Great Reuben sandwich which the staff highly recommended and said it was their most popular sandwich. I also had the fresh cut fries with malt vinegar, both were very good. The restaurant is great, location fantastic as we hiked all morning ate lunch and then went for a bike ride. Perfect day and a perfect restaurant, you have to sit outside and enjoy the distant sound of the nearby rushing water.

Locally owned in ohiopyle. We ordered up on the top deck, but had to go down to the bar to get any kind of drink. The outdoor seating was very nice. Our food took a little bit to come out. They were out of nachos, romaine and iceberg lettuce (so no salads). I had ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich with fries. When I saw my sandwich I was highly disappointed. It wasn't a chicken breast it was chicken lunch meat- which I couldn't eat. I ate the bacon, cheese and spinach along with my fries. The fries were very good. My husband got the brisket tacos he said their were 3 small tacos. He said it was pretty good.

Tourist here, what I am about to tell you is important, this restaurant is a huge disappointment. 1st, the kitchen. It's really the heart of the problem, it is very slow and they just don't care about the food they put out because, frankly they don't have to, dumb hungry tourists like me will stop anyway.The spinach dip came out with the meal, cold and microwaved. The burger was well done and dry. My chicken salad sandwich was just pathetic. No tomato, lettuce or flavor.The only reason they are getting an extra star is the bartender/cashier was friendly.If you read this and still go here, remember, you were warned.

Stopped in after wine festival. $20 great chicken salad sandwich with generous sized cranberries, fries and a drink + nice tip for quick service. Great place. Eat in or take out.Right across street from parking lot next to Great Allegheny Passage

Service was okay. Server was super nice. Host didn't seem like we mattered at all. It was really disappointing was that half of the menu was unavailable when we went. Server spent most of the time explaining what they didn't have. What saved them was the food they did have. DELICIOUS down to the pickles! Great fries, burger, and vegetables. Everything is farm to table and fresh. It's open upstairs, so it's nice scenery too.

We were warned - overpriced and terrible service. But at 8pm on a Tuesday night, they were the only game in town. The portobello mushroom sandwich was actually quite good, just a little greasy. But the fries were underdone and the service was not welcoming. We also saw several people complaining to the staff about their food or returning their food altogether.We heard this is a better bar than restaurant so make sure you’re going for the right reasons (i.e., eat somewhere else).

One of the lousiest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We order at 12:49pm and didn’t receive our food until 1:50pm. The sandwiches were something I could completely made from home. No thank you for the waits, no apologies for the waits. Nothing. The fries were barely even cooked. They lied about forgetting our order and blamed the wait on something completely different. The chicken was that of deli chicken. This will be my first and last experience ever at this place and I will be sharing with other friends that visit this place, not to come there for food. Very disappointed and almost ruined my day at Ohio Pyle. I will sharing my experience with others for a very very long time. 35 bucks for 2 plastic cups and .75 cents for a water? Whoever runs this place should be absolutely ashamed and should appear on Gordon Ramsey.

This place is great. Sadly it's not handicap accessible. The huge outdoor eating space is wonderful. The food is always very good. The secret to Ohiopyle is to go a little later in the day. By 3 or 4pm ppl are starting to leave making parking easier and by 5 you frequently have the place to yourself.

Went here after realizing there aren't many places open for breakfast. An early lunch worked perfectly here. I had the jelly burger which was great. The fries are fresh and delicious. The brisket tacos need a little more stuff in them, they were pretty empty. The side Salad got was a fresh mix! Couldn't complain and even tried to go back today (tuesday) and were bummed to find that they were closed !Parking: Park across the street !

Food was average at best. We put in our order and waited for more than an hour? Food was cold for a bragged up signature dish? Mushroom fries.Our friends waited even longer than we did and the order was wrong.Dozen people came in after us and in larger groups? Put in their orders? Also larger than ours, and got their orders before us. They kept telling us they were waiting on the signature fries? Then they said they were running out of food? Yes running out of food?I would NOT!!!! RECOMMEND this place when going to Ohio Pyle!!!!!!!They are not wheelchair accessible nor handicap friendly. Restroom is upstairs 2 separate flight of stairs. And very tiny. Pee in the sink because no room to turn around!

One of our favorite places to go even just for a drink and to hang out. Such a relaxing and comfy vibe here. The bloody Mary’s are delicious (don’t always have to go for the huge ones, but those are good too). Wings are very good and priced very well compared to most bars in the area. We haven’t had a bad meal here yet.

