Lowe’s can cut your wire shelving to any length you need. That's the message from corporate but are the stores really able to?It seems, the machine to cut wire shelving is not working at this store for a long time now. Two extremely helpful store associates wanted to help me and because the experts were not available, took up this task of cutting wire shelf for me using manual wire cutters that were on sale in the store.The manual cutting resulted in a very inconsistent cut. This is a closet wire shelf, not something that I want to show off in my home but I was not happy that proper tools were not working and the alternative did not give me a good result. I don't know if it was the result of the cutting process or something happened earlier, but one of the cut shelf is all bent. I have buyer's remorse that I chose this store for my shopping.Update after receiving a reply from Lowes: So I did call the number provided but that was a waste of time, I guess. Now I have to wait for some other person from the store to call. This number called some customer service location that probably does not have any power to help customers.

Saturday morning I go in to buy twenty five bags of concrete. I ask if it could be loaded on the truck with a fork left. They have no one there to run a fork lift. So I left and went to home depot to buy it. I told them that's what I was going to have to do and they did not care.

Oaks location is nice, especially for plants. Although they took parking area for shrubs, it does allow for better walk through to view them. It makes the inside gardens not as crowded with plants.Don't forget in the store look for indoor plants, nice variety. Make sure to inspect the plants.Prices somewhat reasonable.Worth exploring!

Super frustrated. We ordered a black stone grill that was delivered assembled. It is missing pieces and bent up. The front caddy won’t clip in place. It looks like it was a floor model that was crapped up. We tried to stop the delivery driver but they pulled off. We called the store immediately and kept getting pushed to the delivery department that would pick up and hang up. We asked not to be put through to that department and to speak with a manager. We were told that we need to speak to the delivery department and that they would go find someone to call us back 5 hours later we still haven’t heard anything. This is horrible service

It's a very good home improvement, DIY, general hardware, garden, construction, house remodeling store.If you're looking for any supplies for your home improvement projects, you should be able to find them here. Folks who work here are very helpful, and they will find what you're looking for.They also provide some installation services for what you purchase here like bathroom improvement, exterior doors, etc. for a fee. They also deliver what you buy for a fee, otherwise you have to haul it yourself or rent a truck.If you're a veteran, make sure to sign up for 10% everyday discount. Someone may say it's only 10%, but hey every little bit of discount helps.

The young lady was extremely nice and hard-working high school studentI should’ve paid attention more. The haircut was not really what I wanted received the kind. My father did back in the 60s. We agreed on at four on top. It was the two it’ll grow back. I should’ve looked a little harder. It’s very short, but hey global warming is gonna be a hot summer .

Never ever ever buy appliances nor a protection plan from Lowes. We bought an oven that broke within a year. Lowe’s outsources their repair work to a 3rd party vendor called Total Appliance Solutions that’s less than helpful. They showed up to our house for a minute, took a photo, and said they’ll try and get a new part within 2 weeks.. Not only that, but they have to try and repair the appliance 3 times before they’ll actually replace it which means you’ll be out of a working appliance for weeks/ months. I called Total Appliance and got an offshore resource who just read me prompts the whole time and didn’t actually listen to my concern nor connect me with management when I asked.

Great customer service with the staff. I visit this location often to ask for advice and recommendations and they are always spot on. Just the other day the fella in the painting section gave some really good advice on the proper stain we needed. Overall very helpful and that's why we keep returning.

pathetic customer service. I bought refrigerator , washer and dryer in deal during X'mas deal. They said 21st Jan is delivery date. On 20th Jan - they delayed to 29th Jan , didnt inform us. We thought that will get refrigerator on 29th Jan. We did advance planning as we have to store my son's medicine in frozen section.On 28th Jan - we went to store . They said its back dated , now 24th april 2024 shows as TENTATIVE delivery date. They tried to convince us to buy something else. So, Lowes put us in that situation where we didnt have any option.We said no and next day we called for remaining items delivery as washer and dryer were available.They schedule a delivery for those 2 items after 2 days. On the delivery date- they cancelled my order without my confirmation. When we called up store - came to know that delivery team cancelled it because washer is not available. however, in the system it was showing its available.We went back to store to know the situation and found that washer is went to backorder and they dont have any tentative delivery date. Again they convince us to buy something else.They took our money and kept for around 45 days and delivered nothing.I sent email to leadership team, no help.I want to give zero '0' star but dont have option so giving 1 star.Horrible customer service. I decide Never ever to buy anything from Lowes store.

I am incredibly frustrated with the customer service at Lowe’s. We were there hoping to get our acrylic sheets cut, we pressed the button 3 times to get any assistance (they make an announcement to the whole building that we need help) but no one came to help us and the people from customer service kept staring at us. So we asked if the customer service people can help us get someone to cut the acrylic sheets and they said “we’ll get someone” but no one came so after 10 minutes, we asked them again, and they said “oh shoot, let me get someone” but no one came again. 10 more minutes later, we went to customer service again and this time, they said someone should be with you so we continued to wait but of course, no one came again. As soon as we were going to leave, someone finally came and told us that they can’t cut the sheet. I saw that person just roaming around too, why didn’t she come up and tell us that they can’t cut it when we pressed the button 3 times for help. Where was this information 40 minutes ago? Just tell us no one is available. It’s our fault for trusting that someone was going to come and cut it. We should’ve left. I would recommend going to a different Lowe’s to cut acrylic or glass sheets. Ridiculous waste of time.

literally nothing but issues with this store! They initially sold us the wrong dryer. In fairness to them, they made the exchange for the correct dryer easy enough, but since then it has been a major hassle. I have called and emailed countless times to ensure both the new washer and dryer would come today to be installed and even spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday after someone answered the phone as Random Zebra at Customers Service thought the put me on hold but didnt listened to their conversation for about 5 minutes before a lady got on the phone and went over every item number with me and assured me that all the items were coming this morning. Well they showed up without the dryer this morning. I called the store and was informed that the dryer wouldn't even be delivered to the store until Saturday, so they won't be able to get it to us until at least Tuesday of next week. My husband called back to confirm all the details and was told our whole delivery was complete including the dryer and was then told they could deliver the dryer Saturday morning??! This is ridiculous and so frustrating! Do better!

