Stephanie Swire was a wonderful realtor for us when we purchased our home in 2021. As first time home buyers, her responsiveness and communication with us helped us feel comfortable and secure in the process. She helped us navigate a couple setbacks (water issue and radon issue) and brought them both to a quick resolution. Stephanie is very professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would like praise Ms. Bev Foster for all her assistance and personal attention she is taking to my case. She sits with you one on one and listens to what you want in your forever home. After visiting a house listing, we discuss my feelings towards that home. Pros and cons towards that home. That is a tremendous way of moving forward so time won't be lost in looking at listings that just wouldn't appeal to me. I feel comfortable working and talking to Bev any time I have questions. She has always responded quickly with an answer.
