I ordered a meal that was missing the soup. When I contacted the restaurant for a refund, they only offered a credit. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the restaurant lost my information and was unable to verify it for a refund. A follow-up call was promised but never received, leaving the situation unresolved. This experience serves as a clear example of poor customer service.

My husband and I ordered for the first time tonight, and it was absolutely amazing!!!!Great quality, incredible taste! We got the bacon lovers and the Redneck regular!! Hands down the BEST hoagies we’ve ever had!!!Worth the 25 minute drive for us! Will definitely be back!!! Excited to try more menu items!

I live in walking distance from this place. I go here all of the time. Great food. Great service. I would rather go here than the Subway down further. Bit more money, but you get a sub that's full. Worth it.

I've never actually been here, physically, myself; my husband always orders and picks up, so I can't be the one to rate service or atmosphere—though I'm certain I'd have heard if it were in any way sub (pun intended) par.Now that I have that admission out of the way...The subs here are phenomenal! They don't skimp on the meat or anything else that you ask for in regards to toppings. The flavor of the bread is superb, texture is perfect, and they use excellent lunch meats.The only thing that I don't THINK they have on their toppings list here (don't quote me though, as my husband isn't the type to go out of his way to ask for me) that I would like to see would be spinach. Mushrooms too maybe, if they don't have them (again, not sure if they do or not).Seriously amazing business though, and we won't stop ordering whenever we get the opportunity. Kudos to the owner for managing such a wonderful small business!

I went to Sunbury sub shop and only there for 20 years. My significant other convinced me to try them (OAR) one time and no I haven't gone anywhere else for a sub in the past 2 years 😂. They have the best subs in the area hands down, they get them made in a timely manner and I have yet to have a bad interaction with any of the staff. Plus they have a Steve Carrell photo on the wall with a cool story behind it ask them about it. 5/5 everytime, I can't say enough good things about this place. Try the Rachel it is a fantastic sub that's different then what a lot of places offer, and the soups are always good as well.

I will say.... the food here is freaking amazing, I got the Rachel and the Pastrami on different occassions along with the chicken bacon ranch sub, WOW delicious. The young girl who answers the phone was very short and didnt seem to care, having a small business customer serice is key.... Thank you to the owners whoever they are, your food is very good and thank you.

Absolutely love this place! I have celiac disease and the have the best gluten free roll. They also take extra precautions to make sure there is no cross contamination. The flavors are fresh and delicious! Great value and customer service. If you don't want a sandwich try a salad just as fresh and delicious!

This place is hands down the best in town. The portions are generous, the price is low, and the meats and cheeses are freshly sliced daily, along with the fresh Philly style rolls. Specials change often but you won’t be upset when you order from these guys. Order early and be patient- for such a small place these guys get hammered with customers - that alone should speak for itself. Great job to the owners and managers. They’ve done a fantastic job.

This little shop has AMAZING sandwiches, really, truly delicious in every way. The portions are huge, the meat and cheese and condiments are all fresh and top quality, and the rolls (most important part of a great sandwich) are to die for! We are transplants from the Philly suburbs and were so very happy to finally find a sub shop (we call 'em hoagies) that stacks up to real "from home" taste after years of searching. As well, there is outdoor seating so we felt safe AND truly satisfied! Well worth the drive, highly recommend!
