Typical bjs. Usually not too busy. Clean and well stocked.The steak here is suspect. I've gotten steaks 3 times here and all 3 times they have been 3 different colors in the middle. I've been buying this same cut of steak weekly from a different bjs for the past year or so and never ever have seen the inside 3 different colors. I don't really know it's its necessarily a bad thing but I dont like it.

We pay a membership fee annually and when we go there’s never anyone on the registers. We have to self check out with a full cart of items. Don’t waste your money!

For the past several weeks, it has been harder to get specific products due to items being out of stock. However, my pick up experience today was the worst experience I have ever had. The employees do not seem to care about the customer. I had to wait for my order because it was not ready, even though I came to the club location because the app said it was. The worst part is that I did not realize I was missing two products until I got home. I thought I had everything and thought the items missing were on the cancelled list and actually are either a substitute or are not on the cancelled list of the pick up order. I tried calling the club location, but getting anyone on the phone is impossible apparently. I am completely dissatisfied with my membership. Now I need to get credited for two products I did not receive and I feel because of this experience today, I will not renew my membership in November.

I really like being able to go shopping once a month and get everything I need at once. It gets a little expensive but just knowing that I am well stocked and won’t run out for a while is well worth it. There is always a variety as well as new items to try. The only thing I don’t like is the grumpy person checking receipts when we leave. I understand it needs to be done but they could be a little nicer about it.

Decent deals and lots of varieties. Good prices on gas if its on your way home its worth the detour. I was a bit upset by last visit. I went to the bakery and asked if they made their cookies and boxed them there and the employee said yes. I asked her if it was okay if I took all of one kind that I liked since they made and packaged them there. She was very pleasant and said sure she just needed to ask her manager something. The bakery manager could not be bothered with anything... When she asked him he said (without looking at me and still restocking as if he did not care) they could not do that because they didn't have a code for all one type. I do not think I was as upset about being told no as the body language of the manager was so off putting and just did not seem to care at all. I also offered to order in advance and come back so they would not have to upset the packages already sealed.. Nope... I feel bad for the lady (wish I got her name but she walked with a limp) she was truly kind and seemed genuine. Probably will not order from the bakery though if this is the guy running it.

Very happy with our local BJ's. Excellent variety and staff is always friendly and helpful. Their online ordering now includes the ability to buy cold items which is amazing. You can pickup in store or they will bring it out and load it into your car for your. Keep up the great service!

I wouldn’t even give one star! NEVER order a big ticket item like a gazebo online. We ordered a $1200 gazebo on June 30th and it took a month to get to our house and showed up damaged. Within the month it took to get here I had to call BJ’s and the logistics company more than five times and spent more than four hours on the phone. For some reason they were shipping our gazebo to some random address in Utah. BJ’s customer service did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I had to figure everything out myself. BJ’s told me the reason why our gazebo wasn’t delivered was because the logistics company was “ behind on orders“ and that wasn’t the case at all. It was because they had it going to Utah. I also was never told by either BJ’s or the logistics company that I had to call a special number to a local delivery office in order to get it delivered to our house. You would think out of the 5+ people that I spoke with someone would’ve told me that. Now after all that wasted time I spent getting the gazebo to the right address we have to wait for replacement parts to get here In order to build it. Safe to say we will not be getting a membership or ordering here ever again.

I’m already seeing some comments regarding racial profiling check on the carts by older people who wait at the exit. This is so true. I’ve already experienced this multiple times and even spoke with the management and they did nothing to improve. It’s crazy that us, regular shoppers need to go through this kind of inappropriate check just because of race. When it was our turn to get checked, the old guy today literally stood up out of the chair and blocked us and checked every single items in our cart for literally less than 10 items for about 3 minutes. Okay, sure I get it. He’s doing his job. I was curious if he did the same thing for the people behind us who looked like they had more than 20-30 items. Nope. I watched outside for about 5 minutes and he sat down in his chair and just visually checked and let everyone go in about less than 10 seconds. The management really needs to do something with the older employees who check the receipt. Everyone else is so helpful and nice and it’s just unfortunate that I need to go through this multiple times when I shop here.

Horrible front desk guy. I visited the store today and accidentally paid with non bj credit card. I asked a nice girl at the front desk to return what I got and re-buy it with Bj card. She started the process but there was a guy next to her started talking to me in a rude way telling me not to do that if this happen again. What is the customer’s service job? Are they there to get the customer upset or to assist them.A word to the store manager, Please choose wisely who to communicate with your customers and train them well.