So cool, reminds me of a locals hang out in Key West. Stacey the owner is great, easy to talk to, very personable and definitely welcoming. She makes the craziest, most inventive, original and tastiest Bloody Mary's. She plans on making different ones each week. Check her out, you'll be glad you did!!!

Ordered a plain burger because I have a dairy allergy. Burger came with cheese on it. Asked for a new burger. First, they wanted to show me the menu where it said the burgers come with cheese. Which is why I ordered a plain burger. When I went back up to get the new burger, it was cold and they had just picked the cheese off the top of it. It was the same burger. There was still cheese on the sides. Got sick and stay sick the whole weekend.Dietary restrictions: Avoid this place at all costs!

First and last time patronizing this business. Waited over an hour for food, half our table got their food before my wife and I. When our food finally arrived, it was ice cold. Brisket nachos were horrible; over cooked & flavorless brisket on top of disgusting dollar store cheese. It’s like the menu was created without even tasting the food before serving it. Do yourself a favor and drive the half hour to McDonald’s where you can save money, get faster service and have better tasting/quality food.

Waited over an hour for our food. Checked on our order and they immediately brought it to the window. Apparently it had been done for some time and sitting in the kitchen. By this time the fries were soggy, bread on sandwich was hard, cold sweet potato flatbread and the $12.00 Mac and cheese was child sized. Disgusting! Do not recommend!

How to be polite~~ This restaurant SUCKS. Slow, slow service (45 minute wait for salads and sandwich) and the food we got was memorable in a mostly negative way. The powerful popper salad and dressing was 9/10....well done. The portobello mushroom sandwich was cold and greasy and the fried bread was saturated in grease. We could not eat it. We had to send the french fries back 3 times because they were, cold, greasy and limp. The 3rd time they were still as cold and limpy and greasy as the first time we got them. A 1-Star rating is still too high especially since we had to pay $50+ tax for lunch. The Hostess was very nice.

You place your order at the bar and serve yourself when the food is ready. The woman who took our order was nice. Food was ok but kinda pricey for what we got. It took a long time (around 35 mins) to get a burger and fries. Sign by the kitchen pick up window says to have patience because they’re having a hard time finding people that want to work there. They add a 4% fee without telling you if you pay with a credit card. Also charged $1.50 for a plastic cup to drink tap water out of.

I live here year round. The people that work the bar are rude. Sat at the bar, Asked if I started a tab or not, then was told she needed a card to order food, was given the bill and told to get my food upstairs. I wanted to have a few drinks? You basically kicked me out. The attitudes of the people that come here to work are disgusting. Stop treating your clients like a burden! All of the restaurants in Ohiopyle treat the guests like they’re trash and lesser. It’s getting old.

The cafe burger (I got it no bacon) was outstanding. My sister thought the Ruben was among the best she’d ever had. The fries were hot & fresh. Our (basement) bartender knew his beer & his menu. The basement was quiet & a perfect chill spot. The outside bar was a little loud, but fun on karaoke night. You have to go up & get your food from the window upstairs, but I didn’t mind. It was easy to sort out a tiny error (like sweet potato fries instead of reg) that way. I wished they had more beer taps and glass beer glasses, but those are tiny details. Just about everything else made us LOVE this place. I kinda wish we were staying here another night so we could eat there again. Next time!!!

Nice menu with a variety of appetizers, salads, burgers. We all enjoyed the food and the fact that we could bring our grandson and dog. The outside deck was cool and breezy. Although it was a very busy Sunday and there were alot of customers, once we ordered, the wait wasn't as long as we expected and the order was correct. The burgers were excellent. Would definitely go here again.

Not quite what I was expecting. When we arrived, you ordered at the bar downstairs then picked up your food at the window on the top deck. The decks are covered, so the rainy day didn't make a difference.The food was great! It was a really nice quality. The fries were definitely fresh cut and the beef for the burgers was fresh as well. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Food was very good. I had the steak salad and my wife got the chicken sandwich and we split the balsamic brussel sprouts. The food took a little bit while longer than expected to come out which put us behind on some of the plan we had that we had reservations for so we ended up having to get our food to go. The only other problem we had was the signage is very poor. We didn't know where we had to order at so we had to walk upstairs and downstairs a few times just to order at the bar and then go back upstairs to get our food and eat.
