicating that the customers of each restaurant were not allow to sit in the other side seating areas. So that made it awkward when there was not sitting room in each of the restaurants available.

Ice cold snackin bacon. It was burnt... but cold. Not sure how you even manage that... furthermore, my coffee was made wrong. I specifically asked for a LARGE FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE, and they gave me a hot coffee. When I told them I said iced coffee, the drive thru employee snapped at me and told me, 'No you didnt' I said, "Yes I did, I dont drink hot coffee." He then proceeded to hold up 4 fingers and tell me, "Four people here heard u say hot coffee" Totally disgusting way of talking to your customers, especially because I wasnt rude or angry with him at all, I just chalked it up to a simple mistake. This is usually where I get my coffee but if this is the attitude you allow your employees to have over mishaps and then blaming the customer, Ill take my business elsewhere. Unreal.

I am leaving this review for my sister. She ordered a cold brewa iced coffee and received a coffee that tastes like watered down coffee. We insisted on a new one and we received another coffee that had water, dark roast and cold brew can bind as we watched them make it behind the counter. We paid money for a cold brew not dark roast. Dunkin has gone downhill quickly after allowing incompetent individuals run their franchise locations. Never again.... I'll pay more for Starbucks any day...

Sandwiches are always a mess when I get them. Always looks like someone took it and threw it at the wall really fast. The muffins were stale and hard last time as well. This recent order everything burned including the hashbrowns like little rocks. Time to find a new morning spot.