Beware of this location It’s absolutely ridiculous shopping here. My husband and I called to report one of the managers at this location we waited on hold for 15 mins just to get either the same person we were complaining about or someone else that gave us nothing but excuses and no resolution. I spoke with a new lead there that’s a Muslim lady at the membership she’s amazing and sweet with a beautiful personality. You need more people like her she was so helpful if it wasn’t for her I would cancel our membership and just go to Costco. But beware of this location the heavy set guy is horrible representation for management. He made all the excuses in the world about us bringing in a damaged product that was sold to us. Still nothing has been done!

Great vibes and good customer service! I do not live in the area but my child was attending a party at SkyZone and I popped in to kill some time. My coupon didn't apply at checkout via the app, the customer service agent provided me with a cash refund of $2, didn't even have to wait in line (my BJ's always has a long line for customer service). Then on my way out when the employee checks your receipt I had myself a great chuckle with the TWO Johns -- or John Squared. The gentlemen made my day! I've shared with friends and family how kind, warm and friendly the staff was and wished I lived closer. Highly recommend.

When you exit the store, the older guys and especially the one in the wheelchair , sitting at the exit are the most racist humans ever. When a white person walks out with 30 items they don't even look in their cart. But when a person of color walks out with even 5 items , they act like " ok these people are definitely stealing the stuff " let me look into their faces and show them I am the boss . Exact reason why I stopped buying at this store and maybe i am going to completely stop my BJs membership too.

Was here on Saturday October 9, 2021. Purchased several items inside and then went to fill up with gasoline. The sign outside the front entrance said regular was $3.27. There were long lines at the pumps. After about 10 minutes I activated the pump and selected regular gasoline. About half way through I noticed the price on the pump was $3.39! When done, I requested a receipt at the pump but none printed so I got a receipt from the cashier. I drove over to where the electronic price sign is on 422 bypass to check the price there. It read $3.27! Took my receipt back to the store to ask for a refund. The customer service folks were with the same customers for over 15 minutes at which point I realized that my sanity and time were worth more. Left with the sign by the door and the electronic sign on 422 still reading $3.27 for regular. Drove past the pumps again and saw a small hand manipulated sign that read $3.39! I seriously wonder how many of the folks in line thought their gasoline was $3.27 per gallon.....those pumps were crowded!!! Would have been a great price if it were real. I'm sure that's why everyone was filling up that day!!!

This location is larger than my regular store, but everything was spread out and clean. The woman @ the deli was fantastic and provided great service. I also appreciated the door checker who read my receipt and informed me that I qualified for $.50 off per gallon of gas ⛽️ I wish I had a portable gas tank bc getting .50 cent off per gallon was needed considering these crazy gas prices!

An excellent place to shop because the prices are great and you can scan your items as you put them into the cart so it avoids having to check out at a register. Also the employees are really nice especially the fellow who checks the barcodes at the exit

Ordered tires on 7/22. Couldn’t get an appointment to install until 8/2 @ 6:30pm. Called by chance to see if I could come in earlier because my day’s plans had changed but if not wouldn’t be a big deal. The gentleman that answered was very nice but he said he needed to call me anyway because my appointment had to be rescheduled. Online they shouldn’t have let me book a 6:30pm appointment because their tire center closes at 5pm. 2 weeks for tires and installation.

Absolutely agree with the previous reviewers. Racism at its finest sitting at the exit in the wheelchair. Stares down people and acts like he is the owner of BJS. And I am surprised BJs still allows this behavior and no action has been taken so far.

This store is more like a DW (dysfunctional warehouse), where you’ll experience poor customer service, incompetent management and racial profiling during “selective” receipt/cart checks while exiting a store, a way of saying “we don’t trust our customers”. They should hire more cashiers than having customers do self checkout if they don’t trust their customers. Even when they have a product in stock sitting on top upper shelf of racks, you still can’t purchase it because they don’t have many employees who can operate a forklift to lower the product from top racks. Even if you do curbside pickup there is no guarantee that the product will be ready when you come to pick it up, depending on their forklift employee availability. Anyway I will look for alternative places to shop than visiting DW again.

