Customer Service is based on the interaction with the employees and customers. While 99% of these hard working people will be more than happy to help, they always made me feel better by simply saying “oh no apologies! This is what my job is for!” Now as for some upper management it’s completely opposite. They feel as if you could have asked for anyone besides them, and they always seem passive aggressive or plain out rude! Not ALL, just that 1% that ruins it for all other employees and gives your company a bad reputation, meaning less return customers!

First things first... They young girl working the food counter today (7/13/23) at 2:15 pm. is awesome with the patience of a saint! A fairly loud mouthed elderly man came in wanting food but couldn't (wouldn't even try) to use the kiosk. She went out to help, and despite him being fairly abnoxious, the smile never left her face, and kindness never left her voice.That being said. I have visited this establishment many MANY times, eaten lunch here, gas and drinks. The food is VERY good! The employees are VERY nice! There is always a smile and friendly environment!I just had to point out what I witnessed first hand 45 minutes ago and I hope the right people see this girl and give her a "good job".

I just wanted to share my exprience, i had a really bad day im talking just everything going downhill. I stopped here to get a cup of coffee and some food. I went to check out and a girl named heather was ringing up my stuff and we were just making small talk when i went for my wallet and realized i left it at home. The cashier took out her card and paid for my coffee and my pepperoni roll. I couldnt thank her enough and the next day when i tried to repay her she refused and asked me to forward the kindness on to the next person. I just wanted to take the time to point out this amazing human being. I will continue to stop at this coen specifically for the kind smiles and friendlyness. As this wasnt enough i have to also say this is one of the cleanest cafe/gas stations ive EVER been in.

Cashier was very rude on more than one occasion.This store is in my back yard.But I will drive out of my way to avoid this kind of customer service people in this area will not deal with this,You will not survive

The hours are super inconsistent here. Came by at 8:45PM today, lights were off. Google says there open till 10. Wondering if their understaffed. Been there another time, probably a quarter till 10, which you may consider close to closing time, and the pumps and lights were literally shut off on me. Seems like the employees do it on purpose. I was not happy considering I was only stopping at that time of night because I needed gas.

Nice place, but the employees treat you like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I was never greeted when I walked in the door.I have been in there before; never again.I purchased a sandwich today. It was good until I bit into the paper that was still stuck to the cheese. Yummy!

Pulled into the station around 958-1000pm. Needed fuel and was paying with a card at the pump (so no inconvenience or interaction necessary for the employee). Gas station employee watched us pull in and proceeded to shut off all the lights and the pumps. Could not fuel up. Terrible customer service.

Very nice , excellent Chicken or ,Fish,mojo's biscuit and a drink any size for 5.99 .always fresh , they have subs , burgers , Pizza, Raps .Everything is Good and they have good Gas pricesprice.

Salid breakfast burrito and jojos but it is a regular ol gas station and if you keep that in mind it is a good place if you are in a hurry.
