Falls City Pub & Restaurant at times is a hit or miss. When they are busy it is hard for them to keep up with the magnitude of customers and that is understandable as sometimes, they get very busy.There are times the food, service, entertainment, and atmosphere was very good. There were other times we waited quite a while to get a seat and had to wait for a while to get our order taken. However, we will go back there as we like the location, the food, and being able to listen to music while we eat.They have outside and inside seating available, but they do tend to get busy as many enjoy going there. Definitely stop by there as the food quality and prices are exceptional!

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip with family. We were disappointed that they were out of brisket but the pulled pork was great! We all had the pulled pork, I had Mac and cheese, my husband had sweet potato fries and it was all pretty tasty. The Mac and cheese was a little on the mustard tasting side so not a favorite of the table but I thought it was pretty good. The beers were cold and they had a good variety. The bathrooms needed a little attention but not a deal breaker. If you are in the area there is plenty of parking and plenty of cold beers. So stop in and give them a try!

We had just hiked the nearby trail and clocked about 12 miles, we were excited for some beer and coke and to enjoy the nearby river. We got seated at an outside table, waited 10 minutes and no one came. I saw one waitress ask another waitress who was going to take our order, I guess what was decided was no one. That waitress went ahead and seated two men and took their drink order immediately and the other waitress began cleaning tables and chatting with some other customers. We waited another few minutes and then just got up and left. We walked right by both of them and they didn't say anything. Weirdest service ever. I'm not white, maybe they're racist? Who knows but this has never happened before.

Waited about an hour for a table, which was fine, because they were busy. When we got our table, nobody gave us menus, we sat there for at least another half hour and then we got our own menus. Still no service. Sat there another half hour… nothing. Very poor service and not to mention the host was very unfriendly. Finally, we gave up and left. I have never seen such a poorly run restaurant and surely will never return. I am sure this poor review will not phase the proprietor of this business because it just seemed to be unprofessional atmosphere.

Stopped in for dinner once we got into town(4/12/24). I got a burger and fries. My son had a grilled cheese and fries. It was amazing. The smoker was going with pork belly in it. (I asked.) Saturday is their opening weekend for white water rafting. They have plans for the whole day with live entertainment. It's definitely worth the stop and definitely stopping again.

We had a group of 20 to feed. This was the only place in Ohiopyle that could seat us all. We had a catered dinner at the pavilion across from the pub. Burrito bar, mac and cheese and more. The food was delicious and there was a TON of it. Non-alcoholic beverages were included, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this setup for a large, hungry group! Would do again.Vegetarian options: The burrito bar offered vegetarian options.

What a pleasant surprise! This place is a gem that I can't believe I had never been to before. From the pub pretzel, to the just hot enough tasty wings, to the sweet potato cheesecake, every bite blew my mind! My taste buds have been attempting to steer my car back to Ohio Pyle just for their house wings; and I am not typically a "wing" person. Way to go! Bravo! The staff was terrific, not just our waitress but everyone there. They were friendly and attentive. It was like transporting back in time to when customer service was important. I will be going back there, and soon. It is a new favorite for me!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life at a restaurant. Took the waitress forever to take our order. Only received one refill of water and was with empty cups for over 50% of our meal. No accountability by the misinformation provided by the waitress regarding the food we ordered. Manager is horrible and thinks it's acceptable to talk over, gaslight, and belittle women. Don't ever make a complaint about an item you order after being mislead to believe it was something else, he will get 'big mad' and then claim he never gets mad while simultaneously yelling at you and pointing at you like a child while you sit there in utter disbelief. Would not recommend. Entire staff had an attitude.
