Staff was terribly rude and lazy. She kept saying my inhaler wasn’t in, my rescue one kind you. But I had called my dr and everyone else to make sure it was time to get it. So, I send my boyfriend in who just says “im tired of this, what is it out of pocket,” after she FINALLY tried to do SOME work and said it was an insurance issue (it wasn’t) and then she said “oh… it’s working now… here it is…” because she simply wanted to go back and talk with the boss. My boyfriend said it took FIFTEEN MINUTES because she was back there giggling with him. Ridiculous.

I’ve not had any complaints about the pharmacy until today. It was near closing time and the pharmacist couldn’t get the registered to work so she decided to cuss and swear at it while people were standing around. If my little girl had been with me (who I was getting a prescription for) I would have been furious!! Please be professional! Stressed or not that’s uncalled for!!

The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone 9 times out of 10. I’ve literally only had someone answer my phone call one time and there is no option to leave a voicemail to be called back. Nearly everytime time I go to pick up a prescription I stand there waiting until the employees are done chatting with eachother and acknowledging me standing there.

Had to drive home in pain. I went to a Veteran Hospital in the area for severe nerve pain in my leg.Went to pick up my prescription and the short angry lady closed the shutters 6mins before their break time.I was an hour away from home and pleaded to just give me the prescription since it was ready.I needed the pain meds so I can bare the ride home. She refused after I voiced my displeasure I had to have my prescription transferred near home.It really was upsetting that she was so irate when she clearly closed early. It’s as if people are losing their humanity…

Professional and friendly. The staff was attentive and filled my prescription within 5 mins!! I believe, it was because it was transferred, from CVS Pharmacy, after waiting 35 mins for me to be told they didn’t have it, again. CVS does NOT have children’s amoxicillin; in liquid form. At least not in the last two months.

Helpful pharmacy staff, I usually go there just for prescriptions, but the cashier always greets me when I enter the store and says goodbye when I leave. 5 plus stars for the employees. Only 4 stars because like most drug stores their prices on everyday items are higher than discount chains and also 4 stars because there isn't a drive-through.

Quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. My prescriptions were transferred here when Glenview Apothecary went out of business. I’ve had my scripts filled here three times since Glenview closed and every time there is a problem. Today will be my last dealings with this place as my prescriptions will be transferred to Darlings Pharmacy in Hasson Heights.

I came in for a covid vaccine appointment. This was my first time in the Oil City store. I was greeted by the cashier who directed me to where I would receive the shot. The pharmacy tech assisted me promptly with required paperwork when it was my turn. The actual procedure was fast, easy, and painless and explained thoroughly. My 2nd appointment was automatically scheduled and, after a short wait to assure there was no reaction, I was on my way. Great job with wonderful staff. I look forward to seeing them again for my 2nd shot.

Don't buy a money order from Rite Aid, because if you by any chance you don't need it anymore and need to cash it out, they will not cash it out for you! Nowhere else will cash it out neither unless it's from their store! So DO NOT BUY a MONEY ORDER from RITE AID because they will not cash it out for you nor return it!

Went in told the medication wasn't ready and to come back Thursday. Came back today (Thursday) they sent the medication to Franklin Rite Aid without notifying me. Will be changing Pharmacys now.
