Placed online refill via the app on a Monday. On Thursday only the scripts that had been sent over from the doctor’s office the previous week had been filled. I was told items were not kept in stock and that I “needed to love the order a couple of days early”. Last time I checked Monday to Thursday was more than a couple of days. Their next excuse was that there had been a “floating pharmacist filling in earlier in the week and that they were 30 pages behind”. I guess the “floating” pharmacist didn’t work while there. Needless to say I don’t have scripts that are vital to my child’s well-being and therefore will be switching pharmacies.