This location of BJs is not as good as it used to be. Lately, basic items like some bottled water brands and frozen food items are nowhere to be found in the store while their website says they have inventory at this location; but there's not even a label with an empty spot on the shelves. They are short staffed at the deli counter, the registers, and customer service. The person who took my cold cut order couldn't care less how thin or thick I wanted the slices and also sliced the wrong product. The printed label was the right product, which means I didn't realize it was the wrong one until I opened it at home. And during check-out my online clipped coupons weren't taken off, which required me waiting in a very long line at customer service and leaving the store another half hour later than I thought I would. Bottom line, they have good prices on the items they carry, but the shopping experience is less than satisfying.

I tried a membership here for a few months and it was okay. I only have two people in my house, so I only get a few niche items at wholesale stores due to space limitations.I switched back to Costco just due to the prices being better and I like the sales at Costco better. I also feel Costco is better stocked on sale items, but this might have been because I was a member during the bigger beginning shortages due to Covid, so I might be wrong here.

Purchased 4 new tires before Christmas.. the boys could not start my car(a standard transmission 2017 Subaru Crosstrek), and when I came back they had drained my battery attempting to start it. Somehow they managed to put it in first gear however and when I was able to get a jump from another customer purchasing gas my car lurched forward and hit the concrete bollard. Luckily my front end grill barely cracked but I never leave my car in gear, NEVER. After getting the new tires, my front passenger tire kept losing air and my low tire pressure light would come on. Took the car back, they looked it over and told me there was nothing wrong and there was nothing else they could do. Will be taking the car over to Creamery Tire which is what I should have done in the first place( still having to inflate this brand new tire every two or three days). Completely disgusted.

Best experience ever! I was in a bind and needed to get refreshments for a charity dinner for the homeless that evening. I did not own a membership card and I needed to buy a lot of refreshments. I called the representative the graciously told me that I can get a 3-month trial run and be able to still use this card to purchase refreshments for the homeless that we were feeding that evening. Them Services representative made my experience very pleasing to know that they also care about the community.This impact will go a very long way and I know the homeless individuals that we will be feeding this evening will be very appreciative!☺️

Bought a membership off of Groupon and when I went to redeem it at this store, the associate named August kept saying they will not honor Groupons because they "don't like them". Literally what he said. And repeated multiple times. He told me that he can only sell me the membership at the regular price and that I had to contact Groupon to get a refund from them. After some persistent asking as to why they will not honor the Groupon, he reluctantly asked my name and typed it into the system and of course my membership was already active. He then acted very annoyed and reluctantly went and grabbed me a membership card. VERY DISHONEST and shady tactics by this guy named August at this store.

In Store = Okay. Curbside pickup = WATCH OUT!I called this in a problem with three missing items this last pickup. They then automatically refunded me $26.47 for Cream Cheese, Butter and Mozzarella Cheese which was never once mentioned as missing. I even provided the item numbers along with the item description. I then received an email stating I'm getting refuned half of what we are owed - again for the entirely wrong items. The amount we are still owed is $25.53.I had called the store and the associate was helpful but the only solution was for us to go and pick up the items - not completely unreasonable but it's an inconvenience and we have very busy jobs and won't be available for quite a while. I'd imagine this doesn't happen very often, or maybe so often that they have some type of method for tracking these issues. Regardless, they immediatly knew why I was calling even before I provided a name.We had one missing item last time as well but we left it go due to it only being $6. At this point I am very hestitant to ever trust curbside pickup again. They should do a better jop of checking everything before depature, especially going by this is a repeat issue.The store, select and employees in general are fine. The big money on the table is curbside and delivery - the ones getting that right in these times will come out on top. I'm still waiting for a response from Corporate, I'll edit this review as neccessary.

The other day I was at Walmart to get some clothes. I couldn't believe the attitudes that were given to me simply for asking questions. Asking to enter a dressing room the employee angrily said, "your lucky I have a key" and added how it wasn't her job.Contrarily, walking into BJ's, bias not included, I was warmly welcomed and even so, before I entered by a deli guy on his way to work. He let me know where to go in the store to accomplish what I was there to do. Being the jovial guy I am it was a pleasant experience talking and accomplishing what was needed. I'm sure to feel comfortable going back.If it's not your go to place to shop, it should be.

This is the only BJs we have in our area. Items are reasonably priced. Loved their monthly coupons system. We do our bulk shopping from here. They also have gas station which we use mostly. Items are well organized. They have great stuffs in clearance section too. Staffs are very nice & helpful.
