I drive up there from Spring City to go to the Pharmacy because they have my medication in stock. And if it’s not it doesn’t take them long to get it. These big chain pharmacies are still waiting on back ordered meds. I don’t know how they do it but they get you what you need. Very polite staff. Very knowledgeable. So it’s worth the 40 minute drive.

My husband recently went in to shop and had an issue with a mismarked price. He left being frustrated but decided to call and talk to a manager. He talked to Brian the manager and he told him to come back for the item. I was the one that went back and the manager was very helpful nice and did exactly what they said they would do for us. I believe he went above and beyond it could have ended badly but it didn't. Everyone that I came in contact with in the store was very polite and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

This review is only for the alcohol section: the gentleman that runs the counter with long hair is outrageous. He does say a word to you other than a few grunts, yes grunts, and doesn’t even tell you the total, you just have to guess. He has been there forever and I’m not sure why they keep him other than he’s dependable showing up every day. He needs to be trained in customer service relationships. This is integral to running a business and seems to be forgotten totally in his role. Wow! Sad!

One of their smaller stores, still has all staples. Bonus, they carry Soda Stream syrups and exchange the carbonation cylinders, very helpful since the closing of Bed Bath and Beyond. When they have their deep discounts on meats, often this store doesn't have the selection that we see in Wyomissing location. Restrooms are in the back of the store, in the back room.

Their entire produce department should be let go. Multiple times I've gotten stuff and its bad the next day. Sometimes its already bad on the shelf

Always have to check expiration dates. Got shrimp last week. They were worst shrimp I have ever bought. They were over cooked or had too much shell on them. Also when I went to order lunch meat. The deli lady made me wait for 5 minutes while there was no one else there. When she went to slice my lunch meat the slicer was filthy I ask her to clean it she said "why" I got the manager he was worthless. If I wouldn't be for the pharmacy I wouldn't shop here ever.

It was good. Went in late. They were good about letting us get what we needed and they were were there well after their closing time. Had trouble with self check out. Would have been alot faster if we had a cashier. They were pleasant enough under the circumstances.

Used to be our favorite grocery store until they moved the store all around and put in a bar that no one goes to. I’m still trying to figure out why anyone would want to go to a grocery store bar to drink…. Strange marketing tactic. Then they fired all the cashiers and put in self-help stations which no one likes in the entire area. I found a new place to shop. Don’t waste your time - you can’t find where anything is anymore and you can’t get any help at all and lines are out into the aisles at the one or two cashiers that might be open to help you. Sad!

The Ephatra Store is going down hill. The shelves are not well stocked. Bought several frozen pies. When they were opened, the filling was on one side. The only thing that would explain this is the boxes were on their side, got thawed out before putting them flat in the Freezer. I've been to other local Weis. They are well stocked.

They are okay. Robert Irvine (Restaurant Impossible) recently said you should check out a restaurant's bathroom because if it is clean and well-kept, then the food prep areas probably are too. Weis Oley could work more on this standard.

Worst curbside pickup I've ever gotten, on a regular basis. Every order there is a slew of missing items they say they don't have, or don't have substitutes for.. afterward I go in the store and it's all there. I don't even bother anymore.edit. well i bothered and tried again. Its absolutely awful. Not only do they regularly claim things are out of stock that aren't... They also give you wrong quantities/weights. This doesn't happen with the kutztown weis... Or giant, or walmart, or anywhere else.

Easy to get to friendly people. they seems to be resistant to add items customers want both store and corporate people give push back. The Corp. Person I emailed about an item to stock said No.. even though they carry the rest of herbal essences line.

I could not find a shelf with Passover items on it or passover items in general, but we had half an aisles worth of Easter items or more. What a shame. It is easy to put the items if there were any near each other. The check out person was amazing though.

Nice bright but not too big grocery store. Usually has enough cashiers to check out. Great "Wonder Chickens" cooked and ready to go. They carry things we don't find in bigger stores.

Former employee here, worked there when it was Kings (2002) and then Weis Markets (2012-2015). Recently moved back to the area from NC. Glad to see the store was updated since I left. Yes the bathroom is at a weird spot, but it’s been the same place since the store was an IGA and kinda hard to move plumbing like that. There’s quite a few employees there that have been with the company for a long time, which is hard to find in this day and age.

There are SO many things I love about this Weis. It's so close, (less than 4 minutes!) and that's always great, but it's also easy on the wallet because of all of the specials and sales they run. My husband is the one who 'clips' the digital coupons and checks the sales online before going (he's been the designated 'goer-outer' since it became necessary) and then he keeps an eye out for the sale items that aren't in the circulars. This Weis isn't that big, but it serves so many, and it's managed to retain the feeling of a small town grocer while offering a great selection of items. It's fairly crowded in the afternoons and early evenings, so I would suggest going in the morning.

From the Bakery to Produce, Deli to Sea Food this is by far, hands down the best Weis Market in Berks County. The products and prices are great, but it is truly the people who work there that make it the quality shopping experience that it is. 5 stars.

With prices as high as they are in today's market. I was surprised to see my 7 prescriptions cost me nothing and a cart full of groceries only 114.00. Reminds me of older times. It pays to be a club member, thankyou Kings (Weis) in oley.

Employees here are really nice. Stopped in for the bathroom and pick up a bottle of wine. Area surrounding the store is desolate. However the store looked organized, stocked and clean. Customer service ladies weren't available, however the floor clerks were super helpful.

The young lady last night who helped me in the deli was fabulous. Was closed at 7pm. I got there around 7:05. She said they were closed but than offered to get me what I want. She went above and beyond for me. I just wish I could see her name tag to give her a shout out. So Weis in oley if you read this the lady who worked Friday night ( September 2) was amazing. She deserves a raise

Have been shopping at Weis markets for years. They have the best selection and the biggest sales. The food is always fresh and the customer service is excellent. The bakery is delicious and they have very talented cake designers. The meat and produce is always fresh. I will always recommend this as a place to shop for all your household needs. If they don't have it in stock, or it's a product they haven't carried in awhile, they will order it or find a place that has it. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Generally overpriced, and far too often prices are mismarked or not updated according to sales. Customer service is usually poor. Their younger employees are very nice, fast and helpful. Sadly, many older female employees there are miserable, condescending, and usually rude.
