This is truly the worst pharmacy in the country. Nothing but excuses for everything and no communication between any of the employees. One person will tell you your medicine is out of stock and then another will tell you they have no idea why you were told that. You’ll get a notification that your prescription is ready but once you get there, they have no idea why you got that notification because they haven’t even looked at your prescription yet. One time, I came to get a prescription the day after I got a notification it was done, and they told me they didn’t have it in stock & that a truck was coming that night. Went back the next day and they said the prescription had been ready for days. One lady there with short dark hair & glasses is one of the rudest people you will ever come across, & treats every customer like they are stupid & beneath her when really she is constantly getting names, date’s & prescriptions wrong. Go to any other pharmacy. You’ll waste too much of your life at this one trying to get the most simple medication.

Went to buy some cashews.because they are on sale according to the paper on the shelf but it was only for the 7oz. Not one thing was 7oz. I complained to the manager ( i assume).he said he has stock in that company.he said he was going to write me up.. whatever that means.and on numerous times he follows me around the store like he is waiting for me to steal something.

I have been going here since the store open, and today has been the 1st time an employee has been rude, from the pharmacy.I always put my number in since I am a card holder.She has literally cut me off by continuing to by pass what I was doing, I had mentioned it, and she ignored me.I am very disappointed in her.She was seemingly upset that she had to wait on people. I come here offering to shop n pick up prescription, but lately the pharmacy has been rude to their customers.

Do not use their pharmacy. I've never seen any pharmacy so disinterested in seeing customers get orders filled. Been close to 3 weeks and they keep stringing me along - still don't have the drug. Automated system gives wrong information.I switched to CVS because the pharmacy led me to believe they could fill my medication. Nightmare!They don't know what they have in stock and string you along for weeks. Tried sending Rx over once and waited a few days, but they never called/texted. I call. I'm told they're out of stock, and they will not tell me what other doses of my medication they do have. How do I ask my doctor to adjust the dose if I have no idea what they might be able to fill?I explain the problem directly to my Dr, and he sends over a slightly smaller dose to hold me over. That was Wed. I call Friday morning and I was told "being filled. Ready by 5pm today". I come in Monday first thing -- guess what? Nope.At first the clerk swears they have no prescription. I insist, so she keeps looking." Oh wait we do but we didn't fill it". Why? "Umm.... looks like we don't have any in stock. But a truck is coming tonight. Try back then". Why was I told it was being filled on Friday? "Ummm.... I don't know. ".I'm told there's no way to track what might be on the next truck.They refuse to say what dosages they do have, so I don't know what to ask my Dr to phone in. My doctor has already talked to them about this, so clearly he's not given accurate information.The pharmacist is standing feet away. He can't be bothered to come over and look into why I keep getting promised a medication that, in various dosage sizes, is on backorder indefinitely.NOBODY CARES.

Great store, convenient location, wonderful customer service. I use this store a couple times a week, at least. The pharmacy staff are always kind, though they can be busy at times(understandably) they still take the time to answer questions I need answered. The respect from the staff is so appreciated, especially since most of the time when visiting the pharmacy I may be ill and just want to get my script and go. The manager & assistant manager for the store always say hi, the front end staff are always kind too. Always asking if I need help. I appreciate the service every single time I enter the store and it is always the same.

EVERY single time I have gone there they don’t have my refills ready or only filled some of the order. Even if I call ahead . Incompetent pharmacy staff.

CVS in general has gone way downhill and their prices are crazy high.. like 10x-12x higher. No joke. This particular CVS is the worst. Slowwwww.. prescriptions take days from reorder time. God forbid you have an "insurance approval" pending. That just goes into Pill Pergutory and gets forgotten.

This CVS location is great. Always greeted when walking in the store. Pharmacy is very quick and helpful. Store is very clean, organized and always fully stocked.

I used to work for CVS at another location. This one is pretty good but they need to get their shipments out faster. We would do an entire truck in 2 days at my old store...they still had shipping totes laying around a week after shipment, and they only get one every other week where as we had one every week....same size store and we had less staff

I love this CVS! Well I love them all but I go to the Nottingham the most, love everything they carry there is so much selection and so much to look at I'm telling you I can spend 2 hours in here shopping if no ones with me lol I end up spending more than I need to when I go! Prices are a little high but their rewards program is pretty good.

Id give them 0 stars if i could, for the terrible experience i had with the pharmacy manager ally. She got extremely rude, with me, and screamed at another Elderly lady. Not sure how she got in to management, but she is extremely unprofessional, she has absolutely no right, to act the way she does, especially in pharmacy management, where him sure alot of the people coming in, have mental health issues that cant deal with that disgusting unprofessional behavior . I've been in management, and even i know better than to talk back to a customer or scream at them no matter what the situation. Dont waste your time here unless corporate fires her, cuz without her, it wouldnt be that bad. Walgreens right up the street! Much better customer service! She also denied my prescriptions, after my doctor sent them over, for fhe SECOND TIME, she lied 2 me in the first place,, about my prescriptions. She needs kicked out of management

Very clean store. Pharmacy usually very busy but the 2 fulltime Pharmacists are excellent. Some of the techs who have been there for years are also excellent .

Just left this store and the manager who is always there was so nice and always so helpful. He helped me get some coupons to save some money on my purchase and has always be very helpful in the past and engaging in conversation. Keep up the good work and keep this guy around!!

Cvs is going down hill however the staff at this location is friendly and willing to take care of the customers. I hope the corporate folks get it together and use this store as a good example of how its done.

I have been sitting here for 2 hours, I had 3 prescriptions for my dog, I came in before the vet called them in, they said they would discount them with a card they had for dog prescriptions, when I arrived to pick them up they will not discount them, I could have had the vet send them, they lied to me, don't ever take their word, they are not nice people to do business with, there are laws about people in business like them, it's called bait and switch. Funny thing my aunt had a problem with them when she was up from Florida, and my wife was told by them our prescription card was only for mail order, they were wrong. I use it at Walgreens and a small pharmacy in Queens, NY. They are always a problem, always something, just can't get your prescription and leave. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