If I could award 10 stars I would, Lonnie in the carpeting area was amazing absolutely awesome so helpful and so positive and upbeat it was crazy thank you for making it a great experience keep up the great work.He went above and beyond help me find what I needed then walked with me to the front of the store to make sure the price was the proper pricing on it on a sale item. Thank you Lonnie, I would hire you in a minute for my salesforce.

Manager at the Oaks location not very helpful. I received 4 broken bags of concrete and I don’t have a car to replace them in store. That is WHY I paid $75 for delivery. So essentially Lowe’s is stealing money from clients. He made it seem as if he was doing me a “big favor” by me bringing back the broken bags and swapping it out. Why should I have to do that if I paid for delivery already? It makes no sense.Update: they sent wrong size posts as well!!!! They are full of surprises.

Customer service was not helpful. I wanted to purchase an item on sale, sign on the shelf clearly stated sale price but item came up higher price. They made me carry the item, a heavy ladder, back to the shelf to wait for assistance. After 10 minutes I took the ladder and the sale sign to customer service. Person stated it coming up different but we have two in stock. I asked for the one on sale and he gave me other locations that had the item. I was very surprised I had to again ask for the ladder on sale. Customer service wasn’t helpful and I refused to carry this ladder back to the shelf. Lowe’s in Oaks, PA I’m extremely disappointed.

Worst experience in terms of customer service, we ordered appliances well in advance a month before and paid in full and waited and waited . never got any notification or updates or anything that the order is available or not. we had to go to the store more than 6-7 times to see what is happening. its been a frustrating experience ,highly recommend to not buy appliances from here.

My husband and I went to the Oaks, PA store this evening to pick up a few items. John Savit was extremely helpful and friendly! He went out of his way - and out of his department - to help us find the right screws and washers that we needed for a DIY project that we are attempting to do. He even tried to understand my mixed-up descriptions of said project and still came up with the right items we needed! This man deserves a raise and a bonus just for dealing with us instead of turning tail and running for the nearest exit!

While waiting for my husband to come back from across the store my one year old daughter started to make loud playful chirping noises. While playing along with my daughter, the costumer service attended “Tom”, came to find my daughter and I, to yell at her for making such noises. I was completely taken back that, my daughter who is one got yelled at by a grown man in his 40’s-50’s for being loud. Had she been going on for minutes on end it could be seen as understandable. But after going back to get the associates name, he then proceeded to continue his disgusting behavior. I waited on hold for over fifteen minutes waiting to hear from the manager Lauren. Who assured me, that said associate will be talked to and that his behavior was wrong.

I will update this review once resolved but i purchased a dishwasher on November 25th, that was stated to be instock. I guess there was a mistake in the system and the insock item never was assigned to me. It has not been over a month, with multiple calls to the store (being told to be patient), and corperate without any resolve on when i will be getting this diswasher. Corperate Customer Service opened a case for me to track this issue to with the Store promptly closed saying they spoke with me and the issue is resolved. Which it has not. Lowes has already charged my for the installation and appliance without any confirmation of when i will recieve this appliance.The customer service from the actual store has left alot to be desired.

They are trying to sell a 4ftx4ft piece of plywood at 4ftx8ft cost. When i confronted management (Rocco& Lauren) they were unwilling to change the price. I had to call corporate to get a gift card to make it right. They had poor customer service skills and should not be in management. All the customers around me were laughing at them.

I have ordfrom lowes plenty of time first time from this store though. I ordered a grill and it was scheduled to be delivered today but yesterday the day changed with no communication to let me know.i get issues come up but they should ha e checked to see if I was available Thursday before Changing days and turns out I am not I work so after calling the store yesterday and getting put on hold for over an hour and no one picked back up I was beyond aggravated. Today I called back finally got rescheduled for Saturday and the lady who helped me just says I don't know why but you are scheduled for Saturday now and I was trying not to blow up on her because it may have not been her fault so I politely say thank you for helping and have a good day and without a bye or have a good day she hangs up. I will not shop at this Lowes anymore

Besides the amazing gentleman who helped us in the flooring department (thank you!) and a stressed but helpful woman at customer service (i’m sorry you work with lazy idiots), this building is full of incompetent zombies. Zero help getting 1,000 lbs of flooring out of the building that was dropped off for us at an entrance-only door. We just got stares when we asked for a knife to cut open the pallet, blank faces as we struggled to get the cart past blocked check out lanes. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

When I bought a DeWalt 12 gallon vacuum at the Montgomery store, it turned out to be a used 9 gallon vacuum in the sealed box. Went to a closer collegeville Lowe's store to replace, I was refused. Drove further to the Montgomery store. They finally took the return. Pretty worrisome experience.

I purchased a Ego Snowblower. I was helped by two associates with getting it into my vehicle. In case anyone wants to know if the Ego 28" Lowe's item #5285247 will fit in a 2023 Kia Sorrento. It will if you take it out of the box and push the unit in from the Lowe's forklift off the bottom of the box.
