This a very cute store/restaurant. The breakfast sandwich was good, they made it fresh to order. The coffee was just ok. In the evening we came back for ice cream. The peanut butter overload. Is the treat everyone needs in their lives! Nothing like a frozen treat while taking in the sites of a rushing river. They sell some really nice merchandise inside. I still regret not purchasing a hat. I guess I will have to next time.Parking: Street parking and the park offers a large lot.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of fun food for kids.

Food was just ok. I got a Buffalo chicken wrap and it didn’t quite hit the spot. But the inside was really cool! Tight quarters with a ton of souvenirs. There’s an ice cream bar inside, and it’s also a convenience store. Staying in room 101. I would not choose to stay here again. It has no instructions on how to use the AC. It has no windows. Bed is comfortable. Floor is creaky. It’s difficult to tell if the door to my room is locked. Otherwise it is ok and close to the trail. Seems overpriced for off season. It has a nice common kitchen area and an indoor area for bikes. Convenient to get food at the market. Market open 7-7 the day I stayed. Check hours. No Inn staff on site. Did not answer questions over email in time to help me cool the room.

Great selection of wraps and sandwiches that were absolutely delicious and very efficient service. I got the southern chicken wrap and the chicken was cooked to perfection and tasted very high quality with no gristle. The fries are fresh cut and also super delicious!! I would definitely make the drive from Greensburg again just to eat at this little gem!!

Ice cream is par for the course. Nothing to write home about, but made the kids happy. We got 4 small dishes for ~$15. So didn't break the bank either. Service was quick and the location is convenient.Also got lunch here another day. Wraps were ok, nothing too impressive, but the price was a lot for 3 wraps and drinks.

The food was pretty delicious, the service was friendly, helpful, and pretty fast, but the prices seemed a bit steep. I believe the Ohiopyle bakery and sandwich shop would've been a little cheaper and have the same quality food. I'd probably eat here again though.Parking: There is road side parallel parking. There is a bigger parking lot a little ways up the road from this place. You have to walk a little, but worth it in my opinion to not have to park on the side of the road. They also have one electric plug in space.

We ate at the restaurant. Also stayed at their air b&b above the falls market restaurant. In this beautiful town. The view was great regardless day, night, rain, or shine. After arriving here I did more walking than driving. It was a nice change of pace. I love how easy it is to find somewhere to get lost and not found within a short distance from our air b&b. We truly are enjoying every moment.

The Pit Beef/American Beef sandwiches were really terrible. They were so dry to the point of being inedible. I took a picture, you can actually see how dry it was from the picture. I was starving so I ate a few bites but threw the sandwich away and ate somewhere else. Coleslaw was like sugar mayonnaise with cabbage. Giving 2 stars because the bean salad side was pretty good and because it has a beautiful view.

Cheese fries for app, but way too much cheese on it has you can see, although they were good. Philly Steak sandwich was great, I highly recommend it. The onion rings sucked, the breading was too hard and crunchy.The waitress, oh my! She is probably the worst and friendliest waitress I have ever had. There were only 2 tables for total of 4 people, so it wasn't busy. She has about a 5 second attention span, at best. Most customers would probably get frustrated but it was comical to me. She was extremely friendly and meant well, bless her heart!

The outside food window is amazing! A+ service and food. Gyro was packed full same pulled pork was like 1lb of meat alone! Mmmmm. And the coleslaw was spot on... Nice and creamy.The store is great too. Even more food in there, along with ice cream, groceries, camping needs, clothing, souvenirs, chocolate counter, and more great employees.

Waited out some rain for 45-minutes with the hopes of ordering some pork and cheese fries at 11. As soon as the window opened we ordered and we were NOT disappointed. WOW!Worth the wait!

We had lunch. The food was pretty tasty and the fries portions were huge. The only downside is that you have to eat outdoors where there are a ton of bees and flies.

I visited this charming little place, on my trip back from PA, for some food and was surprised when I found a breakfast buffet. It was around noon so the food wasn't piping hot, but it was still worth sitting down to rejuvenate, especially for the meager price.The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because the buffet was cold. However it was late in the morning when I sat down.You can find it on Route 381, Main St, right next to The Great Allegheny Passage across from Youghiogheny River. On the river are some nice rapids in a quiet park.

Enjoyed a great breakfast at the Falls Market. The portions were large. The market had great novelty gifts. The employees were friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms were clean.

This is a neat place to be. It is close to Fallingwater, around 8 minutes from it.The waitress is the nicest lady ever and our portions were huge. They have great variety: salads, soups, sandwich, appetizers, pasta, pizza, etc.

A group of 4 of us stayed here one night half way through our GAP ride. We stayed in the large apartment and it was fantastic. A lot of space to lounge and recover/relax - feeling a little like home. There's a full kitchen, but we didn't do any cooking. There are a lot of sleeping options and everything was very clean. Having the market right below us was super convenient. I've stayed here twice now and I would come back every time in the future. The train sounds were far enough away to enjoy as background ambiance.

This is a nice little restaurant / deli / general store. They have a good selection of souvenirs. Their prices are typical for a tourist town. The service is very good. The staff is very friendly. If you need to use a credit / debit card you need to spend at least $5. In the summer it is quite crowded. In the fall it isn't so much. In the winter it is not crowded. Check it out. You'll like it. It has a nice country feel.

Pulled pork was okay, boyfriend said his pulled beef was too salty. None of the people inside wore their marks properly or at all. The condiments on the tables were disgusting so I doubt they've been wiped in a while, which is especially disgusting during a pandemic.

June 2015: Great place to stop for a meal on the way to Fallingwater. Great burger and fries. Several vegetarian options. Friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.

Should rename bird dropping cafe. Outside dining area is filthy with bird droppings on the tables, chairs, and railings. Must take food across street to find sanitary place to eat. Value doesn't exist. Don't get a chili dog. Thin tasteless chili ruins the bun making it a messy disaster. Fries are an under cooked greasy mess. Never again. Well worth the walk over the bridge to the other food facility.

Go for the milkshakes! Great milkshakes reasonably priced here, so if you’re a milkshake lover, check out this place. A “tourist trap” development of the highest order, this complex seems to offer us everything: a convenience store, souvenirs related to Ohiopyle and the River, a pizza and milkshake shop inside, a sandwich and wraps restaurant outside. Just a little bit for everyone here. Rafters and kayakers stop here to refuel after running the river too.

Great post-hike lunch spot near the river overlooks. Their menu included sandwiches, wraps, soups and more with sides like fries, slaw and bean salad. They had some vegan/vegetarian options, such as the Spicy Black Bean Burger which was great. No alcohol, but soft drinks available. There is a patio area if you have a dog, bike racks, as well as nice, clean restrooms.Right across the street is an Ohiopyle mural for picture ops. There were a lot of little birds around so just be aware while eating!

The home made chocolate is amazing! They have a pretty wide variety of items to buy, for such a small shop. The food is excellent! So happy they are near the falls, we stop every time we go to Ohio Pyle! It is a must if you have never been!

Their pulled pork is excellent. I liked their coleslaw, although it was a bit too salty. French fries are not that great. It comes with friendly service.
