Although there are many pharmacies in Oil City and Venango County as a whole, i, as well as many others choose cvs.When it comes to their pharmacy, there's always a friendly face with a smile happy to help. With the vast variety of goods, it's never a difficulty taking the kids.Our Oil City CVS goes above and beyond, even when the pharmacy drive-through is packed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The pharmacists kindly helped my family through a jam when we were visiting family and forgot a portion of necessary medication. Worked with us to get the medication to us quickly as our insurance wouldn’t cover a refill, and helped us find a great low price so we wouldn’t haven’t to cut our trip short. Very thankful for the diligent work of the staff at this location!

The store is dull and dingy and it's dirty. CVS used to be bright and had a good atmosphere. You felt the good vibes as soon as you went through the door. Not anymore. It feels like gloom and doom.

This is the cleanest CVS I have been in, in a long time. Free of clutter, the manager is always friendly as well as the staff! You should be proud!

So helpful and kind. Patient and personable. I won't go anywhere but here for my prescriptions. They have made it a little easier for a mother of a disabled child and I can't thank them enough for that. The staff goes above and beyond to make my life easier and to make sure my sons meds are always ready when we need them. They contact docs for me and always treat me and my family with respect!

The Pharmacy is woefully understaffed during busy hours. Whether on the phone or in person, the wait times to speak to someone are anywhere from annoying to ridiculous. That being said, the staff members themselves are amazing. I've never seen them be anything but patient and personable under what are often extremely stressful working conditions. C'mon management!

Friendly workers. Get me in and out quickly. Workers are always helpful. They've had their help hrs cut back and it's not fair the work load they have to endure. They are constantly buryed in the pharmacy but they do their best. They are always hustling. Probably should get a raise!!

By far the worst wait times, staff is just about always having folks waiting even when your stuff is ready to pick up and they put it at the register yet I still had to wait 15 minutes for the next person to login into another register while the other lady strolled around and saw me waiting but didn't care even a little bit. Definitely taking my business elsewhere and I would implore everyone to do the same until they get a better staff atleast.

Friendly employees when youre inside, however reaching them by phone is nearly impossible.I've called multiple times on different days at different times and after 20 minutes or so in hold have given up.I've never experienced this with other pharmacies.

Called to ask how much my prescription will be. I’ve been on hold for an hour and counting. I’ve been there. They’re never busy so long that they’ve had to keep people on hold for a full hour.
